โรงแรม 5 ดาว ในสุมาตราใต้ อินโดนีเซีย

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but I chose it because it’s conveniently located near my workplace. I was really impressed with the cleanliness, comfort, and service. Everything was excellent. The amenities were complete, the staff were attentive, and the overall experience truly felt like a genuine five-star stay. However, I was a bit surprised to learn that a deposit of Rp500,000 per room was required upon check-in, as this information was not mentioned on Trip.com. It would be helpful if this detail were clearly stated in advance for guests’ convenience. Even though it’s not right in the heart of the city, transportation is easy since online taxis are readily available. Getting to the city center or exploring nearby attractions was no problem at all. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Definitely a hotel I’d consider returning to.

บริการดีเยี่ยมเลยทีเดียว!!!! .. โรงแรมที่แนะนํามากใน Palembang.. เรามาถึงในตอนเย็น รปภ. มีความรู้ด้านการบริการที่ดี ช่วยเราเรียกพนักงานยกกระเป๋าและนํากระเป๋าเดินทางของเราไปที่ล็อบบี้ การบริการลูกค้าเป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดีมาก ฉันได้รับความสะดวกสบายและบริการสูงสุดจากพวกเขา ห้องพัก ห้องพักในโรงแรมที่สะอาดที่สุดเท่าที่เคยมีมา เราได้ห้องเชื่อมต่อ สระว่ายน้ํามีขนาดเล็ก แต่ไม่ต้องกังวลเด็ก ๆ ได้รับความสุขมากมาย สุดท้ายแต่ไม่ท้ายสุด.. พวกเขาให้บริการอาหารเช้าของอาหารปาลาเมง ตัวเลือกไม่มากเท่าที่ฉัน แต่พอได้ลิ้มรสอาหารรสเปรี้ยวไปจนถึงความหวาน.. บางทีครั้งต่อไปถ้าฉันกลับมาปาเลบังจะเลือกโรงแรมนี้ agai.. ขอบคุณพนักงานทุกคน Excelton ประสบความสําเร็จและมีชื่อเสียงมากขึ้น!!!

We had a pleasant stay and the breakfast was fantastic. I bought lumpia separately during my checkout and all the staff were polite & helpful. I will definitely recommend my friends and relatives to the ALTS🤩The rooftop swimming pool is clean and the view was 👍🏼 Near for karaoke 🎤 and Near for food hunting😋
