ที่ตั้งดีมาก เดินไปยังถนนบรากาได้และอยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟบันดุง เตียงนอนสบายและบุฟเฟต์อาหารเช้าก็ยอดเยี่ยม! สิ่งหนึ่งที่ควรทราบเกี่ยวกับสระว่ายน้ำคือเย็นเนื่องจากไม่ใช่สระว่ายน้ำอุ่น โดยรวมแล้วการเข้าพักเป็นที่น่าพอใจ และโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งพนักงานเอาใจใส่ มีความรู้ และเป็นมิตร โดยเฉพาะพนักงานชายที่ทำการเช็คอินให้ฉัน จำชื่อเขาไม่ได้ ขอบคุณมาก

Slippers are comfy, adult pool is cold water, kiddie pool has warm water. Location is near the safari, but our room facing the front is noisy with motorcycle sounds. Poor soundproof, can hear next door peeps moving stuff and talking. Mosquitoes in the room (we kill 4 and still got bitten! and room cleanliness is not up to standard as when we check in the sink got toothpaste mark). The toilets got no doors so it will stink the whole room if you go potty.

Stayed in room 1024 Pro: Room clean Efficient check in and check out Nice view of mountain and trees Dish variation were nice, lots of options, i love the kuah bakso so comforting. Cons: Unable to set AC QR in tv to see room dining menu unable to open, sent email to reservation no response. So we cant order food for room service. At night room smells of solar fumes like machine fumes and in the toilet smells like thinner or paint or some chemicals which is significantly disturbing. Please check room 1024. No information on facility or activities during check in, only informed there’s free photoshoot Understand that photoshoot are part of facility BUT, so manya people taking photo in the morning makes our morning walk not smooth, many times have to STOP waiting for people photoshoot. Please consider to create specific photoshoot area. Must relook on food quality, during dinner buffet chicken sausage not fresh, kue putu apek becomes inedible. Please add paintings or plants on wall, we walk out from lift in 10th floor, head to our room, on right side there’s big empty wall left a depression feeling.

Pullman Bandung Grand Central is one of those places that quietly reminds you what good hospitality feels like. From the moment I arrived, there was a sense of calm professionalism that made everything flow easily. The lobby was bright and elegant without feeling distant. The staff were attentive and warm, not in a scripted way but genuinely present. That kind of energy sets the tone for the whole stay. The room was spacious, modern, and peaceful. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the view opened to the city and the hills, and at night the lights of Bandung felt almost poetic. After a long day of meetings and movement, it was the perfect space to slow down. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection and a touch of local flavor. Sitting by the window with coffee in hand, watching Bandung slowly come alive, became one of my favorite moments each morning.

