I really love this place! It's super close to the mall, which is great. The staff is so nice, especially the lovely lady at the front desk. She's just the best. The room is spotless and the hot water is a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel.

Exceptional Service & Delicious Silog Breakfast – Sheridan Boutique Hotel Shines! Our stay at Sheridan Boutique Hotel was made extra special by their outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. The modern, stylish rooms were spacious and spotless, with incredibly comfortable beds that made it hard to wake up—even for our early Balabac tour! What truly impressed us was how the staff went above and beyond when we needed to leave before dawn. They prepared a delicious *silog breakfast* (complete with hot coffee!) for us at an ungodly hour, ensuring we started our long journey with full stomachs and happy hearts. The garlic rice, perfectly cooked egg, and savory meat were exactly the hearty meal we needed—it’s these thoughtful touches that set Sheridan apart. The hotel’s location is convenient—close enough to the airport and city center for easy transfers, yet quiet and peaceful. The boutique-style design adds a cozy yet upscale vibe, making it a perfect home base in Puerto Princesa. If you want a hotel that combines comfort with *real* Filipino hospitality (and serves a mean early-morning silog!), Sheridan Boutique Hotel is a fantastic choice. Their kindness and flexibility made our trip smoother, and we can’t wait to stay again!

Our experience was good overall. The staff are nice. The place is accessible and actually on the beach front. Would definitely rebook again when we visit White Beach of Puerto Galera.

Second booking with Vela Terraces and we made the same request to put us in a lower floor so we don’t have to climb all the stairs with our young toddler but unfortunately they were fully booked so we got a room on the 4th floor. It wasn’t that bad because the staff helped move ALL our luggage for us and we had 2 large hard suitcases plus a huge backpack carrier and multiple smaller bags which were all heavy. Very much appreciated the help! Since we knew about all the stairs from the reviews, there’s nothing to complain about. Despite no free upgrade because they were fully booked, the bed like the first time was very comfortable and the service was just as good as the first. The bathroom however wasn’t as nice as the Family room which was where we stayed during our first visit. It’s an open shower with a piece of glass that covers half the shower but water can still spray out. The bathroom light kept flickering and there were some ants. But all in all, it was still a good stay. AC worked well and they provided bottled water. If you want a better room, book the Family room on the 2nd floor! It makes a difference! The hotel is close to Dayon Kamo Food park which is a cute place with multiple food stalls. Great food, live music, love the atmosphere!

De accomodatie, het zwembad en tuin met mooie bloemen waren super fijn om even bij te komen van onze Balabac trip in het zuiden. Het personeel was erg lief en behulpzaam. De kamer is wel wat oud, de douche kon enkel koud of veel ste heet en het slot van de deur deed het niet. De eigenaar probeerde het wel meteen te maken, maar helaas zonder succes. Het bed lag wel erg lekker! Verder hebben we het hier samen erg naar ons zin gehad en lekker geslapen!❤️
