The hotel is well located within the airport.
Great place for overnight stays in order to get an early flight. You got everything you need. The shower pressure is wonderful and the bed is comfortable.

Fitness/sauna use costs 5 EUR/day. No weights beyond like 3kg; just 4 cardio machines (see photos).
Good breakfast buffet.
Clean functional room, though the safe locked itself and it took the technician 20 minutes to unlock it.
Good shower pressure, water not too hot.
A/C worked well, no bothersome noise.
Window insulation cut all street traffic when shut.
Comfortable bed & pillow. Quiet at night.
Desk is 50cm deep, almost enough to work comfortably at a laptop on a kickstand with an external keyboard, and definitely enough without the peripherals.
Received an Amazon package and my delayed luggage seamlessly.
Kiosk-based checkin/out as well.

Empfang war nicht so gut. Mit offenem Mund Kaugummi kauende Junge Empfangsfrau quälte sich ein Hallo heraus und hat dann die Zimmerkarte ohne Erklärung übergeben. Wurden schon freundlicher empfangen.
Frühstück gut.
Zimmer sauber.
Die Treppenhäuser dürfen nicht genutzt werden außer das an der Rezeption. Daher sehr weite Wege.

The hotel is conveniently close to the BER T1 entrance hall.
We arrive by train for the night to catch a flight next early morning. Walking distance is below 5 min.
Out room was exceptionally clean, looks very modern and had - to my surprise - excellent soundproofing.
Also the bathroom and shower were very clean.
From the noise of the airplanes is very few to hear. We
Also very clean was the spa/sauna area.
It's a mixed sauna and open til 22:00.
Restaurant is in the hotel, a 24/7 Rewe supermarket in the BER entrance hall.
Great stay for one night.

Ich habe mir jetzt sehr viele Kommentare durchgelesen und kann nicht verstehen, wie man dieses Hotel auch nur ansatzweise mit weniger als 4 Sternen bewerten kann ! Das Hotel ist klasse ! Sowohl die einzelnen Apartments in den außenstehenden Häusern ( welches wir gegen ein Zimmer im Haus problemlos tauschen konnten) als auch die gesamte Anlage, das Hotel, einfach alles! Hier hat sie der Inhaber so große Mühe gegeben und ein wirklich tolles Konzept bzw. eine tolle Anlage, auf die Beine gestellt ! Das Personal im gesamten Haus ist unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend ! Das Frühstück hat alles was man braucht und ist durchgängig frisch und vielfältig ! Egal ob Wellnesbereich , Außenanlage oder Zimmer, alles ist sauber und modern , man fühlt sich sehr wohl
! Wir reisen sehr viel durch die Welt und dieses Hotel hat ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Ps. Bei der Grösse der Anlage, kann es schon mal
vorkommen, dass man kurz warten muss oder der Frühstücksraum etwas voller ist, so etwas als „schlecht“ zu bewerten, ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar! Vielen Dank an das gesamte Personal und den Inhaber, für das schöne Wochenende!

วันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์ครอบครัวที่ประสบความสําเร็จ ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมอุปกรณ์ที่ดีบริการที่เป็นมิตรอาหารเช้าแสนอร่อย เล็ก ๆ Manko: มีเพียงไม่กี่บาร์สําหรับบ้านที่จองและไม่มีตัวเลือกมากมายในบัตรบาร์ มีเก้าอี้ประหม่าเล็กน้อยที่ด้านข้างของร้านอาหาร เวลารอและประตูบางครั้งไม่ปิดตลอดไป

Und das WC machrere Riesse aufweist.
So was sollte gemeldet werden, aber wenn die Kein Deutsch können......geht das so weiter und der Gast fühlt sich nicht wohl mit soviel Ekel.

zum Frühstück gab es leider nicht ausreichend Plätze, außer draußen, was aber zu kalt war; die Bedienung im Frühstücksraum war sehr freundlich, trotz hohem Gästeaufkommen
das Zimmer war okay, leider war der Föhn nicht zu gebrauchen und die Lampe auf dem Schreibtisch auch nicht;
was ich nicht optimal fand, dass das Parken zusätzlich berechnet wurde
die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, da man fußläufig in angemessener Zeit die geschichtsträchtigen Orte oder auch das Zentrum erreichen kann bzw. auch eine Busverbindung sich in der Nähe befindet

ผผู้เข้าพักI booked this hotel for my elderly parents to stay for a couple of days. Unfortunately the location is in the middle of nowhere and too complicated for them to travel to the city. I guess if you are looking for peace and quiet this would be perfect.
But they loved the breakfast!
