Very convenient and you cant beat this price. Some rooms smell a bit unfortunately. I've slept here twice as very convenient for an early flight from Luton but 1 room didn't smell nice while the other was ok. Bathroom have everything, clean towels and there is a TV. Not very good sound proofing though with heavy doors which some guest slam and you hear all of that.

The house is located on a walking distance from Luton Dart Parkway, there are 2 routes you can take. It was easy finding it and getting inside. The house looks better on the inside than outside. The earplugs were really helpful. The bedroom and bathroom were clean.

Brilliant hotel, clean facilities and a decently spacious room for by far the lowest price in the area. An extremely quaint location, friendly and helpful staff as well.
