The hotel is in a great location with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it very convenient to get around. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the room had everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

Luxury hotel located in Gulshan -good and safe neighborhood in Dhaka. Decent breakfast and restaurant inside the hotel. I ordered some Korean dish and it taste... Korean. Comfort hotel to stay in. Recommended.

My girlfriend and I stayed for two nights. The experience was excellent from check in to check out. The staff were professional and attentive, with strong attention to detail. I would like to clarify one issue related to room service. One night I ordered soup due to stomach discomfort. While ordering, I clearly stated that I needed absolutely no spice, not even mildly spicy. Despite this, the soup delivered was very spicy, with visible spices on top. After the first sip, my lips were burning. The staff immediately offered to replace the dish. In the meantime, my girlfriend exchanged meals with me, which resolved the issue. Breakfast was exceptional. The view from the room window was very pleasant. One minor observation is that the barrier around the pool felt quite high.okay Special thanks to Ishteaque Mohammed, Executive Sales and Marketing. He assisted me before the booking process. I had many questions and concerns prior to confirming the reservation, and he provided clear, helpful information that made the booking decision easy and reassuring.

It was very nice to have been received by the hotel manager & Staff who were very friendly And cooperative. Unfortunately the room was not what I was expecting and the washroom was not also very clean and the soap was very Unpleasant. Since my stay was short I did not bother to tell the staff about my room and washroom. I believe there is a room for huge improvement.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

โรงแรมแห่งนี้เป็นโรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดใน Dhaka ในช่วง 7 ปีที่ผ่านมาฉันได้ลองหลายแห่งซึ่งมีศักยภาพทั้งหมดที่จะกลายเป็นสถาบันชั้นหนึ่ง ห้องพักกว้างขวางสะอาดและสะดวกสบาย การตกแต่งโดยรวมนั้นสวยงาม พนักงานเอาใจใส่ เป็นมืออาชีพ และยิ้มแย้มตลอดเวลา(ที่สําคัญมาก)  ผู้จัดการแผนกต้อนรับคุณกาลิบเป็นคนที่กระตือรือร้นและเป็นมืออาชีพที่แน่นอนเขาจะประสบความสําเร็จกับทัศนคติและงานที่หนักของเขา  ฉันยังชื่นชมคุณรูเบิลจากร้านอาหารหลัก ใจดีและใจดีมาก ในฐานะที่เป็นสถาบันใหม่ยังมีอีกมากที่ต้องขัดเกลา พนักงานต้องได้รับการฝึกฝนเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับรายละเอียดเล็กๆ น้อยๆ (เช่น อยู่ในร้านอาหารมากขึ้นเพื่อเทน้ําและล้างโต๊ะให้เร็วขึ้น ...) ปัญหายุงในร้านอาหารริมสระ แถมเมนู ”a la carte” ต้องการตัวเลือกและความหลากหลายมากขึ้น! รายละเอียดเล็กน้อย แต่สําคัญที่จะผลักดันโรงแรมนี้ขึ้นไปด้านบน ศักยภาพทั้งหมดอยู่ที่นั่นและคุณจะบรรลุมัน!

โรงแรมที่สวยงามเป็นสวรรค์แห่งความสงบสุขมันเป็นความสุขมากที่จะกลับไปหลังจากสํารวจถนนที่วุ่นวายของ Dhaka พนักงานทุกคนสุภาพและเป็นมิตรห้องพักสะดวกสบายและบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าก็ยอดเยี่ยม สระว่ายน้ําบนชั้นดาดฟ้าและบาร์ก็ยอดเยี่ยมเช่นกัน

The hotel is very nice, surely in the top 5 of Dhaka, the staff is friendly and professional. Location extremely convent to reach the airport and the expo center. PRO: location, staff, breakfast and restaurant are pretty good, room is spacious and bathroom also nice  TO IMPROVE: room key stop working way to often, I think in my stay (8 nights) I've been to the front desk to get new keys at least 15 times.... facilities can be better, room need a little renovation to launch this hotel on a higher price point

Great clean western hotel in a nice central area. Supermarkets/amenities nearby (especially enjoyed the Moja Korean Restaurant across the street) Liked the breakfast! Likes the gym (it's fine for workout during travels). View from rooftop is also good. Got a juice and a hot towel at check in, also nice gesture. 10/10 Would come again.
