We really enjoyed our stay at Le Eminence Hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant for breakfast and meals was of a high standard. The location of the hotel provides wonderful views of the mountains, especially from the sky lounge. The hotel room was of a good size and it was great to relax on the balcony with amazing views of the hotels garden / grounds and the surrounding mountainside. It was also nice to have a morning stroll through the grounds

ห้องพักสวยมากพร้อมวิวภูเขา บรรยากาศห้องพักสะอาดและสว่างมาก ห้องพักสมบูรณ์แบบ! สวนไม่ใหญ่มากแต่ก็เพียงพอสำหรับการเดินเล่นในช่วงบ่าย นอกจากนี้เรายังมีมินิบาร์ (ของว่างและเครื่องดื่ม) ฟรีพร้อมน้ำแร่ไม่จำกัดตามคำขอ เราเพลิดเพลินกับอาหารกลางวันที่ร้านอาหาร semeja (อาหารอินโดนีเซียหรือเอเชีย) เอร็ดอร่อยกับเค้กยามบ่ายในร้านกาแฟ และลองรับประทานอาหารเย็นที่ร้านอาหาร monomono (อาหารญี่ปุ่น) ทุกสิ่งเป็นสิ่งที่ดี อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกเยอะมาก แต่คนแน่นมาก ถึงแม้จะแยกกันเป็น 4 ช่วงแล้วก็ตาม แนะนำโรงแรมนี้จริง ๆ สำหรับการพักผ่อนกับครอบครัวหรือคู่รัก

kami tiba malam, disambut oleh semua staf yg ramah . daerah yg cukup sejuk dibawah 20 derajat celcius, asyiik.... sarapan... banyak menu... enak enak... hotel besar dan mewah... fasilitas kolam dan bathtub tidak sempat kami pakai... kami pilih ke Ciater berendam air panas... lokasi tidak jauh. yang disayang ada sedikit kekurangan menunut kami harus segera diatas oleh pihak hotel... yaitu banyak lalat yg menurut saya sangat menganggu, terutama di restoran tempat sarapan, begitu yang masuk ke kamar, karena kami mau mau menikmati udara sejuk, kami buka pintu balkon tetapi banyak lalat yg berterbangan sampai ke kamar. semoga pihak hotel bisa segera perbaiki kondisi ini, semoga lain kali kami bisa dapat bonus yang lebih menyenangkan.... tidak mau bonus lalat.... heheheeee L'Eminence sukses dan ramai terus

Strategically located, great view. Especially, after the new toll exit opened some years back. We asked for early checked in, it could be granted, but not early enough although we saw quite a number of guests already checked out. We also asked for a bit late check out and also granted for a very short period of time. The check in time of 3pm and check out time of 12 is not suitable for a resort hotel... The other thing is that friendliness and service are fine.

Good place for staycation with loved ones. As we celebrate anniversary, hotel arrange small decoration on the mirror and give us anniversary cake. Location superb good, breakfast have a lot of selections. We enjoy the evening pool bar and dinner at madcow restaurant. Price wise and would definetly come back!

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ยอดเยี่ยมบนถนน Braga ทำให้สะดวกต่อการสำรวจพื้นที่ อาหารเช้ามีรสชาติดี และบริการจากพนักงานทุกคนก็ยอดเยี่ยม ฉันซาบซึ้งใจในการต้อนรับของพวกเขา ห้องพักสะอาด แม้ว่าจะมีพื้นที่ให้ปรับปรุงบ้าง อย่างไรก็ตาม ห้องพักดูเก่าเล็กน้อย และเครื่องปรับอากาศในห้อง 1201 ควรได้รับการบำรุงรักษา โดยรวมแล้วเป็นการเข้าพักที่น่าพอใจ มีบริการดีเยี่ยมและทำเลที่ตั้งที่ยอดเยี่ยม!

Pullman Bandung Grand Central is one of those places that quietly reminds you what good hospitality feels like. From the moment I arrived, there was a sense of calm professionalism that made everything flow easily. The lobby was bright and elegant without feeling distant. The staff were attentive and warm, not in a scripted way but genuinely present. That kind of energy sets the tone for the whole stay. The room was spacious, modern, and peaceful. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the view opened to the city and the hills, and at night the lights of Bandung felt almost poetic. After a long day of meetings and movement, it was the perfect space to slow down. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection and a touch of local flavor. Sitting by the window with coffee in hand, watching Bandung slowly come alive, became one of my favorite moments each morning.

We stayed at Hotel Indigo Bandung in a Suite King room, which was spacious, comfortable, and worked very well for a family stay. While the hotel has fewer facilities compared to some larger resorts and the swimming pool is relatively small, the overall environment was calm and pleasant. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast without many standout items, but it was sufficient for a relaxed morning. Overall, the large suite and comfortable setting made it a good option for a family holiday.

Nice stay at this hotel. I stayed for two nights, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The main downside was the limited dining options. The hotel is close to Taman Safari, but the location is affected by the Puncak traffic system with alternating road closures.

The Room is clean and spacious, the amenities are well enough for us complete with one big screen tv in the room, it is not difiicult to find food near the hotel area, there is restaurant and coffee shop in the hotel area, and small minimart just across the street. There is spa to relaxing your body, also swimming pool at the hotel.
