We recently returned from a five-night holiday in Bintan and stayed at your hotel for the last three nights (nights 3, 4, and 5). While we were happy to secure a room for those dates, we encountered two issues during our stay that we feel should be brought to your attention— in the hope that they can be improved for future guests. 1. Room Consistency & Communication Due to high demand, the same room type we booked for nights 3 and 4 was no longer available for night 5. As a result, we had to book a different room type for the final night, all paid in advance. When we checked in, we explained to the front desk staff that we would prefer to stay in the same room for all three nights, and we were willing to pay any price difference if necessary. The staff member said they would check and get back to us—but we never heard anything further. Admittedly, we also forgot to follow up. However, we assumed that no news meant we could remain in the same room. The next day at noon, we received a sudden call requesting us to check out immediately, which completely disrupted our day’s plans and led to a rushed and stressful move. We even left some personal items behind in the process. In the future, we would greatly appreciate clearer follow-up from hotel staff—whether or not a room change is possible, please confirm with guests either way rather than leaving the matter unresolved. 2. Villa Room Maintenance On the last night, we moved to a villa. Unfortunately, during our shower we discovered that the drainage system was severely clogged. Water from the shower area didn’t drain properly, and water even backed up from under the sink and around the toilet. This was not only inconvenient, but honestly quite unpleasant. While your staff did eventually help us resolve the issue, it significantly affected our overall experience and left a negative final impression. We chose your hotel with high expectations and understand that busy periods can lead to service challenges. But with a bit more proactive communication and better room maintenance, we believe the guest experience can be much improved. Thank you for taking the time to read our feedback.

It was a pleasant and perfect stay for both my husband and I for a short getaway trip after our wedding!  The staff there were really friendly polite and thoughtful too!  After picking us up from the ferry terminal, Nabil, asked us if we needed anything to buy and he drove us to get what we needed before heading to the resort!  Upon reaching the resort, we were greeted warmly by the staff and checked in. The restaurant within the resort serves delicious food and a wide variety of dishes to choose from!  Recommend RICA RICA restaurant that serves authentic indonesian food and is affordable !!  The room itself is very clean and comfortable to stay in! We also went to the public pool for a swim and it was just so nice with the sea breeze 👍🏻  Wanted to try out island hopping but the weather conditions weren’t good so had to give it a miss. Instead we went to the spa area for a massage, it was ookayy  They also provide bicycles 🚲 at your room and you can cycle around the resort which was really nice!!  I would come back again someday!! Not a place to missed when staying in Bintan resort to relax ! Good job to all the service staff !!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kawaland Glamping. The place is small and peaceful, but it’s thoughtfully set up—everything we needed was available. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help, which made a big difference. The food was delicious, and the room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing glamping experience in Bintan.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel,the ambiance was very relaxing. The beach was just few steps away from the hotel itself. The sand is white and really fine,perfect for strolling or just sitting down to watch the sunset. Hotel staffs are all polite and accommodating,especially at the breakfast buffet. Room was clean and homey. Complete with all cook wares. We prettty much had a great time!

By far the best to go place for short gateway from hassle lifestyle in Singapore. Price are super valuable and with their top notch seevice. Everyone who have been asking me where to go for 3D2n, this is it. I enjoyed every of my stay there. All my request have been greatly answered

The hotel is part of a bigger resort property. The hotel location is good and the staff service attitude is great. However, the quality of the foods served in the restaurants are not good. The goods sold in the Happy Marts inside the resort property are extremely overpriced which are 3 to 4 times more expensive than in Singapore. Further, the gym in the Recreation Centre has a very strong mouldy smell. The quality of the SPA is not good. The technique of the masseurs should be improved. Also, the air-conditioner in the massage room is broken. Not worth to have any SPA treatment there.

Location is a slightly out of the way as compared to the bintan resorts area, but not an issue if you hire private charter for the day. The resort pods are very new and uses great technology. Love waking up to the amazing view!
