Banyan tree provides great accommodation options in the city and especially when one has to travel long distance for their professional reasons. The hotel is located at a prime location, and has great amenities within walking distance make it even a great stay. Staff are very friendly, warm, room is well equipped and furnished, the wifi connection is robust. It is an ideal place for my stay week on week. A highly recommended stay within indiranagar who wants stay within the bustling part of the city.

We got upgraded to deluxe room when we booked the first time, it was really nice, very functional room with international plugs in a decent convenient design.
Toilet seems a bit worn out but ok to use.
We left our luggage there overnight to go to a temple stay, they gave such convenience. Upon return, we got standard room and was a bit disappointed, coz we got used to the deluxe rooms.
Staff is generally good and helpful. However, sometimes too helpful that the security insisted to help me book taxi on my Ola app but booked to a completely wrong direction, ended up we missed our flights and the connecting flights, we had to purchase new expensive last minute tickets home. it was a disaster but I understand it was not intended, things just happened.

the hotel was great. the room was airy and spacious and the beds were so comfortable.
i fell asleep within minutes of lying down. the ac temperature was perfect and i had a 24/7 supply of hot water.
the staff was great too. very polite and accommodating, they made sure i had everything i needed for the duration of my stay at bloom hotel. oh, and the fact that the hotel is about 20m from rameshwaram cafe is another plus. all in all, a great experience 💯

I wanted to give it 1 star but the reception guy was really friendly and the kitchen FOOD was really OK- fresh&tasty, so 3 stars all in all. And this is very generous after what I experienced. Hope the owner of this hotel reads this - the equipment of the hotel is really GOOD, but the staff is absolutely careless and not controlled by an attentive manager as it should be. The room service guys are shouting, running and giggling in the corridors. They do not understand that someone can be trying to sleep during the day. The staff did not give me the opportunity to sleep at all. I booked 3 nights and slept only 6,5,4 hours a night! I've got tired of such a rest! They start noise at 6-8 am and never stop it during the day. I can recommend this hotel only to robots who do not require sleeping. If you do not plan to sleep - you would like it for this money

ผผู้เข้าพักI would only recommend this hotel for short stays—definitely not for anything more than 2 nights. My 8-night experience had several issues that made it far from comfortable for a longer stay.
From the start, there were small issues that should have been easily resolved but weren’t. The chair in my room was broken and never replaced. The in-room safe was locked, and when I requested help, I was told that the previous guest had locked it. I found it strange that the hotel didn’t have a master key or a proper way to reset the safe—it’s basic hotel management.
There were also a couple of mini cockroaches spotted in the toilet. While I only saw two or three during my entire stay and the room was generally clean, it still points to a lack of proper pest control.
A major letdown was the lack of water heaters throughout the hotel. This is a basic amenity, and after checking, I found that all the neighbouring hotels do offer hot water for bathing. It’s quite disappointing and uncomfortable, especially when staying for multiple nights.
Breakfast was another area that needed improvement. It’s not a buffet or continental spread as one might expect, but rather a limited Indian breakfast menu. Even when there were only two guests, the wait time was 15–30 minutes for a simple meal. The taste was very good, though, so that deserves some credit.
Location-wise, there’s a McDonald’s and a fantastic mandi restaurant called Al Zara just a 5-minute walk away, which was a plus.
The staff are generally quiet and keep to themselves, although the receptionist usually greeted me, which was nice. However, the checkout experience really soured my impression. I had a night flight and went to the office during the day, so I checked out in the morning and asked to store my luggage. Shockingly, there was no proper storage room. I was just told to leave my luggage near the small reception counter, which felt extremely unsafe—especially since the receptionist isn’t always there. While they mentioned a CCTV was present, it’s a huge risk if something were to go wrong.
Later that evening, I came back to collect my luggage and asked for a toothbrush to freshen up before my flight. To my shock, the receptionist and housekeeping actually discussed whether they should charge me for it—even though I only requested a replacement toothbrush once during my entire 8-night stay. Thankfully, they didn’t charge in the end, but the fact that it was even up for discussion left a bad taste.
All in all, while the hotel had some good points like the food taste and room cleanliness, the lack of basic amenities, poor after-checkout hospitality, and questionable service decisions make it hard for me to recommend this place—especially for longer stays.

ผผู้เข้าพักI went to Hassan for a business trip. I stayed at the pearl for 1 night only. Overall it was a good experience to stay there.
Location: It was hard to find the location. I asked locals for the Pearl but no one knew about it. The Pearl was earlier known as 'The Southern Star' Hotel. They haven't changed the Neon sign above their building. After crossing the building twice, I searched for pics and saw the same building for the Southern Star and Pearl. At check-in, I came to know that they had changed their name in December 2022. They are still in process of changing their name everywhere.
Room: Rooms are spacious, clean, and well-lit. The toilet was clean too. Wi-Fi is ok. The mini fridge was empty and over priced snacks are there too.
Service: My room had electricity issues so I asked them to fix it. They came in a minute and were polite.
Food: The breakfast costs 200 pax. I didn't pay for that so I wouldn't comment on it.
Overall: They need to change their terrace neon sign immediately. Otherwise, it was a good experience.
