อยู่นอกกําแพงเมืองเก่าของไมดิน่า ใกล้กับถนนสายหลักของเมือง สะดวกมากที่จะนั่งแท็กซี่ เนื่องจากโรงแรมด้านนอกมีกําแพงสูงและจําเป็นต้องใช้กุญแจเพื่อเข้าลาน ลานจึงเงียบมาก อาหารเช้าที่เจ้าของโฮมสเตย์เตรียมไว้ให้เรานั้นอร่อยมากและผู้คนก็กระตือรือร้นมาก

We didn’t have any issues there. In general the service is good even if there is nobody in the reception thus they give you your own keys of the main entrance and your room. As a suggestion it is needed a sign “Riad Nouhal” but anyway, if you follow the location on Google Maps, you will be in.

The location was very good. The staff were super amazing especially the breakfast old lady she was very nice and we definitely enjoyed our stay we recommend to book this hotel.

Bon séjour à la riad jibril Taxe de séjour onéreuse par rapport à mes voyage précédent ainsi que le prix du transfert qui pourrais être inclus dans le tarif du séjour. Sinon très bon emplacement quartier très clame avec toutes les commodités. Équipe fort sympathique et toujours disponible à la riad .

The location is tolerable, the service is good, only the administrator tried to impose expensive tours, it's better to book them yourself on booking and not listen to them. There were not enough hooks in the bathtub for hangers. Breakfast is delicious and wonderful

Отель — просто стратегический штаб для ленивого туриста! Медина буквально под носом, так что далеко ходить не придется. Всё жизненно важное в шаговой доступности: обменники, чтобы спустить деньги, кафе и рынок, чтобы наесться от пуза, и — вишенка на торте — питейное заведение прямо под боком! Для тех, кто ценит не только культурный отдых, но и качественный «вечерний релакс». Рекомендую!

The check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room. The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.

I had a wonderful stay at this riad. The place was charming, clean, and full of traditional Moroccan character. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, with beautiful architecture and thoughtful details that made the experience special. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The location was also convenient, allowing easy access to explore the vibrant streets, markets, and attractions of Marrakech. Truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this riad to anyone looking for an authentic Moroccan experience with great service and a warm atmosphere. Small suggestion: It would be great if the riad could provide room slippers for guests’ comfort. Thank you:)
