great place clean room good food downstairs, ****** and gym , library. daily service . might be noisy if facing the port and occasionally lack of parking spots especially if your car is towing a trailer
Good location with Coles opposite. Enough electrical equipment for cooking steaks and side veggies! Just 15 minutes walk to the meeting point of day tour.
It was a shame the weather was wet during our stay, but it didn't stop us from having a good time. The glamping tents at NRMA Port Arthur Holiday Park were spot on—cosy and warm, which was perfect for the miserable weather. Our five-year-old loved seeing the birds wandering by, and we even spotted a possum near our barbecue. We were also super close to the Port Arthur Historic Site, which meant we could still get out and explore between the showers. The glamping tents are a great option for families and we'd definitely recommend them.
Stayed in cabin, shower was clean. Everything else needed a good scrub, especially the sinks, walls windows sills and skirting boards..
kitchen needed more utensils, pans ect.
For the price and recent renovations i expected the cleanliness to be alot better.
Housekeeping is only done every 3 days in cabins so more bins around the park would be handy to get rid of your own rubbish.
Games room and park are great for the kids.
We had dinner at the restraunt, the service wasn't great.
The menu is small but the meals were ok.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe place is close, like 5-7min driving to CBD. But the best thing is the service is the TOP. Kevin is really nice to guests. He explained to us even before we asked.
SSolodigitalnomadI am so happy in using trip.com here at the Carlyle. I have stayed here for nearly a 2 week period and it somehow gave me $80 (?) in free coins to contribute to one extra night in Feb that was out of my budget. I’m very grateful.
SShuk Fun KittyGood location, friendly check in and close to the city, go for nearby restaurant for breakfast in walking distance. Small playground for kids. With electric blanket during winter which is very comfortable.
ผผู้เข้าพักThe Wfi in the room is very poor, it has only 1 bar, as soon as it connected, it will dropped out straight away.
I have eneded up using my own wifi-data.
YYuki69We chose to stay at the Empire Hotel in Queenstown just because of its reasonable price. However, the hotel offers more than welcome expected. Its such a beautiful place with colonial architecture, we felt like we travelled back in time. The service was great, food was somehow subpar but it was alright. However, we enjoyed staying there.