หนึ่งในโรงแรม 5 ดาวที่ดีที่สุดในใจกลางเมืองบันดุง สถานที่นี้อยู่ในระยะที่สามารถเดินไปยังห้างสรรพสินค้า Paskal 23 ได้ เราจองไว้ 3 ห้อง ได้แก่ ห้องดีลักซ์ควีน (ไม่มีอ่างอาบน้ำ) ควีนแฟมิลี่ และคิงแฟมิลี่ ห้องสำหรับครอบครัวทุกห้องมีอ่างอาบน้ำ ขนาดของห้องกว้างขวางแม้กระทั่งห้องดีลักซ์ควีนไซส์ก็ตาม เช่นเดียวกับการจัดเตียงขนาดควีนไซส์ซึ่งสามารถรองรับครอบครัวที่มีเด็ก 2 คนได้อย่างดี ห้องสำหรับครอบครัวมีโซฟา 2 ตัว ซึ่งสะดวกสบายมากสำหรับครอบครัว ห้องพักทุกห้องจัดได้อย่างลงตัวและอยู่ชั้นเดียวกันโดยทีมสำรองห้องพัก วิวสวยมากโดยเฉพาะที่หันหน้าไปทางโพลและภูเขา วิวของครอบครัวคิงไม่ค่อยดีเท่าที่หันหน้าไปทางแม่น้ำสกปรก (วิวแม่น้ำควรจะดีในสถานที่ส่วนใหญ่ แต่น่าเสียดายที่ไม่ได้อยู่ในบันดุง ไม่ใช่ความผิดของโรงแรม) เช่นเดียวกับความพยายามเพื่อความยั่งยืนด้วยการเติมน้ำในขวดใหญ่ขนาด 1 ลิตร หมอนแข็งไปหน่อยและสูงเกินไปสำหรับฉัน เราจองเต็นท์ซึ่งมีเต็นท์ ของเล่น และกิจกรรมต่างๆ ตามที่โฆษณาไว้ - ขอขอบคุณทีมงานนันทนาการ โรงแรมโดยทั่วไปเป็นมิตรกับเด็กมาก และมีสโมสรสำหรับเด็กแยกอยู่ติดกับสระว่ายน้ำ ทางโรงแรมยังมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับเด็ก (ชุดพฤกษศาสตร์ธรรมชาติจากนกพิราบ) ข้อเสนอแนะอย่างเดียวคือพื้นที่สูบบุหรี่ไม่ควรติดกับสระว่ายน้ำหรือคิดส์คลับที่มีเด็กอยู่เยอะ ห้องออกกำลังกายมีขนาดกำลังดีและมีอุปกรณ์ให้ใช้งานมากมาย มีการทำความสะอาดอุปกรณ์อย่างสม่ำเสมอ อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกมากมาย หนึ่งในอาหารที่หลากหลายที่สุด ส่วนใหญ่เป็นอาหารท้องถิ่น ค่อนข้างสับสนในการเริ่มต้น แต่ต้องขอบคุณคุณรานีที่แนะนำผู้เชี่ยวชาญให้กับเรารวมถึงเครื่องดื่มร้อนชั้นยอดที่เสิร์ฟโดยบาริสต้าชื่อดังคุณอาโมล อาหารอร่อยมากมีน้ำผลไม้สดให้เลือกมากมาย ซึ่งลูกสาวของฉันชอบมันมาก การปรับปรุงอย่างหนึ่งบนเบเนดิกต์ไข่ที่เราสั่ง โรงแรมมีช่องทาง WhatsApp ซึ่งไม่เพียงแต่ให้คำตอบมาตรฐานหรือแชทบอทเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นมืออาชีพมาก รวดเร็วและตอบสนองเพื่อรองรับการเข้าพัก การเปลี่ยนแปลง/คำขอในนาทีสุดท้าย และข้อมูลห้องพัก ขอขอบคุณคุณราเนียและคุณฟาริสสำหรับความช่วยเหลือที่ดีและการตอบสนองที่รวดเร็ว โดยรวมแล้วการเข้าพักที่ดีและคุ้มค่า ขอบคุณ Hilton Bandung สำหรับการบริการและการต้อนรับที่เป็นเลิศ

As premium Hotel, it's organised clean and very good location. Farther more has very beautiful green mountains around, high quality of services and facilities. Clean tidy Room and very cozy bed. Good breakfast has wide variety for options and tastes. The staff friendly,

Nice hotel and service is excellent from staff across of all duties. Being a tourist, I have to grapple with language and system differences, counter staff Mr Kukup and a young female counter staff Ms Nuansa (sorry if I get the name wrong) went out of their ways to help. I really appreciate that and they all gave Bandung warmth and hospitality. Thank you again. I was too engrossed with the beautiful sceneries to take photos of the hotel and staff and these attached are Kawah Putih and the tea garden. Hope it would inspire more people to travel here and stay in this excellent hotel.

Our room was exceptional - spacious +++ a king sized bed, plus bolsters. Aircon and cable channels were tiptop, only flaw was hair dryer malfunctioned. Reception called to remind on checkout time 👍👍👍. Breakfast was mostly Indonesian food. Perhaps could include yogurt, savoury pastries or Italian dishes/pizza?

booked on 1st jan 25 , with my 2 kids. we took the room with bathtub on level 1. bathtub is big enough for 2 prsons. pool is a bit sad for a hotel this big. breakfst is good enough. bed is comfortable. tv is big. drinking water is provided free flow on every floor. mosquitoes enters the room from the garden, so we had to lock the terrace door all the time.

Staying for 4days, it was perfect for getaway from city. Surrounding by valley view and clean air. Room is great,facilities was great, buffet bfast was great, staff service was great. Thank you Novus Giri..!!
