離奇琴伊察金字塔景區不遠，酒店有車接送往返，而且司機很友善，還開車送我們去鎮區地道餐廳享用晚餐，不會多收費用或要求小費。 酒店設施不錯，有大泳池。 早餐在酒店前院，不是自助餐，但也算好吃，夠飽。不過要給一點小費。 餐廳晚餐也不俗，墨西哥餐不算貴。

Horrible service! They first gave us to a room which was fine upon entering but then we saw people’s clothes and shoes. We went back to reception. She said that her colleague made mistake and gave our room away to someone else without putting in the system. She gave us another room which was smelly like hell! I asked her to change or refund. She said its the only room left and she knows its smelly and she was sorry but she couldn’t do anything. She could only put us to another room the next day. She also refused to compensate. It was midnight. We had no local sim card so had no choice but to stay. At night there was lots of noise from boiler/machine so we couldn’t sleep. It ruined our holiday. They changed us to a different room next day but refused to compensate. We had to suffer at our own cost! The location is god and the room after changed was fine. But they made us suffer for their mistake yet refused to compensate! Such a shame for a hotel to behave like this! So if you don’t want surprise or ruin your holiday, try to avoid this hotel!

Хорошее расположение. С утра становится шумно - дорога рядом. Плохое расположение кондиционера - он дует прямо на кровать, на ночь его надо ставить на минимум, иначе продует. У отеля есть своя парковка, большой плюс. Из минусов: номер нельзя было закрыть снаружи, замок не срабатывал; его надо чинить

Amazing stay – Highly recommended! This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The views from inside were stunning, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. When they found out it was my first time visiting Mexico, they brought out a map of the city and went above and beyond by marking all the key spots — including what to see, opening hours, entrance fees, and how to get there. They also recommended several authentic Mexican restaurants to try, giving me plenty of great options. On top of that, they provided detailed advice on how to travel around the area — including transportation tips and fair prices — which really helped me feel safe and confident exploring. Their hospitality completely changed my perception of Mexico and made me feel very welcome. If I ever return to Valladolid, no matter how many times, I’ll definitely stay here again!

I stayed in Residence Inn Merida for a month in January 2024. I liked the location and services. It’s very close to the Galleria Mall, Costco and a large grocery store. You can take bus R72 to Central Merida which is very convenient if you don’t have a car or don’t want to drive.The room is clean and equipped with full kitchen. The breakfast is included. The front desk staffs are also helpful. They helped us to arrange two private day trips to Maya sites and cenotes. The only thing I would recommend is to improve the quality and add more choices to the breakfast. Not many varieties of breakfast. The refrigerator is a little bit noisy at night.

แค่ธรรมดา บริการเหมือนโรงแรม ใกล้หาดสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว และพิพิธภัณฑ์ไดโนเสาร์นั้น ถ่ายรูปแค่ห้องเดียวเพราะไม่ถือว่ามีบรรยากาศวันหยุด โรงแรมที่ฉันพักเมื่อคืนก่อนดีกว่า เพื่อนจองไว้ ฉันพักอีกหนึ่งคืน แต่โรงแรมเต็ม เลยจองที่นี่ ตรงกันข้ามไม่ดีเท่าเมื่อก่อน

The staff has been super helpful in accommodating our requests when we asked to change the rooms and more towels. They also recommended places to visit nearby. The location is very busy: in front of the ado station you have the option to jump directly in a bus but the neighbourhood is of course what it is around a station. Very close to the market, you need to walk 20’ to the central square to find the pretty part of merida. Clean was clean, but the amenities have to be reviewed: no mirror in the room, very small sink, the window in the bathroom couldn’t be closed and there was no hairdryer.

The hacienda is wonderful and the front desk staff, Oscar, was very helpful. The rooms are rustic and lovely, the grounds are beautiful and it’s an 8 minute drive to downtown Izamal. My only complaint is the breakfast—it just wasn’t good. I don’t know if it was an off-morning but the latte tasted like it came from a Nescafé instant packet, and the waffles were almost stale tasting. For the price, go into Izamal for food. My one regret was spending 300 pesos on this very forgettable breakfast, it surprised me because I thought the restaurant would be good.

The pool is nice and the hotel is located a few blocks away from the main attractions in downtown. The best part of this experience was the hotel staff. They were extra helpful and kind. Always ready to help in whatever you need. The only complaint I have is the cleanliness in the room. There was dust in some parts of the room and the sheets weren't very clean. They didn't change them. Also, the pillows aren't comfortable. But the rest of the hotel is not bad at all for the price. I slept well, the ac works well. I would stay there again.
