Actually, I've been wanting to stay at this hotel for a long time, it's really my dream, in the end I ended up staying with a friend, there was a little story that wasn't good, my friend's bed sheets and pillows a bit dirty, maybe they weren't changed or they weren't properly check. I recommended this hotel to her ,which wasn't good, I asked for the bed sheets to be changed, in the morning I had to leave immediately at the time I booked the hotel, not including breakfast because I was in a hurry, the photo below then went upstairs I think 5 minutes take the photo above for a moment, I wanted to see the view, there was an employee said that to take photos, you have to wait for breakfast to finish, namely 10 o'clock, hmmmhmmmm, the story is in a hurry, long story short, for the overall experience, the cleanliness is 4/5 for the view nice , but better you have time to a relaxing stay

Never fail to make my stay enjoyable. There’s even a small bird corner with a peacock and some pheasants. Also there’s a few rabbits next to the swimming pool. Great for family time

My stay was very enjoyable. The view is truly breathtaking and one of the highlights of the hotel. The facilities are diverse and well-maintained, offering many options for guests. There is also a small grocery store inside the hotel, which is a new and convenient idea that I really liked 👍🏻 The food was delicious and varied, and the laundry service was fast and well organized — I really appreciated that. However, room cleanliness needs more attention and stronger disinfectant scents to feel fresher. Also, they do not allow delivery drivers to go up to the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient.

My review for stay 3D2N: 1. Room condition: It looks low-grade and falls short of 5-star hotel expectations. 2. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the sink in the room was poor. 3. Noise level: The room window faces the main street, and traffic noise is clearly audible inside the room. The soundproofing is inadequate. 4. Breakfast: The breakfast menu lacked variety, falling far behind the standards of other 5-star hotels. Overall, I rate my experience as ”Poor” for a 5-star hotel standard. I hope they can make significant improvements in the future.

Exceptional Stay with Truly Wonderful Staff! I recently completed a stay at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. Everything about my visit, from the moment I checked in until I departed, was good and comfortable. The physical property itself is excellent; my room was well-maintained, spotless, and provided a peaceful retreat after a long day. The hotel atmosphere is pleasant, and the facilities were exactly what I needed. However, the highlight of this hotel is unquestionably the nice staff. Every member of the team I interacted with—from the front desk to housekeeping—was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, always greeting me with a smile and making me feel valued as a guest. Their dedication to service truly elevated the entire experience. Its location in the heart of Bandung is unbeatable—it is the perfect base for anyone looking to go on a culinary exploration, with so many iconic food spots just a stone's throw away. The facilities were another highlight of our trip: Kid-Friendly: The hotel is very well-equipped for children, offering great activities and spaces that kept the little ones entertained throughout our stay. Modern Perks: A huge bonus for us was the free electric vehicle (EV) charging. It is rare to find such a convenient and complimentary service, and it made our trip much smoother. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Between the strategic location, the family-oriented atmosphere, and the modern amenities, we couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended for a family getaway!
