The hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment. The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities). The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink! The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally). During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know! The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked. On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”. We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave. The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive. When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is conveniently located, close to all the main attractions. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable.

โรงแรมเกินความคาดหมาย ห้องพักขนาดใหญ่พนักงานที่เป็นมิตรและอาหารเช้ามากมาย สระว่ายน้ําขนาดใหญ่และช่องภาษาอังกฤษไม่กี่ช่องในทีวี ไม่มีอะไรให้ทํารอบ ๆ โรงแรม แต่ถนนคนเดินอยู่ห่างออกไปประมาณ 10 นาทีและมีอาหารให้เลือกมากมาย

I stayed at TTC Imperial Hotel in Hue for three nights and everything was absolutely perfect. I loved the building itself, the beautiful rooftop terrace, and the room — spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The gym was excellent, the service was truly professional, and the people working there were warm, kind, and attentive. Breakfast was great with a good variety and quality. Overall, a flawless stay — I would happily come back.

ห้องสวีทนี้กินพื้นที่สามชั้นและกว้างขวางมาก เมื่อเข้ามา คุณจะพบกับห้องนั่งเล่น ห้องครัว และห้องน้ำที่กินพื้นที่ทั้งชั้น ชั้นล่างมีห้องนอนสองห้อง (ไม่ใช่ชั้นใต้ดิน แต่เป็นชั้นสาม) แต่ละห้องมีห้องน้ำในตัว ชั้นบนเป็นระเบียงพร้อมสระว่ายน้ำส่วนตัวและห้องน้ำอีกห้อง ทุกชั้นมีวิวทะเลที่สวยงามตระการตา แม้ว่าสระว่ายน้ำจะเล็กไปหน่อย แต่ก็ยังเป็นจุดที่น่ารักสำหรับครอบครัวที่จะเล่นน้ำและชมวิวอ่าวในยามเย็น สระว่ายน้ำส่วนกลางของโรงแรมมีความพิเศษตรงที่มีเลนวงกลมเชื่อมต่อรีสอร์ททั้งหมด สภาพแวดล้อมของโรงแรมยอดเยี่ยม มีโต๊ะปิงปอง โต๊ะพูล ห้องเกม และเรือรับส่งไปยังรีสอร์ทบันยันทรีที่อยู่ใกล้เคียง กิจกรรมกีฬาทางน้ำต้องจองล่วงหน้า และจะมีรถรับส่งพาแขกไปที่นั่น อาหารเช้าก็ใช้ได้ ข้อเสียคือที่ตั้งของโรงแรมค่อนข้างห่างไกล รถรับส่งฟรีให้บริการเฉพาะไปและกลับจากสนามบินเท่านั้น ซึ่งใช้เวลามากกว่าหนึ่งชั่วโมงเล็กน้อย มีรถรับส่งไปยังเมืองดานัง ฮอยอัน และเว้ แต่ทั้งหมดนี้มีค่าใช้จ่าย การเรียกรถ Grab ที่นี่ค่อนข้างยาก โรงแรมต้องช่วยเรียกให้ ดังนั้นโดยปกติแล้วจึงรับประทานอาหารเย็นที่โรงแรม อย่างไรก็ตาม ห้องพักให้ความรู้สึกเหมือนรีสอร์ทจริงๆ เกือบทุกห้องมองเห็นวิวทะเล และการชมพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นเหนือทะเลจากระเบียงในตอนเช้าเป็นสิ่งที่เหมาะสำหรับครอบครัว

It is an amazing hotel, the facilities and in an excellent conditions, the rooms are big and well conditioned and overall the staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. I definitely recommend to stay there.

Lovely resort, 2 very clean pools, beachfront, villas are very well presented, 2 TV’s, free WiFi, very good restaurant food items. Location is the only negative as there is nothing close bar a couple of very small lunch/ bar places for locals. Bay restaurants were closed when we were there.

เราชอบที่นี่ เรามีกระท่อมไม้ที่สวยงามและกว้างขวางพร้อมระเบียงที่สามารถมองเห็นแม่น้ําเพิร์ล พี่ผู้จัดการดูแลเราเป็นอย่างดีและไม่สามารถทําได้มากกว่านี้ เราล็อคตัวเอง เขาขึ้นมาในรถบัสของเขา เราลืมอะไรบางอย่าง เขาขึ้นมาในรถเข็นของเขา เขามีอาหารเช้าแบบซื้อกลับบ้านสเต็กสไลซ์ที่ปรุงสุกพร้อมผลไม้มังกรที่ 6.45am และแท็กซี่ ขอบคุณพี่และทีม! เรากลับมาในเดือนเมษายนเพื่อชมสุสานและเจดีย์ที่เราพลาด
