The room is quite decent, but the bathroom feels a bit outdated and worn. It's affordable, especially with breakfast included. However, keep in mind that the breakfast options are limited in variety.

ที่ตั้งดีแต่บริเวณนั้นคับคั่งมาก เสียงดังจากชั้นบนและชั้นล่างมาก โดยเฉพาะชั้นล่างที่มีงานอีเว้นท์ ทำให้แขกที่มาร่วมงานส่งเสียงดังมาก

good facilities, the service was good, room is clean and wide, the location was good, totally recommended

Breakfast served is sooo good! There is also Indomaret next to the hotel. The staffs are so helpful and they help and assist you once you arrived there. The lobby is nice but you need to be patience a bit because it’s quite noisy during morning as people going to work and plus the hotel is located near the main road Overall will repeat here thank you!!

First time nginep disini sangat puas sekali,dapet harga 143rb dengan kamar 1 queen bed & 1 single bed,checkin jam /2,staff.y ramah semua,next time bakal nginep disini lagi klw ke puncak,terima kasih ya para staff di villa bunga bunga

Staying at grand pacific for 2 days .Books 3 rooms and we got connecting rooms also.We call reception and ask for iron.immediately they sent it to our room though its already late at night.Tq tq..really appreciate. For breakfast ..its okay for us..varieties..😍😍

I am very impressed with this hotel. I stayed here for 5 nights. On the first day, I got a room which was affected by external noise that came from the outdoor HVAC system bay. Because of this, I requested for a room change and they fulfilled that request promptly. This is the only hotel that provided 4 bottles of mineral waters every day. Amazing! The breakfast was also amazing with so much selections from indonesian, western and asean foods. This hotel is also located on a shopping mall, thus, it is very convenient to buy anything and go to restaurants. Thanks Hotel Santika, your staff have done a good job! Please give them annual bonus…hehehe
