地理位置優越，接待，衞生，服務都很好，除了房間略小。出門轉轉很方便，樓下就是法國小牛肉，最好提前預約。酒店內甜品店也很美味，都沒有很甜，值得一試。早餐是點單式的，也很豐富。住上兩天可以節省不少體。

Absolutely fantastic stay at Martinhal Lisboa Oriente. We booked a studio at this aparhotel for 4 nights. Spacious n clean. WiFi works steady. Breakfast is included with a very good selection of fruits, bread, cereal n hot items. Customer service is good here too. It is abt 1 km to one of the train stations in Lisboa, which is Oriente station. As such, it is very convenient for us to take the train to Sintra n Porto. However, it is a bit farther away from Alfama n Baixa n all the other interesting neighborhoods with shops n restaurants n cafes. May be 8-9 kms or 10 euros Uber drive away?? All in all, Martinhal is still highly recommended. I wld not hesitate to stay here again were I visit Lisbon next time.

El hotel es precioso ! La cama! La habitación espectacular! El personal atento de una forma tan amable , se ofrecen a ayudarte a todo! Volveré sin dudarlo! Cuando visito Lisboa intento ir a los 5* y este me ha gustado con diferencia

Gostamos muito do hotel e do local, instalações etc. Algumas sugestões: - equipar a academia com um equipamento mais completo pra exercícios de braço, superiores com pesos maiores - mais colchonetes na academia - mais garçons para atenderem nos restaurantes, principalmente em dias de shows como foi a noite do FADO. Havia duas mesas grandes com 16 pessoas numa excursão e apenas 3 garçons pro restaurante inteiro. Como essas mesas demandavam um garçon 100% do tempo, as demais mesas ficaram à mercê de um único garçon que esbaforido, tentava dar conta de atender todos os clientes na hora. Uma pena pq o atendimento fica prejudicado. - Apesar de confortável, vemos que o hotel poderia ter seus quartos modernizados um pouco na decoração, embora em nada prejudique a estadia nem o conforto hoje em dia.

We had a great stay at Sheraton Lisboa! The location is super convenient—just a short drive from the airport and within easy reach of Lisbon’s main attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with large windows offering beautiful city views. The bed? Super comfy after a long day of exploring! Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. We also appreciated the variety at the breakfast buffet—fresh, delicious, and something for everyone. Special mention to the spa and gym facilities—they were top-notch. After a full day of sightseeing, it was a treat to unwind there. Only minor downside was that the decor is slightly dated in some areas, but overall, it’s well-maintained and has that classic Sheraton charm. Would definitely recommend it for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Lisbon

This hotel is a real gem! The public areas are absolutely stunning, like stepping into a beautifully restored palace—grand, elegant, and full of character. It's the kind of space that makes you want to linger and take photos. While the guest rooms are more modest, with a simple, 90s-style decor, they are clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, making them perfect for family stays. The breakfast area is equally lovely, providing a bright and pleasant start to the day. Overall, it's a great choice if you're looking for a hotel with incredible public spaces and practical, family-friendly rooms.

Very nice hotel in a lovely neighborhood. A bit far away from city center though. Very modern, everything is electric. Wifi is good. Breakfast was great. They have a complimentary sauna and contrast shower. Very cool! Gym is decent, but obviously could have more equipment. Would stay here again.

Sehr sauberes Hotel, super Service. Da wir bereits zum Flughafen fahren mussten, hat man uns für 5:00 Uhr (ab 4:00 möglich) etwas für den Frühstück vorbereitet (Gebäck, Obst und man konnte sich Kaffee und Tee zubereiten), fanden wir toll, da wir beim üblichen Zeiten (ab 7:00 Uhr) nicht am Frühstück teilnehmen konnten.
