Nice and clean basic hotel. Two stops from Berlin Airport. The Airport Express reduces the traveling time required to reach Berlin Central. Taking the S-bahn to airport and then Airport Express to Berlin Central is so much faster now than taking the S-bahn from Schönefeld to Berlin Central. Hence, the location of this hotel is actually quite good.

The hotel is just next to the Berlin Airport. It is very convenient for travellers to stay in case to take early morning flight on next day.

Effortless self check-in and unbeatable location at BER! Staying at the IntercityHotel Berlin Airport BER Terminal 1+2 made traveling completely stress-free. Being directly at Terminal 1 meant I could walk straight to the check-in counters within minutes. The automated self check-in option was a massive plus—fast, intuitive, and skipped the lines entirely. processing was super smooth, and the hotel itself was exceptionally clean, modern, and quiet. Despite being right at the airport, the soundproofing was fantastic, leading to a great night’s sleep. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone flying in or out of Berlin!

The hotel is worth it’s money and well managed. The standard is good considering the relatively low costs, The breakfast is nice. Unfortunately, the hotel charges for parking in its underground parking lot 14 euros per day. The breakfast is nice! Room service comes only every 3 days and after we asked for daily room service it still wasn’t done.

We stayed in two suite rooms. One for 3 people and another for 4 people. Both suites were spacious, fully furnished, and equipped with excellent amenities including a washing machine and dishwasher. The location was very convenient: just 3 minutes from the S-Bahn station, 4 minutes from the tram stop (Haltestelle), and only 5 minutes from Ristorante Toscana. We had a fabulous stay and truly appreciated the comfort and convenience provided. Highly recommended!

Die Lage des Hotels ist absolut TOP! Zu Fuß ist man direkt im Schloßpark oder in der Stadt mit allem was es hier zu sehen gibt! Hatte bei der Buchung ein Zimmer mit TwinBed angefragt, was jedoch nicht berücksichtigt wurde! Gegen Aufpreis wurde mir dann eine höhere Zimmerkategorie angeboten! Da hat man anderswo schon mal ein Upgrade kostenlos bekommen! Aber das Doppelbett war dann ganz OK und man konnte gut schlafen! Zimmer war sehr klein und vor allem im Bad ging es recht eng zu! Die Ausstattung war äußerst spartanisch und außer Seifenspendern gab es nichts im Bad! Allerdings war im Zimmer ein kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden, den man im Sommer bestimmt gut brauchen kann! Beim Frühstück ging es zu den Stoßzeiten schon sehr eng zu und man mußte schon mal warten bis man einen Platz bekam! Das Frühstück an sich war in Ordnung! Es gab alles was man so erwartet! Die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant waren ausnahmslos alle sehr freundlich,nett und hilfsbereit! Durch einen medizinischen Notfall mußte für mich ein Rettungswagen gerufen werden und alle Mitarbeiter haben sich hervorragend um mich gekümmert! Dafür nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön!

Sehr Freundliches personal, es wurde alles erklärt be an der Ankunft. Direkt ein Mcdonals und eine Tankstelle in der Nähe inkl. Ladestationen für E Autos
