there was an Indian Receptionist who was very rude in the evening of 6/20/25 when I asked him whether there was a reason our room did not cleaned. (even though we booked 4 nights in a row ) he said ”yea I guess, Ok Bye” up the phone .
ผผู้เข้าพักThe Hotel and room were clean, open and bright. It was warm in BC this time of year, so a manual adjust thermostat in the room was nice. I could cool the room to my comfort level.
The only facility I had time to experience was the breakfast/ Lobby area. The breakfast area was kept clean and closely monitored by staff. The food was good, fresh. and at correct temperatures. The one thing unfortunate, was that the places to eat outside of the hotel(except for one) were inside the neighboring ******. I am a non-smoker, the cigarrette smoke
as soon as you entered was overwhelming. I got my food to go because it was so bad. The only restaurant outside the ****** was called ”Bullet Train”. Not very appetizing on a road trip. I did try it and was glad I did. It was clean, smoke free, not crowded and had two guys playing live acoustic music. The music was good and the atmoshere relaxing.
The food was also very tasty and the wait staff were pleasant and polite. I would eat here again.
ZZhangshengBooking Process Booking my stay was straightforward. I used the Best Western website, which was easy to navigate. I appreciated the clear descriptions of room options and the flexibility in booking terms.
Arrival and Check-In Upon arrival, the hotel was easy to find with ample parking. The exterior was well-maintained, and the lobby had a welcoming, clean atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. They provided local area maps and recommendations for nearby restaurants, which was a nice touch.
Room Description I stayed in a standard queen room. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities. There was a flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, and coffee maker, which added to the convenience. The bathroom was tidy and stocked with essential toiletries. The decor was simple yet pleasant, creating a cozy environment.
ผผู้เข้าพักWe originally booked at the Belvada but they had overbooked so we were sent to the Mizpah for a room. They are under the same ownership. The Belvada seemed more family friendly with the Mizpah having a fairly lively bar and ****** on the main floor but it was okay for our one night stay. We were on the third floor, quiet and cozy in a junior suite. Both hotels seemed well maintained, definitely full of charm, lore, and loads of vintage touches (the vintage touches can come off as old and somewhat annoying if staying longer but it was great for one night). Overall very happy with the visit, I don’t imagine people go to Tonopah not expecting a slower pace, so with that in mind - enjoy the slow down and the historic details!
