Booked two rooms for my sister and her girlfriend’s family. They had a great and comfortable stay. Rooms were clean and modern and location was excellent. Perfect for anyone vacationing in Sorsogon.

Had a great stay. Staff were courteous & accommodating. Location is perfect with nearby malls & restaurants. Definitely not our last time booking. ☺️😊

ฉันอาศัยอยู่ในโรงแรมใน Legaspi และโดยรวมแล้วมีประสบการณ์ที่ธรรมดา แต่สะดวกสบาย ห้องพักมีขนาดที่เหมาะสมและเครื่องปรับอากาศทํางานได้ดีซึ่งทําให้การเข้าพักสนุกยิ่งขึ้น อย่างไรก็ตามยุงไม่กี่ตัวสามารถเข้าไปได้ซึ่งค่อนข้างน่ารําคาญ ทีวีค่อนข้างเล็กแต่ใช้ได้ ห้องน้ําอาจต้องปรับปรุงบ้าง - มีเชื้อราเล็กน้อยและแม้ว่าน้ําร้อนจะทํางาน แต่แรงดันน้ําก็ค่อนข้างต่ํา ในด้านบวกทําเลที่ตั้งสะดวกมากและมีพื้นที่ส่วนกลางที่ดีซึ่งทําให้ง่ายต่อการเดินทางไปรอบ ๆ เป็นการพักที่ไม่ดี แต่มีที่ว่างสําหรับการปรับปรุงอย่างแน่นอน

Very accommodating,clean environment and safe to stay.. Establishments including government facilities and schools are accessible.

Wifi was fast & reliable Buffet breakfast had a lot of selection Staff were friendly and accommodating Few complimentary toiletries No facilities like pool or gym but a restaurant is avail. Near transpo and shops and Rob Naga. Room is clean and comfy. No smart tv though

Good location. Disappointed for the service, a manager told us that it would not be possible to have a late check out without making efforts to find an alternative solution and barely looking at the PC.

This is my 3rd time to book this property. I liked very much the location very near to all spots I need for my quick visit in the area. Access to my assigned room is very accessible even if there is no staff was there to assist me when I arrived and came late.

The service provided by the staff was very good. They were all respectful to the guests. The food in the included breakfast buffet was great. The food variety was excellent but it didn’t have any fruit juice available. Otherwise the Lotus Blue cafe also had great food at a very reasonable price. The location was very close to the main downtown area and walking distance to clean malls with plenty of food and restaurant options. The area is also very safe and friendly. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the room. The hot water heater inside the room was not working. We immediately reported that to the front desk. They sent a maintenance mechanic to fix it but same issue every time we tried to use the shower. They promised to replace the heater while we were away on our tour, but when we came back the hot water heater was still not working. The water from the shower would first come out very hot and difficult to adjust. Then after that the water came out very cold. I reported the same issue to the front desk but no results. Thank goodness we were only stuck for two days.
