โรงแรมตั้งอยู่บนทางลาดขนาดใหญ่ทำให้ลากกระเป๋าเดินทางได้ยาก โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้กับแหล่งท่องเที่ยว Rossio มาก แต่ไม่แนะนำให้เดินเพราะเป็นทางลาดขนาดใหญ่ด้วย! แนะนำให้ซื้อบัตรโดยสารแบบ 24 ชั่วโมงเพื่อเข้าและออกโดยรถประจำทางหรือรถไฟใต้ดินซึ่งจะช่วยประหยัดพลังงานได้มาก พื้นที่ในห้องก็ปานกลางแต่ไม่มีเก้าอี้และไม่สะดวกจริงๆที่จะไม่มีที่นั่ง ภายในห้องมีผ้าม่านไฟฟ้า อ่างล้างหน้า ห้องน้ำ ห้องส้วม และอ่างล้างหน้าแยกส่วนทำให้พื้นห้องเปียกได้ง่ายเมื่อใช้อ่างล้างหน้า อาหารเช้าของโรงแรมค่อนข้างเข้มข้นแต่จะดีกว่านี้ถ้าเปลี่ยนรูปแบบทุกวันจะสดชื่นกว่านี้สำหรับเราที่เข้าพักติดต่อกันหลายวัน พนักงานเสิร์ฟค่อนข้างก้าวร้าวในการรวบรวมจานซึ่งดีมากขอให้เอาจานออกไปเสมอ ประสบการณ์ที่พักโดยรวมเป็นที่น่าพอใจ

อุปกรณ์ฮาร์ดแวร์ของโรงแรมนั้นดีและทิวทัศน์ก็น่าทึ่ง คุณสามารถเพลิดเพลินกับวิวทะเลในห้องพักสบาย ๆ ขณะนอนอยู่บนเตียง คุณยังสามารถเพลิดเพลินกับวิวพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นและทะเลในร้านอาหารทุกเช้า วันหยุดที่ลิสบอน แต่บริการห้องพักแย่มาก โรงแรมแย่มาก นอกเหนือจากการจัดหาอุปกรณ์ในห้องพักให้ครบถ้วนในคืนแรกไม่มีอะไรเติมเต็มในวันที่สองฉันโทรไปขอเสื้อคลุมอาบน้ำ 2 อัน โทรกลับไปกลับมาหลายครั้งแต่สุดท้ายก็ได้เบอร์หนึ่งมาแลกกัน พนักงานบริการดีมาก มาที่ห้องเพื่อบอกว่าทางโรงแรมไม่มีชุดยูกาตะให้เลย วันแรกพูดไม่ออกเลย มาจากไหนและชุดยูกาตะของแขกคนอื่น ๆ มาจากไหน ประการที่สามเราทิ้งโน้ตไว้ที่แผนกต้อนรับเมื่อเช้าเพื่อขอสิ่งของและชุดยูกาตะสองชุดให้ไว้เมื่อทำความสะอาดห้อง จนกระทั่งคืนที่สี่ที่เราโทรเรียกรูมเซอร์วิสอีกครั้งเพื่อรับชุดยูกาตะที่เราต้องการ โรงแรมนี้คุ้มค่าแก่การเข้าพักจริงๆ ทำเลที่ตั้งและสภาพแวดล้อมโดยรอบดีมาก แต่ฉันหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าคุณภาพของการบริการห้องพักจะเป็นได้ ปรับปรุงแล้ว พนักงานบริการในร้านอาหารเช้าใจดีและเป็นกันเองมาก พวกเขาจะริเริ่มทักทายและลูกค้าประจำจะจำความชอบของตนได้

The bed was comfortable, the towels were large snd soft, the shower was amazing. The lighting in the bathroom and the room were bright! So nice to be able to see doing my makeup and getting dressed. It a small room but fine for 1 person. It was clean and I was very comfortable. Also I loved the location right near the water and was able to run on the biking jogging walking paths along the water. It felt safe clean and more ”local' as opposed to staying in the xity center with all the tourists and traffic. It was an easy 15 min uber ride into the city and I never had to wait long for an Uber. I would stay here again. The only negative waa rhe gym. You cannot fit more than 1 person innthe gym at a time. Also my room had a slight body odor smell. Not so overwhelming that I had to move rooms but it was just noticeable when I walked in but then It went away but still something I dod mention to the front desk and they were very apologetic and took care of it. The staff are very friendly ans helpful. Really great hotel. Price was right too!

