Our recent vacation at The Sanchaya, Bintan was nothing short of fantastic and excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt the touch of luxury and care that defines this exquisite resort.
A special mention must go to the superb team led by Greg Williams, whose attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident throughout our stay. Under his leadership, everything ran seamlessly, and every guest was treated with exceptional hospitality.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Yani from Guest Relations, who ensured our every need was anticipated and met with grace and professionalism. Her warm demeanor and thoughtful gestures truly made us feel at home.
A huge appreciation as well to Joanne from the F&B team, whose impeccable service and cheerful personality enhanced every dining experience. She made each meal a pleasure, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
And of course, our sincere thanks to Chef Budi, whose culinary creations were absolutely divine. Each dish was a masterpiece – a perfect blend of flavors, presentation, and freshness. He made dining at The Sanchaya not just a meal, but a memorable experience.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe hotel was overall very pleasant and we enjoyed our stay. The beaches were beautiful and it was incredibly refreshing to be there, especially coming from Singapore. The weather during our stay was amazing, which made the experience even better.
One area that could be improved is the food selection. At times it felt quite limited, and on a few evenings the hotel seemed unprepared for the number of guests, with some food items running out. That said, the waffles were absolutely fantastic,especially with the tiramisu sauce, which was a real highlight.
The AV quad bikes were unfortunately quite problematic and could use better maintenance or management.
Overall, despite a few operational hiccups, the hotel itself was lovely and we had a pleasant stay. 🌴

KKiyohime-samaThe hotel is part of a bigger resort property. The hotel location is good and the staff service attitude is great. However, the quality of the foods served in the restaurants are not good. The goods sold in the Happy Marts inside the resort property are extremely overpriced which are 3 to 4 times more expensive than in Singapore. Further, the gym in the Recreation Centre has a very strong mouldy smell. The quality of the SPA is not good. The technique of the masseurs should be improved. Also, the air-conditioner in the massage room is broken. Not worth to have any SPA treatment there.

LLeft TurnPros:
Kids club and kid-friendly pool/water play were great. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and amenities were provided. There’s also a gym and massage service available.
Cons:
Very poor soundproofing — could hear people talking and laughing from the street. Hotel was under maintenance and felt rundown. Floor felt sticky and not clean, room was stuffy with mosquitoes, and air-conditioning was not cooling even at 18°C. Bathroom was not kid-friendly. Massage was done in a regular hotel room with no music or ambience, making it uncomfortable.
Reception staff were generally friendly, except during check-in. I was asked to provide proof for an issue that was not my mistake, which made the experience unpleasant.
Overall:
Good facilities for kids, but cleanliness, maintenance, air-conditioning, and check-in experience need improvement.

ผผู้เข้าพักNear the beach and have multiple things to do including volleyball cycling kayaking. The room my family stayed in looked to be one of the older rooms. It is decently clean enough.
Service wise was good as the staff strived to assist my family for our requests.
Snacks provided in room are free which is nice.

ผผู้เข้าพักเป็นโรงแรมที่ดีมาก สภาพแวดล้อมและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกดีมาก ข้อเสียคือบนชายหาดมีน้ำมันซิลิโคนมากเกินไป ฉันถ่ายรูปสองสามรูปแล้วเหยียบน้ำมัน โชคดีที่บริการของโรงแรมดีมาก บริกรไปที่ห้องเพื่อช่วยทำความสะอาด เราพอใจกับบริการของโรงแรมมาก! เราเคยอาศัยอยู่ในวิลล่าและบ้านริมชายหาด มันอบอุ่นและผ่อนคลายจริงๆ! ที่อยากแนะนำเป็นพิเศษคือว่าอาหารจีนจะอร่อยกว่านี้ไหม เช่น ร้านอาหารหม้อไฟ ... มีส่วนผสมน้อยเกินไป ... หวังว่าโรงแรมจะดีขึ้นเรื่อยๆ เพราะเราอาศัยอยู่ในสิงคโปร์ เรา มักจะไปเที่ยวพักผ่อนและหวังว่าจะได้ครั้งหน้า ความรู้สึกใหม่!

MMary_am MohdIt rained at night and the walls are wet in the inside. Beddings sheets time for new ones. White beddings are not looking bright white. Overall still ok with the good price. Bfast menu been the same for many years. 😊 still happy with the stay

JJeslyn WoonThe pod at Anmon looked nicer, but it was on the pricier side. The villa we stayed in wasn’t bad, but definitely worn down—some spots weren’t painted well, the toilet sink clogged, and there was this weird smell in the room. The service was great and location is alright since you pretty much need to travel around with a car anyways

Hari itu saya kehilangan tas saya. Terima kasih banyak kepada kedua staf hotel yang telah menjaga tas saya. Di dalam tas ada paspor, kartu bank, dan banyak uang tunai. Mereka menjaganya selama tiga jam. Jika tas saya hilang, saya bahkan tidak bisa kembali ke Tiongkok. Terima kasih kepada kedua karyawan yang jujur ini.
