"We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Banyan Tree Bintan to celebrate my birthday and Mother’s Day. While the resort itself is lovely—we especially enjoyed our seaview rainforest villa—it was the people who made our stay truly unforgettable. The service and hospitality were incredible. The staff went above and beyond, from enthusiastically helping my husband coordinate birthday surprises to providing exceptional service at every meal. We were consistently impressed by the team members who delivered and beautifully set up our room service, the housekeeping staff who kept our villa pristine, and the thoughtful team who surprised my son with a fantastic turndown treat. The genuine care shown by the staff is the primary reason I would return, and I truly hope the resort continues to value and foster such an amazing team. Regarding the amenities, while the resort does show its age, it didn’t detract from our experience. Our only suggestion would be to refresh the villa pools, as we encountered some issues with water clarity during our stay. Despite that, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would certainly recommend the resort for its world-class service. Shout out to Winny (reception), Daus, Lilik, Darwis, and Hamid who made our stay (and my birthday and Mother's Day) truly magical! I also want to compliment the staff of all three restaurants: Treetop (they made my son his favorite orange and carrot juice every morning), Saffron, and Cove — food was great but service even better."

"The experience of staying at Sanchaya is so fabulous, impressed me deeply. The Ratree is very comfortable and lovely. The service and support from the whole team are very nice and promptly. I really love the smile of them, very sincerely and warmly. And aslo the foods in the dining room are very delicious, I really like the Indonesian foods, high quality. The hotel has beautiful lake and many lush trees, walking in the garden is so enjoyable. I am enjoying the moment at the library, peaceful and joyful. The time to circle around the lake is unforgettable to us, the best time to circle is the late of afternoon, the sunset above the lake is shocked me. Thank you guys, looking forward to staying here again."
