Great views from the hotel. The hotel is near bars, restaurants and stores, it has a restaurant and a small pool. The AC works well in my room. Some stairs to climb but not too many. Overall, great experience.

入住的時候不知道沒有吹風機要和櫃台索取，但是櫃台下午五點就下班，結果第一天入住沒辦法吹頭髮。 房間陽台離商店街道很近，夜晚會有點吵雜。 客房清潔服務有待加強，感覺只有整理床單和更換垃圾袋的部分，浴室可以稍微清潔下更好。

Staff : friendly, helpful, accommodating, and providing ”top tier” hospitality The location is a major highlight, as the hotel is only a 2-5 minute drive or a short walk from the Puerto Princesa International Airport. rooms are spacious, clean, well-designed with unique hand-painted murals, and having very comfortable beds.

Hollywood Hotel Puerto Prinseca The hotel is modern, new and have very serviceminded and great staff. The hotel room was very clean. Its centrally located downtown and easy to access from the airport. The hotel has a nice restaurant and roof top patio. The hotel has a good location. It’s. Wry centrally located and still its in a quiet area. You don’t get all noise and exhaust from the trafficked roads. It’s very easy to reach from the international airport. If you like to walk it’s about 1,5 km from the terminal building, or you can easily grab a tuktuk for your convenience. The facilities are modern, new and good. The beds are comfortable and the linen and towels very good. Feels fresh and nice. There are needed amenities in the room and a waterboiler and coffee. There was also good with space to hang up clothes. Each room also have small safe. It’s possible to open the windows and there is mosquito net. Very smart and useful. The room also have dark curtains so if you like all dark room when sleeping this is possible. The thing I missed was better water pressure particularly for warm water. It also took some time before warm water flows, but this is informed and is because of the system. The staff is excellent. During my stay I did encounter some minor things which I needed assistance for. The staff provided very good service and do their utmost to support. They also followed up during the stay and were very caring. They provided a very good impression of professionalism and Philippine hospitality.

We only stayed one night but elsewhere for 6 nights we would liked to have found this place earlier and stayed for the whole week very nice staff nice food lovely room and a great view will definitely stay here when in Puerto galera next 👍👍

Room was clean and comfortable with soap and toothbrush in bathroom, just 10 min walk from bars and restaurants, 20 min walk from airport or 100 peso on taxi bike. The breakfast is OK. The AC was not working properly in the standard room that also has no window. But was upgraded to the Delux room.

The best hotel experience! My partner and I were greeted with friendly faces as soon as we walked in, with cold facecloths to cool us down. The receptionists remember your name, and make booking tours, transport and other arrangements so easy! We booked tours, motorbike rental and even spa appointments through the front desk. My partner and I accidentally overbooked our stay, but the hotel allowed us to use the overbooked nights as credit for any bookings through them. The hotel is so clean, air-conditioned and well maintained, including room service. All the staff are so lovely and helpful with any questions and concerns. The location of the hotel is very close to the port and town, with short walking distance. I highly recommend staying at this accommodation to streamline your experience in el nido!
