ผผู้เข้าพักChoosing this hotel for the second time as extremely pleased both with quality of amenities and, comfort, nice location next to the train station and by far one of the best breakfast selection I could see in the hotels - well done!
MMandymoo1Great value hotel in the old town. The hotel was lovely and clean. We stayed in a standard room, it had a double bed, sofa, coffee table, balcony tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was buffet style and very very busy. We only used it once. Much nicer places to eat a short 5/10 mins in the centre.
AAnton KrasnovThe room was good, even if a bit small for two people, the water pressure was weak. They have a laundry you can use, which is an advantage. BUT! The communication is very bad, especially for the hotel without reception. They didn’t send me check-in instructions in advance, and I had to have a written communication with trip.com support on my arrival day for the whole day to get them, which is unacceptable. And also, even though they say they have 24/7 support, the hotel responded to me about my inquiry only the next day. They were nice to let us check-in later, but we needed this information earlier than we received it.
ผผู้เข้าพักI had a wonderful stay at HOLA Gdynia! The hotel’s modern design, comfortable clean rooms, and great location near the waterfront made it an ideal choice. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast selection was fresh and delicious, providing a perfect start to the day. I would highly recommend HOLA Gdynia for anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay in the heart of the city.
ผผู้เข้าพักGreat service and a veru centrally situated hotel. Room and rates were good.
However, room was on ground floor and every time the front door of hotel was opened, it shut with a ferocious clatter. This woke me up on each night I stayed, often several times. It would stop me returning to the Artus which is a pity, because everyhing else was of a good standard.
