Had a pleasant stay at The Hosteller! The vibe was chill, the place was clean, and the staff was super helpful. What made it even better was meeting like-minded travelers — great convos, shared stories, and some solid memories. Perfect spot if you're looking for a social, yet comfortable stay. Would definitely come back!

Newly opened posh hotel in ...access I'd via the service road.
Big hotel with good cozy rooms and huge banquet hall for food services in the ground floor.
Lifts are card and wifi enabled so quiet secure place.
Room Service needs improvement but overall good.Food is really tasty.

Location was good but the hotel employees were not at all helpful. No amenities as mentioned like sofa, ac didnt work for a long time and i had to wait for many hours, there was no safe, no locks in the cupboards, i had ordered few items for which i had to remind them like 4 times going to the reception and then they sent.

A comfortable stay with quality sleep. The staff is very friendly courteous and helpful. Its location is very convenient. Only drawback is that it doesn’t have a restaurant and only a coffee shop. This results in a very restricted menu. The food however is tasty and with reasonable prices.

ผผู้เข้าพักI would only recommend this hotel for short stays—definitely not for anything more than 2 nights. My 8-night experience had several issues that made it far from comfortable for a longer stay.
From the start, there were small issues that should have been easily resolved but weren’t. The chair in my room was broken and never replaced. The in-room safe was locked, and when I requested help, I was told that the previous guest had locked it. I found it strange that the hotel didn’t have a master key or a proper way to reset the safe—it’s basic hotel management.
There were also a couple of mini cockroaches spotted in the toilet. While I only saw two or three during my entire stay and the room was generally clean, it still points to a lack of proper pest control.
A major letdown was the lack of water heaters throughout the hotel. This is a basic amenity, and after checking, I found that all the neighbouring hotels do offer hot water for bathing. It’s quite disappointing and uncomfortable, especially when staying for multiple nights.
Breakfast was another area that needed improvement. It’s not a buffet or continental spread as one might expect, but rather a limited Indian breakfast menu. Even when there were only two guests, the wait time was 15–30 minutes for a simple meal. The taste was very good, though, so that deserves some credit.
Location-wise, there’s a McDonald’s and a fantastic mandi restaurant called Al Zara just a 5-minute walk away, which was a plus.
The staff are generally quiet and keep to themselves, although the receptionist usually greeted me, which was nice. However, the checkout experience really soured my impression. I had a night flight and went to the office during the day, so I checked out in the morning and asked to store my luggage. Shockingly, there was no proper storage room. I was just told to leave my luggage near the small reception counter, which felt extremely unsafe—especially since the receptionist isn’t always there. While they mentioned a CCTV was present, it’s a huge risk if something were to go wrong.
Later that evening, I came back to collect my luggage and asked for a toothbrush to freshen up before my flight. To my shock, the receptionist and housekeeping actually discussed whether they should charge me for it—even though I only requested a replacement toothbrush once during my entire 8-night stay. Thankfully, they didn’t charge in the end, but the fact that it was even up for discussion left a bad taste.
All in all, while the hotel had some good points like the food taste and room cleanliness, the lack of basic amenities, poor after-checkout hospitality, and questionable service decisions make it hard for me to recommend this place—especially for longer stays.

ผผู้เข้าพักI wanted to give it 1 star but the reception guy was really friendly and the kitchen FOOD was really OK- fresh&tasty, so 3 stars all in all. And this is very generous after what I experienced. Hope the owner of this hotel reads this - the equipment of the hotel is really GOOD, but the staff is absolutely careless and not controlled by an attentive manager as it should be. The room service guys are shouting, running and giggling in the corridors. They do not understand that someone can be trying to sleep during the day. The staff did not give me the opportunity to sleep at all. I booked 3 nights and slept only 6,5,4 hours a night! I've got tired of such a rest! They start noise at 6-8 am and never stop it during the day. I can recommend this hotel only to robots who do not require sleeping. If you do not plan to sleep - you would like it for this money

ผผู้เข้าพักWe got upgraded to deluxe room when we booked the first time, it was really nice, very functional room with international plugs in a decent convenient design.
Toilet seems a bit worn out but ok to use.
We left our luggage there overnight to go to a temple stay, they gave such convenience. Upon return, we got standard room and was a bit disappointed, coz we got used to the deluxe rooms.
Staff is generally good and helpful. However, sometimes too helpful that the security insisted to help me book taxi on my Ola app but booked to a completely wrong direction, ended up we missed our flights and the connecting flights, we had to purchase new expensive last minute tickets home. it was a disaster but I understand it was not intended, things just happened.

The staff were genuinely some of the most amazing people I've encountered—they were attentive, kind, and always ready to help. The service was flawless, and everything felt so well-organized and welcoming. That said, I did notice that the ventilation could use some improvement. It wasn't a major issue, but better airflow would definitely elevate the comfort level even more. Overall, though, it’s a fantastic place to stay, and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We were so pleased with how our room looked neat and clean, especially the bathroom which was great and neat. The rooms were comfortable and we were able to have a good night's sleep with great comfort. The service is excellent and in the morning the breakfast served was very delicious and amazing. My kids who are picky eaters ate the food well and enjoyed the morning. Overall, this hotel is very neat, great with amazing staff and I feel like this place is a steal for its price. Definitely looking forward to staying here for my next stay
