พนักงานต้อนรับที่แต่งกายด้วยชุดสีดำนั้นสุภาพและเป็นมิตร ห้องพักค่อนข้างกว้างขวาง และทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมืองทำให้เดินทางไปไหนมาไหนได้สะดวก น่าเสียดายที่บริการซักรีดมีค่าใช้จ่าย และห้องซักรีดไม่สะอาด ปัญหาเหล่านี้จำเป็นต้องได้รับการปรับปรุง

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมมาก! พอลงจากเครื่องบิน ก็นั่ง Skybus เข้าเมือง พอลงจากสถานีก็เดินแค่ประมาณ 5 นาทีก็ถึงเลย บริเวณรอบๆ มีทุกอย่างครบครัน สะดวกสบายมากๆ ค่ะ ฉันจองห้องเดี่ยว ห้องพักถึงแม้จะเล็ก แต่ก็มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครันไม่ขาดอะไรเลย แถมยังมีตู้เย็นเล็ก (mini fridge) ให้ด้วย! พนักงานโรงแรมก็เป็นกันเองและให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก สำหรับราคานี้และทำเลที่ตั้งแบบนี้ บอกเลยว่าคุ้มค่าและน่าแนะนำเป็นอย่างยิ่งค่ะ

ที่พักสะอาดมาก! มีไดร์เป่าผมและเตารีดให้ใช้ มีกาแฟ/ชาและกาต้มน้ำให้ใช้ฟรี มีสบู่/แชมพู/โฟมล้างหน้าในขวดเดียว ควรนำอุปกรณ์อาบน้ำมาเอง เพราะฉันหาแป้งสีฟันไม่เจอ อาจจะเป็นเพราะสายตาไม่ดีก็ได้ เตียงนอนสบาย มองเห็นวิวถนน พื้นที่กว้างขวางพอใช้ ฉันรู้สึกสบายดี

Great value for money in a local motel. Neat and clean, hot shower with toiletries and hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities in the room, plenty of free parking.

ข้อดีที่สำคัญที่สุดของโรงแรมนี้คือทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมือง (CBD) สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวและร้านอาหารส่วนใหญ่สามารถเดินไปถึงได้ภายในสิบนาที ทำให้สะดวกสบายอย่างยิ่ง นอกจากนี้ยังอยู่ใกล้กับป้ายรถรางฟรี ดังนั้นการขึ้นรถรางจึงง่ายหากคุณไม่อยากเดิน บริเวณโดยรอบเงียบสงบ คุณจะไม่ได้ยินเสียงรบกวนจากถนนจากภายในห้อง ห้องพักมีขนาดใหญ่กว่าห้องพักโรงแรมทั่วไป แม้จะวางกระเป๋าเดินทางแบบเปิดสองใบแล้ว ก็ยังมีพื้นที่เหลือเฟือให้เดินไปมาได้ ห้องน้ำมีระบบระบายน้ำที่ดีเยี่ยม ทำให้การใช้งานสะดวกสบาย สามารถจัดบริการทำความสะอาดห้องพักรายวันได้ตามคำขอ ข้อเสียเพียงอย่างเดียวคือตู้เสื้อผ้ามีราวแขวนเสื้อแบบตายตัวเพียงสี่อัน ซึ่งค่อนข้างไม่สะดวก

Beautiful souls 🤍 I recently stayed at Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport and wanted to share my experience for anyone travelling in or out of Melbourne. We have stayed here a number of times, the first time was because we had flight delays and didn't want to head home to return the following day. It made sense and ever since then we have used it as our little night before we go on the next adventure stop over. So if you are like me, and you’re looking for something close, easy, and stress-free before a flight… this place really delivers. The location is incredibly convenient, just minutes from the airport, and the shuttle service makes everything feel seamless especially when you’re travelling early morning or arriving late. That alone takes so much pressure off. And if you are like me and need to have a change of suit case for clothing it makes a great base between flights and countries. The rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable. Not overly luxurious, but they have everything you need for a short stay. It feels more like a practical stopover than a holiday destination and that’s exactly what it’s meant to be. What I appreciated most was the ease of everything… No overwhelm, no complications — just a place to land, reset, and move on with your journey. If I had to describe it energetically… it feels like a “pause point” between destinations. A couple of things to note: It’s more of a classic, older-style hotel, not modern luxury but its a great base and we leave our car there for convince. Dining options can be limited depending on timing, but we ate next door a Sheesh and plan to go there again. You may hear a little airport noise (as expected) But overall, for value, convenience, and simplicity, it does exactly what it promises. We will definitely stay again when I need a smooth airport stopover, like in September with a group of travelers heading on.a cruise. The place suits business, family, couples, solo and groups. ที่พักกว้างขวาง อบอุ่น และสะดวกสบายมาก ตั้งอยู่ติดกับ 12 Apostles ที่มีชื่อเสียง (ขับรถเพียง 10 นาที) สะดวกมากสำหรับการชมพระอาทิตย์ตกและพระอาทิตย์ขึ้น และยังอยู่ใกล้กับจุดชมวิวอื่นๆ อีกมากมายบนเส้นทาง Great Ocean Road ช่วงสุดท้าย! เรามีความสุขกับการเข้าพักในห้องพักสไตล์บ้านหลังเล็กน่ารักนี้มาก มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครันทั้งในครัวและห้องน้ำ ที่จอดรถอยู่ติดกับห้องพัก มีพื้นที่นั่งเล่นด้านหลังพร้อมม้านั่งไม้ แม้ว่าเราจะมีเพียงสองคน แต่เรารู้สึกว่าห้องพักนี้คุ้มค่ากับเงินที่จ่ายไปมาก เพราะสามารถรองรับครอบครัวขนาดใหญ่ 5-7 คนได้อย่างสบาย (เตียงควีนไซส์ 1 เตียง เตียงสองชั้น 3 เตียง และโซฟาขนาดใหญ่ในห้องนั่งเล่น) อบอุ่นและเป็นกันเองมาก และขอแนะนำอย่างยิ่งหากคุณกำลังเดินทางผ่าน Port Campbell!

