"ข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับการเช็คอิน: พอลงจากรถบัสแล้ว ให้รีบเช็คอินเลย ไม่งั้นต้องรอคิวนานมาก ส่วนการเช็คเอาท์ สามารถทำได้ตอน 12:30 น. ไม่งั้นก็ต้องรอคิวเป็นครึ่งวันเหมือนกัน ห้องพักมีอาหารเช้าทุกวัน และยังรวมอาหารกลางวันหรืออาหารเย็น 1 มื้อระหว่างการเข้าพักด้วย มีร้านอาหารสองแห่ง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นแบบสั่งอาหารตามสั่งหรือบุฟเฟต์ รสชาติก็ไม่ค่อยน่าประทับใจนัก และที่ร้านอาหาร Lagoi ริมทะเล ตอนกลางวันก็มีแมลงวันบินไปมาเต็มไปหมด พนักงานที่ Pool Bar ดูเหมือนจะสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษไม่ค่อยคล่อง ทำให้การสื่อสารไม่ราบรื่น ยกเว้นเรื่องอาหาร สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอื่นๆ ของโรงแรมก็ดี สระว่ายน้ำสบายมาก และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องก็ดีด้วย Kids' Club ค่อนข้างเล็ก ของเล่นหลายชิ้นก็ชำรุด ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดี มีชายหาดส่วนตัว มีเก้าอี้ชายหาด โซฟาบีนแบ็กของโรงแรมวางอยู่บนหาด การเดินทางจากท่าเรือมาโรงแรมโดยรถบัสก็ไม่ไกล โดยรวมแล้ว ถือว่าคุ้มค่ากับราคา"

"There are a lot of good reviews on several platforms regarding this hotel and they are justified. Now for some nitpicks - When booking I asked for a view but didn't get a room with one.. having said that, this hotel is not near the sea and the view would have been outside traffic. I also asked for an iron, which they lent me, but no ironing board. That was strange. When I called, the receptionist said to use the bed. Maybe this is normal? I didn't expect that because the hotel looks classy and well worth the value. Much of it has been renovated. When you look at small details the workmanship is adequate but not great. The people I met gave great service, always warmly and with a smile. It was a little frustrating when I asked for information and it took a while to get to an answer, perhaps due to the tendency to go around-about or maybe the language barrier. I would have given it a 10/10 because everything else was good and satisfactory. I wish they had an automated washing and dryer for guests to use, even if it's one of each.This is something as a long term guest would find useful. That doesn't factor into the final rating, though. So for now, 9/10"

"Staying in Holiday Inn Lagoi was the BEST n enjoyable moments. Upon arrival, we were given complimentary drinks. We hv 3 rooms booked . 2 rooms were upgraded from pond view to pool view and the rooms were great with one special request for anniversary deco. The ofher 1 room i requested to be upgraded to pool access and they provided us with a nearby room as well in the same building. Front desk personnel were so helpful with our last minute requests. The beachfront was quite a walk but buggy service was there to bring us to the beach at any time . My grandson really enjoyed the buggy ride😍. They also have bicycles to ride to go around rhe hotel area including the beachfront. Food spread was good with varieties eg asian n western cuisine. Having said, the hotel is situated in an area where resorts n other hotels nearby eg indigo, four season by sheraton, kamuella villas etc , there is a small shopping area for souvenirs @ Lagoi Plaza where Mustafa Center n a few other small shoplots for local foods. Free hotel shuttle is provided hourly to Lagoi Plaza as it is only 5 mins drive from the hotel. In short, we really enjoyed staying @ HOLIDAY INN LAGOI and definately to return. I strongly recommend all to come and feel the warmth gestures n services rendered to the guests. Special thanks to the hotel crews : Siska, Agil, Ridha, Mondri, Ranti, Wawan, Bahri, Dhea and not forgetting pak Pius for finding me the raw tempe😍 ( am sorry if i hv mised out names, this includes the waiter n waitresses @ Warong Pak Lagoi) U guys are SUPERB🥰🥰!!! Areas of improvement : plants around the pool area needs to be extra taken care. There are a lot of dried leaves. This applies to all area which has swimming pool."

"lovely place to getaway and just unwind in your own private space! complimentary pick-up/drop-off from BBT ferry terminal is provided so do drop them a whatsapp message to have it arranged. place is walking distance to Plaza Lagoi which has some food spots, a gelato place, mini mart, and a nice li’l souvenir spot called Cinderamata. picked up a few things there. there’s also an atm (BNI) to withdraw cash without incurring atm fee. also walking distance to the beach. breakfast is also provided daily. bear in mind that if you have rowdy inconsiderate neighbours who makes noise throughout the night, it spoils the experience cause you can’t sleep. encountering insects/wildlife is expected but nothing to be majorly afraid of. overall enjoyed my time there and would return again."

"This is the first time I am staying at this hotel as my previous visits to Tanjong Pinang I had stayed at the Alltrue Hotel. I must say this hotel is way much better as it's newer compared to the 28 yrs old Alltrue where maintenance is quite poor. I liked this hotel as it's clean smells good & friendly service staff. The room is spacious & TV works well. There is hot water kettle & tea/coffee is provided. I was also impressed with the breakfast which was included. I will definitely return again if I am at Tanjong Pinang The only downside was the loud prayers from the nearby mosque at 5am & other times in the day. It should not be so loud. As I was in room 305 my window view was not good looking at an abandoned rooftops with old tables. I hope 8 will be given upper floors instead os 3rd floor."

"Room was amazing. Managed to purchase an upgrade to the Seaview Villa and it was so spacious. Comfy kingbed, Huge bathtub and a pooldeck! Only issue with the room was the toilet starting to smell especially after flushing or at night after returning to the room. The resort provided complimentary transport to and from the ferry terminal so that made things very convenient. Within the resort itself, we had 2 bicycles to use or you could call for the buggy to ferry you around places. The service and staff were impeccable, they truly made you feel like very special guests! Would highly recommend the spa, the massages were heavenly. Would definitely come again and experience more at this resort."

"My stay at The Anmon Resort was a refreshing escape from the city. The desert-themed glamping was unique, Instagram-worthy, and relaxing, with spacious, comfortable tents. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere such as waking up to fresh air and quiet surroundings was a highlight. Evenings were memorable, with BBQ dinners outside the tent and stargazing under the open sky. The staff were friendly and responsive via WhatsApp, making everything seamless. Activities like ATV rides and the nearby lagoon added a nice mix of adventure, while the spa offered a perfect way to unwind. Overall, a memorable getaway that’s ideal for relaxing in a unique setting"

"We stayed here for three days with our family and booked two Grand Deluxe rooms and one Deluxe room. The rooms were spacious, each equipped with a sofa bed, which was very convenient when traveling with kids. The location is excellent, surrounded by Lagoi Plaza, a lake, and a beach, and it’s only about a 12-minute drive to Treasure Bay. Breakfast was decent, and we appreciated that there was porridge suitable for babies. The only issue we encountered was the restroom sliding door, which tended to get stuck easily, but the staff were very friendly and quick to assist. Additionally, there is a free playground and a swimming pool on the 7th floor with a beautiful view—we really loved it. Overall, it was an awesome family getaway"