Thank you for the wonderful stay. The breakfast was delicious and the location is very convenient for traveling to famous sights. The front desk team and breakfast staff were friendly every moment, always smiling and welcoming. I really appreciated how they helped make arrangements for my special travel plans. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is clean and meets standards of Iberostar hotels if you’ve been to other ones, with pleasant scents in the lobby. Used the gym but it was small, with necessary equipments so was okay. Didn’t try spa but you’d have 1 hour free access if book in advance. Service was relatively low-levelled throughout the stay. First night of arrival, there weren’t sleepers in the room and surprised that slippers at the reception were out of stock. Second morning I was made to wait in front of the restaurant to have breakfast, with loads of available tables inside, which were not cleaned up on time. The staff didn’t maintain the queue in a good way, the line was cut in by two groups of guests, and there was even one group going straight into the restaurant, with the staff not noticing this or explaining to us. No caring was shown verbally for our waiting outside of the restaurant. Third morning was told that there’s no breakfast booked with the room, but it turned out that the staff put wrong room numbers on the system when checking. The staff guided us to a table without cutleries prepared. Reception staff were friendly yet not showing the best quality of service if the hotel is 5-star. Response time could be shortened. Restaurant service was terrible given the above. No apologies made for the situations mentioned.

Alors en réservant je n’avais pas fait attention que c’était un hôtel pour « couple ». Imaginez la surprise de ma mère en arrivant vu que nous étions mère - fille. Chambre standard relativement grande, avec un coin « kitchenette » : frigo / évier / micro-ondes / assiettes / couverts / verres. Selon nous il manquait : des ustensiles de cuisine car plaques de cuisson mais aucune vaisselle pour les utiliser. Également des accroches au mur ainsi que dans la salle de bains pour les serviettes / vêtements / sacs. Manque également de rangement ou support dans la salle de bains. Pas de restauration, seulement un bar à cocktails. Pour les PDJ, ne vous attendez pas à un « buffet », ce sont des paniers pique-nique chaque matin, relativement bien garnis mais similaires d’un jour à l’autre. Seule déception : je suis allergique au jus d’orange j’ai demandé 3X si c’était possible de remplacer par du jus de pomme, on m’indique que oui. Au bout de 6 jours j’attends encore mon jus … je me suis fait une raison. Le quartier n’est pas très propre … Mais l’hôtel est très bien placé à côté du métro / bus / tram.

Staying at Moxy Lisbon City was honestly one of the best decisions for my trip to Portugal. The location made exploring Lisbon incredibly easy — close enough to the city center to reach major spots quickly, yet tucked in an area that felt calmer and less chaotic after a long day walking around the city. Metro access and ride options were convenient, which made moving around stress-free. What really made the stay memorable, though, was the staff. Everyone was warm, approachable, and genuinely helpful without feeling overly formal. The Guy with dental braces is kind and helpful, he shows us the “free refilll water” and utensils to eat The room decor was another highlight. The design had that modern, playful Moxy aesthetic — minimalist but still full of personality. Clean lines, smart use of space, soft lighting, and subtle industrial touches gave the room a stylish city vibe without feeling cold. It felt fresh, youthful, and comfortable at the same time — the kind of room you actually look forward to coming back to after a full day in Lisbon.

Stayed here for a short trip and loved it. Breakfast was delicious with both local and international items. The room was cozy, and the bathroom was very clean. Excellent hospitality from the entire team.
