속초해변 바로 앞이라 접근성은 정말 좋았어용
체크인할 때 어플 충돌상 조금 당황했지만 빠르게 처리해주셨어요 뷰가 살짝 아쉬웠지만 실내는 아늑하고 깔끔했고요
레지던트호텔식이라 편한것도 좋았어요

호텔 위치는 나쁘지 않은 정도 - 속초 해변 가까움 / 시장이나 다른 곳들은 차량 이동 필요
시설 - 엘레베이터 2대밖에 없어서 체크인/아웃 시간에 매우 번잡 (몇명 못 탐) 비추천
- 주차 - 관리 안됨 / SUV 차량보고 지상에 주차하라고 해놓고, 실질적으로 세단이 모두 주차해놓은 상태
서비스 - 응대 불가 - 고객센터 연결해도 호텔담당자 연결 불가
- 주차 관리 해달라고 해도, 불가하다고 안내
어반스테이라는 이름도 아깝고, 본사도 관리안하고, 해당 지점은 관리 할 생각이 없어 보이는 곳
차 없이 그냥 한번 갈만하나, 두번다시 가지는 않을 곳
주차장은 아무나 들어가고, 객실 비밀번호 만에 하나 유출되면 아무나 들어가서 쓸수 있는곳

It's a studio apartment with a small balcony overlooking the ocean. The self- check-in process is straightforward. The living room is clean. The bed mattress is firm and the pillows are comfortable.
The bathroom is clean with some good toiletries.
It has a nice, well-equipped kitchen.

비대면 체크인, 체크아웃으로 편리하네요. 1시쯤 체크인 정보가 카톡으로 와서 대기 없이 바로 방으로 올라가고, 객실도 깔끔하고 식기 및 집기류도 넉넉히 있어요. 냉장고, 전자렌지, 커피포트, 커피머신, 세탁기까지 있어서 편리하네요. 칫솔 치약은 없으니 챙겨야하고 뷰가 너무 좋아요! 위치도 속초해변 바로 앞이라 뚜벅이로도 편하고, 주차도 지하, 지상으로 나눠져있어서 괜찮았어요. 엘레베이터는 2대라 붐빌수도 있겠지만 아직 비수기라 편하게 이용했네요. 짐은 5층에 미리 보관하고 다닐수있어요~ 재방문하고싶네요!

무인호텔에 처음 묵어보았는데 생각보다 편했고(칫솔도구 카카옹통해 신청해서 결제후 바로 받음. 신기방기) 무엇보다 위치와 숙소가 엄청 깔끔했습니다. 특히 패밀리 투룸 오션뷰 숙소 묵었는데, 거실의 식탁과 쇼파있는게 좋았습니다. 아침에 해뜨는거 숙소에서 보았어요.
다음에는 더 길게 묵고 싶습니다.

우선 전자렌지와 약간에 주방 기구가 있어 간단하게 해 먹을수있어 간식 해먹는데도 불편이 없었습니다 14층이라 뷰도 좋았고 객실 따뜻해서 아주 편하게 지내다 왔습니다 또한배달 음식도 객실 앞 까지 배달해 주어서 집에 있는것처럼 편한 여행 이였습니다. 할 애기는 많이 있지만 다음에 한번 더 사용해보고 그때 리ㅡ얼한 리뷰 쓰겠습니다