I stayed in Box Hill motel between 3rd of Nov'23 - 5th of Nov'23. My husband and I arrived at Box Hill motel around 12-1pm. We were so exhausted as we took turn driving from Sydney - Melbourne. We drove from Sydney past midnight. Upon calling if we would be let in early, surprisingly it is allowed. Otherwise we would have slept in the car until check-in time if the room isn't ready yet. We got room no.1 and it was very clean. I didn't use the towel as I prefer to use my own towel, my husband also use his own towel. One of the hanging towel though had a snot on it and I put that towel aside despite we didn't use it. There were 3x plates in total and one of the plate was dirty and I assumed previous guest must have used this 1 plate and didn't wash it but instead just slipped it in between the clean plate. We used 2x plates for ourselves but I washed the 3x plates myself. Great Wifi speed too as I was able to complete a little bit of work from Room no.1. My parents always taught me to appreciate and respect people's places. Upon checking out, I saw Carol and OMG, she is so kind, friendly, down to earth and helpful. She was busy rolling people's luggage to their room. I remember my father always taught me the great businessman is not the one who always wanted to be served but the one who knew how to serve others first. There's a saying about ”servant leadership”. A great leader know how it feels to be at the bottom to observe, learn and serving others as well as better appreciate the top and experience various roles to understand the duties and responsibilities of each roles. THANK YOU Box hill motel team and Carol too for allowing us to stay at your beautiful clean and tidy place. We were able to sleep very soundly, hope nobody can hear us snoring :) I highly recommend Box Hill motel, Melbourne to anyone on a trip to Melbourne.

โรงแรมทำเลใช้ได้ค่ะ อยู่ข้างห้องสมุดวิคตอเรีย แต่ค่อนข้างไกลจากสถานีรถไฟกลาง (Central Station) ต้องนั่งรถรางหลายป้ายแล้วเดินอีกหน่อย ถ้าลากกระเป๋าเดินทางใหญ่สองใบก็ค่อนข้างลำบาก เพราะถนนในเมลเบิร์นเป็นทางลาดขึ้นลงตลอด ส่วนเรื่องความสะอาด ปัญหาใหญ่ที่สุดคือห้องน้ำรวมชายหญิง ผู้ชายสกปรกจริงๆ ค่ะ ห้องน้ำส่วนใหญ่มีกลิ่นปัสสาวะตลอดเวลา ซึ่งแย่กว่าโฮสเทลก่อนๆ ที่เคยพักมาเยอะเลย ที่นั่นห้องน้ำแยกชายหญิงค่ะ ห้องครัวทำอาหารสะดวกดีค่ะ ระเบียงมองเห็นตึกสูงในย่าน CBD การออกแบบเตียงนอนดีมากค่ะ มีปลั๊กไฟส่วนตัว โคมไฟหัวเตียง และตู้เก็บของส่วนตัว แต่ห้องที่ฉันพักไม่รู้ว่าอยู่ใกล้กับอุปกรณ์อะไร มีเสียงดังมากค่ะ เป็นเสียงหึ่งๆ ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมงไม่หยุดเลย พนักงานต้อนรับกระตือรือร้นมากค่ะ ใจดีกว่าโฮสเทลทั่วไปเยอะเลย ต้องขอชมเชยเลยค่ะ

👍заселили пораньше 👍вежливый и внимательный персонал на ресепшен 👍рядом с метро и с парком, где живут поссумы и стоит домик Кука 👍милая общая зона, лестница 👍цена 👍можно открыть окно в комнате, но есть и кондиционер. Холодильник и чайник. 👍просторный душ, хороший напор воды. 🤔одинаковый завтрак каждый день - яйца, бобы, тосты, сок. 😔чистота оставляет желать лучшего 😔возврат залога - неделя
