Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at this 5-star hotel in Ibiza as part of a week-long holiday. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting the island.
What We Loved:
Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family.
Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay.
High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer.
Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of.
Areas for Improvement:
Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests.
Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained.
Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement.
Negative Aspects to Report:
We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay.
Overall:
Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Ibiza.

Het enige wat ontbrak was duidelijke informatie die gemakkelijk te vinden zou moeten zijn op de website over de verschillende voorzieningen, en eventuele prijzen daarvan.

We had a deeply disturbing experience during our stay. Around 9:30 AM, someone from the property unlocked and opened both our front door and bedroom door without any prior notice, permission, or request from us. We were still asleep when this happened. We did not request housekeeping and there was no sign indicating otherwise.
This was a serious breach of privacy and made us feel unsafe and disrespected. Such behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable in any accommodation setting, let alone a serviced apartment.
ผผู้เข้าพักGreat hotel! Staffs are very attentive and welcoming. Very sweet welcome treats in the room. The spa is quite nice but some parts can be a bit outdated. Overall positive experience and would visit again!
ผผู้เข้าพักVery disappointing experience regarding customer service and flexibility. My wife became acutely ill with severe back problems after we had booked the stay, and she is now on sick leave and will most likely need surgery. We contacted the hotel and explained the medical situation, asking if it was possible to cancel the booking as an exception.
The airline and another hotel we had booked with both showed understanding and refunded us due to the circumstances. Unfortunately, Hotel Antigua Palma - Casa Noble refused any refund or flexibility at all.
I understand cancellation policies exist, but when dealing with documented medical emergencies, some level of compassion and customer care should be expected. This was extremely disappointing and honestly left a very negative impression of the hotel.”

A lot attention is given to detail and vip clients.
Breakfast room was nice, but it’s a party hotel and delivers on that . 8.8/10

They have the most comprehensive breakfast available in luxury hospitality, with an exemplary trilingual and helpful fine dining team.

The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always professional, friendly, and happy to assist. They gave us some fantastic recommendations and kindly made bookings for us, which made everything so easy.
We enjoyed breakfast there most mornings and also had dinner, both of which were excellent , great service and really high-quality food.
We absolutely loved our stay and couldn’t recommend The Standard more highly.
