Hotel que se encuentra en una ubicación perfecta, cerca de la plaza central del pueblo, con parking propio.
Habitación amplia y cómoda con aire acondicionado, pero le falta reforma en la pintura de la habitación.
Consta de un excelente restaurante para cenar y gran desayuno incluido en el precio.
Quizás lo que menos me gustó fué el personal de recepción, que aunque es agradable... no informan de todas las posibilidades de ocio del pueblo.
Ya que cuentan con un gran cenote a unas calles, que ni me mencionaron, cuando pregunté.

Haviamos reservado o hotel para conhecer a cidade e irmos visitar Chichén Itzá acontece que por um motivo de força maior tivemos que adiar em 01 dia a nossa viagem, solicitamos a TRIP que entrasse em contato com o hotel e alterasse a nossa reserva o que nos fora negado, em nosso entendimento o hotel preferiu ficar com o valor da reserva, a alterar a nossa data, pois dessa forma teria o seu lucro sem dispêndio nenhum, acontece que tínhamos reservado um Resort em Cancún, o Live Aqua Viva Resort que diferente desse hotel entendeu o nosso problema e fez a alteração de data sem a menor dificuldade, com isso além de demonstrar interesse pelo cliente, passamos momentos maravilhosos em um hotel em que todos os momentos vimos o capricho e cuidado com hospede jamais visto. Por tudo isso não indico e se eu fosse a TRIP retirava esse hotel como seu parceiro.

호텔은 아주 좋은 위치에 있다. 가격도 아주 저렴하다. 직원들은 모두 친절하고 작은 수영장도 있다. 레스토랑은 가격대비 훌륭하다. 하지만 침구에서 땀냄새가 났다.

Overall this hotel is a fabulous place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is right in the center of town. The dining and food was good. Rooftop dining is great. The room is a bit small and a bit dark but beds are comfortable and shower is great.

I slipped and fell on very wet floor the baggage guy was great and brought me ice immediately and asked if i needed a Dr. But i said no. That being said they should not have put my room next to construction which caused all the water on the hallway wallway and stairs. I also heard lots of noise from them working at night. Room was very clean, stff nice, restaurant good, free parking and location great! BUT not having hot water to shower in was aweful

Excellent location!!! You can walk to all the shops around the plaza. The place was so clean and gorgeous. Everyone was so attentive. I definitely recommend this hotel!
