โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ยอดเยี่ยมบนถนน Braga ทำให้สะดวกต่อการสำรวจพื้นที่ อาหารเช้ามีรสชาติดี และบริการจากพนักงานทุกคนก็ยอดเยี่ยม ฉันซาบซึ้งใจในการต้อนรับของพวกเขา ห้องพักสะอาด แม้ว่าจะมีพื้นที่ให้ปรับปรุงบ้าง อย่างไรก็ตาม ห้องพักดูเก่าเล็กน้อย และเครื่องปรับอากาศในห้อง 1201 ควรได้รับการบำรุงรักษา โดยรวมแล้วเป็นการเข้าพักที่น่าพอใจ มีบริการดีเยี่ยมและทำเลที่ตั้งที่ยอดเยี่ยม!

Slippers are comfy, adult pool is cold water, kiddie pool has warm water. Location is near the safari, but our room facing the front is noisy with motorcycle sounds. Poor soundproof, can hear next door peeps moving stuff and talking. Mosquitoes in the room (we kill 4 and still got bitten! and room cleanliness is not up to standard as when we check in the sink got toothpaste mark). The toilets got no doors so it will stink the whole room if you go potty.

Stayed in room 1024 Pro: Room clean Efficient check in and check out Nice view of mountain and trees Dish variation were nice, lots of options, i love the kuah bakso so comforting. Cons: Unable to set AC QR in tv to see room dining menu unable to open, sent email to reservation no response. So we cant order food for room service. At night room smells of solar fumes like machine fumes and in the toilet smells like thinner or paint or some chemicals which is significantly disturbing. Please check room 1024. No information on facility or activities during check in, only informed there’s free photoshoot Understand that photoshoot are part of facility BUT, so manya people taking photo in the morning makes our morning walk not smooth, many times have to STOP waiting for people photoshoot. Please consider to create specific photoshoot area. Must relook on food quality, during dinner buffet chicken sausage not fresh, kue putu apek becomes inedible. Please add paintings or plants on wall, we walk out from lift in 10th floor, head to our room, on right side there’s big empty wall left a depression feeling.

Good experience but not fond of their hair dryer and electric kettle, dont know what brand they are but too hot on their surrounding metal cover it might burn your hand. The hair dryer is too hot for my hair as well. Oh and yeah the parking lot is kinda packed...we arrived early and its almost full. Everything else are good.

สถาปัตยกรรมล็อบบี้ของโรงแรมและการบริการที่น่าทึ่ง พนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือดีและเป็นเลิศ ขอห้องพักชั้นสูงและเงียบสงบเนื่องจากสถานที่ตั้งอยู่ใกล้ถนนที่พลุกพล่าน การแพร่กระจายอาหารเช้าก็ไม่เลว มันอาจจะดีกว่านี้ ข้อเสียคือสระว่ายน้ำเย็นจัดน่าจะอุ่น ชอบการพักของเราที่นี่เพราะใกล้สถานีรถไฟบันดุง อาจดูเดินได้แต่ทางเดินไม่ค่อยดีนักหากคุณมีกระเป๋าเดินทาง เคล็ดลับก็คือ ผู้จ้างเอกชน (grab/gojek) อาจคิดเงินเกินจริง เราต้องระวังค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่มเติมดังกล่าว ฯลฯ เนื่องจากเราพบคนขับที่ไม่ซื่อสัตย์เพียงไม่กี่คนในเมือง

As premium Hotel, it's organised clean and very good location. Farther more has very beautiful green mountains around, high quality of services and facilities. Clean tidy Room and very cozy bed. Good breakfast has wide variety for options and tastes. The staff friendly,

Super love everything about the hotel. We even extended 1 more night! Very comfortable. Family friendly place! We were short of luggage and asked if they can spare us a big empty box, they delivered right to our room. EVEN PROVIDED A TAPE WHICH WE DIDNT ASK. They went the extra mile. Will definitely love to come back here again if we're going to Bandung again.

Located on iconic Asia Afrika street, this hotel offers great location. Overall the quality is just ok, considering this is an old hotel. Some notes: - the sliding partition in the shower did not work, so I have to take the shower carefully in order not to splash too much water into the dry area - the elevator broke down on Saturday. I had to wait 30 minutes just to go from 4th floor to the 1st floor. If this is scheduled maintenance, then why did they not plan ahead to avoid high season? If this is not a scheduled maintenance, then I doubt their safety standard. Such a shame for a hotel with iconic location, too bad I will not be coming back to this hotel.

Service was excellent, all staffs were friendly. Cleanliness was not the best! At Verandah restaurant during breakfast we witnessed birds were eating from the serving spoons and bread/pastries that was in the open. Also there were webs on the shelves where they keep spoons/forks and plates. It was disgusting to see those!

This is not the first time we have stayed in Novus. We love the design of their lobby. It's very cozy and elegant. It looks like they renovated their room. The room is clean, but for some reason, they don't have rug outside the washroom. This occurred in all rooms that we booked (3 rooms). When we called and asked for a rug, it took so long for them to bring one to our room. It seems that they were understaffed. Novus is just perfect for a family getaway. They have a kids club, golf court for kids, horse riding, and art activity, and you can bring your kid to feed the rabits.
