Great place to come and have a short stay! Rooms are comfortable, location is fantastic and they have lots of different activities for the whole family!

The resort is big building and beach front but it is not for swimming, the hotel is okay, the pool got 3 parts. No sauna in the resort.
The Staff at restaurant and room service and housekeeping are friendly. Susan is very helpful but I was surprised that my 11 yrs old child was charges as adult even it stated in your website that Child is 11 yrs old I contest it but no avail so I paid as Adult for 11 yrs old.
We had lunch at Mayang Sari restaurant that serves local cuisine which we always try whenever we visits Indonesia we ordered Oxtail soup but the soup is bland, no umami taste, the beef is dry it's disappointing. The service is good though.
Our check out time was not smooth either, I was asks to pay the bill of more than 3 ml+ idr but my actual bill is just 1 ml + idr.

This place has the nice vibes of a traditional resort. Staff were largely polite, welcoming and friendly. There’s a large private beach area.
However, my stay was marred by several issues. I booked a room with options for either a double bed or 2 twin beds. Upon arrival, I was told that there were no double beds available. I asked the staff if there’s anyone in a double bed room who’s checking out today, and told the staff I’m willing to wait if there is. She said there’s a guest in a double bed room who’s checking out that day, but she’s unable to “confirm”. She suggested that I take a room with 2 twin beds combined instead. Sensing that I’ve no choice, I reluctantly accepted it, and upon reaching that room, I saw the adjacent room with a double bed and the room looked vacant. I went back to the reception to ask if I could take that other room, and this time another staff took over and told me there’s a room with double bed for me but I have to wait for it to be ready. I agreed but felt perplexed why the first staff couldn’t have just told me the same thing. It’s not like I insisted on having a double bed room immediately, I already said I’m willing to wait.
Another issue was the wifi. We all had problems connecting to the wifi, and when we finally got connected, the connection was often unstable.
On the second night, there was a power failure and the electricity was out for several minutes.
Overall, this is still a nice comfortable resort that makes a good getaway from the city. It will be even better if staff communication and wifi can be improved.

Old resort. Not well maintained. Bathtub is dirty, which the housekeeping staff claimed "it is like that". Door is super hard to open. I asked the staff about it and got the reply "oh our guests always have issue opening the door". Service of the staffs also bad. When asked about check in and check out, the reply is rude. When we bought just ice cream at dino bistro for tea break, service charge was incurred but we were not allowed to dine in, as they claim that we did not purchase any meal. Food at poolside restaurant is expensive and super dry (we ordered chicken katsu and barramundi burger), totally not worth the hefty price. The beach is not suitable for swimming as the water is dirty and full of rocks. Tv quality is bad. Wifi can hardly be used as they want you to pay for premium connection. In short, the resort is not worth the price paid for.

Everything is good, a very nice resort. The sea is beautiful. Only one issue is the WIFI needs to improve, connection is very bad, not easily access.

Friendly and warm staff; at every touch points
From the ferry terminal; before embarking the shuttle bus to the resort, to the staff at the hotel. Every staff is so warm. Thank you for the early check-in!
They will hit the gong to welcome you and serve refreshing welcome drinks.
The pool is amazing. It’s big enough for the children to enjoy.
Breakfast buffet is not bad too.
There is a shuttle within the resort that brings us to the seafood kelong. The price at the kelong is similar to Singapore, hence manage your expectations. Taste wise is pretty decent.
The beach has a tar texture. We were looking forward to spend more time at the beach but had to cut it shorter. There were a lot of corals too, not recommended for those with little children. The pool make up for what the beach lacks.
Will return again in future!
