เคยไปโรงแรมนี้หลายครั้งแล้ว และมันก็เป็นโรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดในบาตู เหลือเพียงห้องสุดท้ายคือตอนที่คนเต็ม อาหารเช้ามุ่งตรงไปที่ชั้นบนสุด คำแนะนำของฉันคือถ้าคุณถูกพาไปที่ชั้นบนสุดก็ควรขึ้นไปชั้นบนดีกว่าเพราะวิวดีมาก แม้ว่าอาหารจะมีให้เลือกไม่มากเท่าร้านอาหารชั้นล่าง แต่เราก็สามารถขอจากชั้นล่างได้เช่นกัน มันคือที่สุด

love everything about this hotel! breakfast was quite good with many selections, service was excellent, next to a mall and room was one of the best in surabaya so far! this hotel is considered quite old but they still managed to keep everything like new and clean. def recommend and will be back ❤️

Stayed at the Executive floor. Great service by staff all around. Great food & beverages served at the Executive lounge. Meticulous housekeeping. If only one feedback, the hotel could go for a refresh as the rooms & common areas look a bit tired.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมืองคุณสามารถหาร้านอาหารได้มากมายหากเลี้ยวซ้ายขวาเมื่อออกไปข้างนอกหากเลี้ยวซ้ายก็สามารถไปห้างสรรพสินค้าโซโก้ที่อยู่ใกล้เคียงซึ่งสะดวกกว่าในการช็อปปิ้งและทานอาหาร . เนื่องจากเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของแผนเที่ยวภูเขาไฟโบรโม่จึงค่อนข้างไกลจากโบรโม่มากแต่หลังจากนั้นก็ค่อนข้างสะดวกที่จะไปสถานีรถไฟ ฉันชอบสไตล์ของโรงแรมมากและห้องพักก็ใหญ่มากคราวนี้ฉันไม่มีเวลาพักมาก ฉันจะเลือกโรงแรมนี้ในครั้งต่อไป

ประสบการณ์ที่ดีโดยรวม ห้องพักกว้างขวางพร้อมสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกครบครันสําหรับการเดินทาง ปัญหาเดียวคือห้องน้ํามีกลิ่นเหม็นที่เอ้อระเหย กลิ่นเหม็นค่อนข้างแย่ในวันแรก แต่พนักงานที่เราติดต่อตอนกลางคืนจัดการฉีดสเปรย์ฆ่าเชื้อซึ่งกําจัด / ทากลิ่น กลิ่นกลับมาในวันรุ่งขึ้น แต่กลิ่นไม่แรงเท่าคืนแรกก็ทนได้

Hotel look ok but some wallpaper in the room already old and broken, should repair soon, ac ok cold enough, some instruction for shower not so clear, breakfast standart, parking basement

I had an incredible experience at Bumi Surabaya City Resort, and I can't recommend this hotel enough! Nestled in a lush garden setting right in the heart of Surabaya,excellent service, and beautiful surroundings. The spacious rooms offered stunning views of the city, providing a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. I particularly enjoyed the rich breakfast buffet, featuring a delightful selection of both local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. Moreover, the hotel's facilities had a lovely swimming pool surrounded by greenery, two tennis courts, spa and massage ,perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and eager to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The atmosphere was relaxed, making it an ideal spot for both business and leisure travelers. It’s my second stay at Bumi Surabaya and I look forward to returning in the future. If you're looking for a blend of comfort and charm in Surabaya, this is the place to be!

Staying at Shangri-La Surabaya was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The view from the room was also a plus, offering a peaceful cityscape that felt relaxing after a long day. Breakfast was a highlight — the variety was impressive, from local Indonesian favorites to Western and Asian dishes. The pool area and lush garden surroundings made it easy to forget you were in the middle of a busy city. Location-wise, it's conveniently close to malls, restaurants, and main roads, yet the hotel itself feels like a serene escape. Would definitely recommend Shangri-La Surabaya to anyone looking for a five-star experience with genuine hospitality.
