สถานที่ที่แนะนำมาก....บริการดีมากและพนักงานทุกคนเป็นมิตรมาก..

ที่ตั้งดีแต่บริเวณนั้นคับคั่งมาก เสียงดังจากชั้นบนและชั้นล่างมาก โดยเฉพาะชั้นล่างที่มีงานอีเว้นท์ ทำให้แขกที่มาร่วมงานส่งเสียงดังมาก

Center of town hotel, got so many either food and fashion street market or mall instead within 300m radius for walk and they have staff with good attitude. However, there is neither no staff to bring your luggages or open your main door and they got minimum amenities at bathroom. The restaurant seems looks old and need small renovation. Overall, it's worth for you to find 3 star budget hotel with standard facility and service.

Breakfast served is sooo good! There is also Indomaret next to the hotel. The staffs are so helpful and they help and assist you once you arrived there. The lobby is nice but you need to be patience a bit because it’s quite noisy during morning as people going to work and plus the hotel is located near the main road Overall will repeat here thank you!!

First time nginep disini sangat puas sekali,dapet harga 143rb dengan kamar 1 queen bed & 1 single bed,checkin jam /2,staff.y ramah semua,next time bakal nginep disini lagi klw ke puncak,terima kasih ya para staff di villa bunga bunga

Staying at grand pacific for 2 days .Books 3 rooms and we got connecting rooms also.We call reception and ask for iron.immediately they sent it to our room though its already late at night.Tq tq..really appreciate. For breakfast ..its okay for us..varieties..😍😍

โดยรวมแล้วการพักของเราก็ดี ครอบครัวสนุกกับมันมากและการที่ฝนตกตลอดสุดสัปดาห์ไม่ได้ทำให้การเดินทางของเราเสียหาย เพราะเราใช้เวลาส่วนใหญ่ในห้างสรรพสินค้าและที่สตูดิโอทราน แสงที่ดีที่สุดคือสระว่ายน้ำเด็ก

เป็นการพักที่ยอดเยี่ยม – แนะนําเป็นอย่างยิ่ง! ฉันเพิ่งพักที่โรงแรมนี้และมีประสบการณ์ที่ยอดเยี่ยมจริงๆ ตั้งแต่วินาทีที่ฉันมาถึงพนักงานเป็นมิตรและยินดีต้อนรับอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อ กระบวนการเช็คอินราบรื่นและมีประสิทธิภาพและฉันรู้สึกเหมือนอยู่บ้านทันที ห้องพักกว้างขวาง สะอาด ดูแลอย่างดี มีสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกครบครัน สําหรับการเข้าพักที่สะดวกสบาย เตียงนอนสบายมาก นอนหลับสบายทุกคืน ฉันยังชื่นชมความใส่ใจในรายละเอียดในการออกแบบห้องและความสะอาด ทําเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมสมบูรณ์แบบ – ใกล้สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวในท้องถิ่น ร้านอาหาร และแหล่งช้อปปิ้ง อาหารเช้าอร่อย มีให้เลือกหลากหลาย และบริการที่ร้านอาหารก็ยอดเยี่ยม โดยรวมแล้ว ฉันขอแนะนําโรงแรมนี้ให้กับทุกคนที่กําลังมองหาที่พักที่ผ่อนคลายและสนุกสนาน ฉันจะกลับมาอีกแน่นอน!

I am very impressed with this hotel. I stayed here for 5 nights. On the first day, I got a room which was affected by external noise that came from the outdoor HVAC system bay. Because of this, I requested for a room change and they fulfilled that request promptly. This is the only hotel that provided 4 bottles of mineral waters every day. Amazing! The breakfast was also amazing with so much selections from indonesian, western and asean foods. This hotel is also located on a shopping mall, thus, it is very convenient to buy anything and go to restaurants. Thanks Hotel Santika, your staff have done a good job! Please give them annual bonus…hehehe

มีช่วงเวลาดีๆ ในระหว่างที่พักที่นี่ การต้อนรับเป็นเลิศ พนักงานเป็นมิตรและมีความรับผิดชอบมาก ห้องพักสะอาดมาก เราชอบมาก! นอกจากนี้เรายังได้รับคูปองส่วนลดจากพนักงานด้วย! ขอบคุณ
