Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the hotel. In particular, I think its location is probably the best you can get in Lyon for a short stay. I also believe it was a very good choice in terms of price-performance. Of course, you can pay much higher rates to stay at more luxurious hotels, but this one more than meets all the essential needs. The welcome was always warm and friendly. The hotel entrance was very beautiful. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the bed was also excellent and perfectly clean.  I also truly appreciated the hotel’s commitment to reducing plastic use and protecting the environment. It meant a lot to me and made me really happy to see this.  I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Staying in this hotel was quite a miserable experience, barely adequate for a hostel, never mind a 3 star establishment. The room (although quite clean) was tiny for our party of two. The luggage occupied almost half of the floor, making us jump over it when we needed to move across the room. The window was facing the railway, which was expected on the one hand, but sleeping with it open was very noisy in the morning. Here is the list of things that were missing compared to a standard hotel experience: - no kettle (had to be asked for) - just two paper/plastic cups in the bathroom, no ceramic mugs in the room - no tea, coffee or anything really to have a snack with - no safe in the room (common one at the reception) - no fridge (seriously?) - no slippers (and they don’t provide them) - no towel heaters or radiators in the room - just 3 towels for two people, no hand towels - no bath robes - no bide or hygienic shower - no toilet brush (are you for real?) - one trash can (without a bag) - extremely small rooms, no adequate space for two luggage bags On the positive side, the breakfast was decent, though nothing to write home about. Hot and protein-rich options were definitely limited. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, upon check-in, I was charged 60EUR as a damage deposit which was not stated when I booked a room. I’m yet to have it returned. The hotel/network drives this alleged “eco-friendly” agenda but in reality it’s just extreme economy and penny-pinching at the guests’ expense. Very disappointing. 1/5.

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม ห้องพักกว้างขวาง แม้จะมีเตียงเด็กอ่อนด้วย มีไมโครเวฟและกาต้มน้ำให้บริการที่แผนกต้อนรับ มีที่จอดรถราคา 12 ยูโรต่อคืน พร้อมระบบรักษาความปลอดภัย ซึ่งดีมาก ในทางกลับกัน ห้องพักมีปัญหาใหญ่ อาจเป็นเพราะน้ำรั่วและความชื้น ทุกเช้าหน้าต่างเต็มไปด้วยน้ำหยด การทำความสะอาดรายวันเป็นแบบผิวเผิน มีการฉีดน้ำในห้องอาบน้ำ จัดเตียง และเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัว แต่พื้นไม่ได้รับการทำความสะอาด ห้องอาบน้ำลื่นมาก ระวังเด็กด้วย!! อาหารเช้าไม่คุ้มกับราคา 12 ยูโรเลย ต้องรอนานทั้งช้อนส้อมและบุฟเฟต์ และพนักงานอาหารเช้าก็ไม่เป็นมิตร

Удобное расположение отеля рядом со станцией метро и железнодорожным вокзалом. Чисто, уютно. Хороший завтрак.

It’s about a 5-minute walk from Lyon Train Station, and you can take a bus directly into Lyon city to explore. We arrived at the hotel early and were able to leave our luggage there before check-in, which was very convenient. Water was not provided, but there’s a kitchen with appliances available if you’d like to cook, and there’s also a supermarket nearby. The amenities felt a little old, and the room was slightly stuffy despite having air conditioning. The hallway is scary without lights 😦

ห้องของฉันค่อนข้างสะอาด ยกเว้นสะดุดนิดหน่อย ตอนนี้ค่อนข้างน่ากังวลใจเมื่อมาถึงอพาร์ตเมนต์ในเมืองแล้วไม่มีบริการทำความสะอาดที่จำเป็น (ซึ่งไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดทุกวัน และไม่มีผ้าเช็ดตัวสำรอง) แต่กลับขอให้เราทำความสะอาดให้เรียบร้อย ทุกอย่างมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม ฉันเลยค่อนข้างผิดหวังกับเรื่องนี้

I love this hotel. Take some walk you can get to metro station then visit many places! Vieux lyon , Fourviere, the halle de Lyon , parc de tete d'or . There are everything you need , microwave, TV water boiler, refrigerator, hangers, a cabin for cups ,plates , and cooking stove . This is the hotel I have seen that offers most for the customers !impressive The only point I could pick is that it is not 24 hours reception. When I got there ,it already evening 10pm. I can only contact by phone and follow the instructions by calling But the problem is I couldn't call when I don't have roaming nor French Sim card . This is quite nervous for me... i even not good at english numbering ,so if you couldn't really speak english nor french . Please be careful not to check in out of working hour ( it would be better if there is more urgent contact way )or maybe this is my problem.... Luckily I met a realllly kind customer, who helped me make the call and solve the check in problemwith me . Without him ,i can't imagine what would happen I mean .I really appreciate him (not sure if he would see this )also this kind gesture create a great impression to this trip !

เนื่องจากอยู่นอกสถานีรถไฟใต้ดินจึงสะดวกมาก! นอกจากนี้ยังมีที่จอดรถใต้ดินซึ่งสามารถเข้าถึงโรงแรมได้โดยตรง เมื่อฉันใช้มัน มันก็แค่แทนที่ Kyriad และ ibis

My overall conclusion is that this was a nice hotel which was worth the money paid, but that doesn't mean I liked absolutely everything there. The important stuff - it was spacious, it was quiet, it was very clean. The not so important, but could bring you some nail bites - the reception works until 9pm - and after that you're on your own. If you have a late check-in... there was no communication from the hotel side prior to that, so it was a surprise. Luckily the phone seen somewhere on the wall lead me to calling someone (after midnight actually) who told me on the phone a code for the safe holding the envelope with my key. But if the hotel door was locked (and it usually is)... I don't know what I would do. But apart from that, everything else was a pleasure. Thanks!
