À notre arrivée, lors du check-in sur la borne automatique, le système nous a réclamé un supplément de 6 € injustifié. Le calcul était pourtant simple : 34 € (chambre déjà réglée) + 6 € (animal) + 2 € (taxe de séjour), soit un total de 42 €. Or, la machine affichait 48 €. J’ai contacté l’assistance en ligne pour signaler cette erreur de calcul système. Malheureusement, l’interlocuteur n'a fait aucun effort pour résoudre la situation. Malgré mes explications, il s'est contenté de maintenir que le total était de 48 €, puis a avancé un tarif de 49 €, ignorant totalement les conditions de ma réservation effectuée à l'avance. Son refus de vérifier les chiffres était inadmissible. Heureusement, à l'arrivée de la réceptionniste physique, la situation a été débloquée. Elle a consulté l'historique de la facturation, a immédiatement identifié l'erreur et l'a rectifiée. Elle a fait preuve d'un professionnalisme exemplaire, contrairement à son collègue de l'assistance. Travaillant moi-même dans un groupe hôtelier français, je sais que l'historique d'une réservation sur le PMS permet de tout vérifier. Il est regrettable qu'un agent du service client soit moins efficace qu'un réceptionniste sur place et fasse preuve d'une telle mauvaise volonté. Si l'hôtel en lui-même est satisfaisant, cette expérience avec l'assistance en ligne ternit l'image de l'enseigne. Je réfléchirai à deux fois avant de réserver à nouveau chez B&B.

we stayed there for a night while on the road in france. clean, simple, no frills rooms, free parking, SUPER friendly receptionist staff. we couldn't ask for more, especially at this price😊👍👍👍 will be back there next week again, actually, because we like the non-touristy ”feel” and the friendly people in and around lure (e.g. BAR LE SHOOTER, just 200 metres from the hotel, VERY cool atmosphere on weekends/karaoke thursday!;)) and in the bourgogne-franche-comté region😀. à bientôt au kyriad lure;)!

I recently stayed at the Ibis Budget Hôtel in Besançon, and I want to share my experience. Overall, I found the hotel to be very good, particularly in terms of cleanliness, which was excellent throughout my stay. However, I would like to suggest the addition of a small fridge in the rooms. This would greatly enhance the convenience for guests. Additionally, a liner for the clothes would also be a useful amenity to consider. Thank you for a pleasant

Our big room for our family is on the upper floor at the end of the building, it is one of the older rooms with worn out carpet and a few sunlight windows. If you are claustrophobic it is not suitable. Disrespectful neighbours were smoking outside the foyer, although it is a non smoking hotel. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant though, makes us feel welcomed. Simple amenities. A one night stay is the maximum.

PERSONNEL ACCUEILLANT MAIS CHAMBRE VRAIMENT TROP TROP PETITE POUR UN COUPLE. GRAND LIT CONFORTABLE MAIS QUI PRENDS TOUTE LA PLACE DANS LA CHAMBRE. DE CE FAIT, PEU DE PLACE POUR LES BAGAGES ET POUVOIR SE DEPLACER. SALLE DE BAIN, PLUTOT SALLE D'EAU EXIGUE. WC DEVANT LE MINUSCULE LAVABO. DOUCHE NORMALE. VRAIMENT TRES DECUE PAR LA CHAMBRE.

Nuitée en famille ( 3 adultes et 2 enfants, 8 ans et 2 mois) et nous avons pu séjourner tous dans la même chambre. Très spacieuse et propre, si je peux juste faire une suggestion, il manque peut etre d armoire ou du moins une étagère, de table de chevet et d une brosse wc 😅 Pour ce qui est du petit dej, il est bien et souvent fournir et très correct pour le prix. Par contre, pour moi, il est un peu light, pas de charcuterie et très peu de fromage aussi non, le reste y était. Je recommande à 100%

Hotel comodo per fare una tappa verso il Nord Della Francis. Situato a Macon proprio vicino all'uscita Della A40. Ampio parcheggio, camera pulita e con il comfort essenziale per una breve sosta. Sulla Strada principale vi sono locali per mangiare e supermercati

Ibis Budget Hotel is a good clean and nice hotel with warm welcome, I was well received at my arrival and check in went smooth. The room is good, the brak fast was also nice. The gave me a customer card to have dinner in various restaurant with significant discounts. I truly recommand Ibis Budget Hotel
