CCynthia991Very good stay. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. They greeted us every time when we passed by the reception. We were not come for the light show but good to have it. Free car park was included but it could be challenging for big car. We didn’t try breakfast nor dine in their restaurant. You may opted for not having the room cleaned and get 5€ voucher in return. Bear in mind that you have to order something more than 5€, one voucher each time.
ผผู้เข้าพักBath foam was empty on 1st night when we want to take a shower. Advised the cleaning woman next morning to refill which she did. On 2nd night, when we want to wash our hair, the shampoo is empty. I think the cleaning woman did not check the shampoo when she refill the bath foam. Phone reception that night and advise front desk in the morning to fill up the shampoo. Front desk promised to refill shampoo and replenish all amenities including the shower cap. When we come back on 3rd day, the shampoo is still empty and no amenities including shower cap were given. Complain to hotel manager on 4th day before check out regarding shampoo and front desk promise but not fulfill issue, the manager apologized and offered our friend free breakfast which we appreciated. I expect all hotels bath foam and shampoo are checked and refilled before new guest arrives.
ผผู้เข้าพักWe had a pleasant stay at Masa Hotel spa combo grande collection .The breakfast was really nice and great way to start your day, and the amenities were excellent — guests can use the spa, gym, sauna, and bath facilities, which made the stay more enjoyable. Although the location is a bit far from some of the main attractions, it is still reasonably convenient since they can be easily reached by metro.
Cleaning was generally okay, but the shower drain in our room was not working very well, which was a bit inconvenient.
DDill ChenThe hotel is clean and meets standards of Iberostar hotels if you’ve been to other ones, with pleasant scents in the lobby. Used the gym but it was small, with necessary equipments so was okay. Didn’t try spa but you’d have 1 hour free access if book in advance.
Service was relatively low-levelled throughout the stay. First night of arrival, there weren’t sleepers in the room and surprised that slippers at the reception were out of stock.
Second morning I was made to wait in front of the restaurant to have breakfast, with loads of available tables inside, which were not cleaned up on time. The staff didn’t maintain the queue in a good way, the line was cut in by two groups of guests, and there was even one group going straight into the restaurant, with the staff not noticing this or explaining to us. No caring was shown verbally for our waiting outside of the restaurant.
Third morning was told that there’s no breakfast booked with the room, but it turned out that the staff put wrong room numbers on the system when checking. The staff guided us to a table without cutleries prepared.
Reception staff were friendly yet not showing the best quality of service if the hotel is 5-star. Response time could be shortened.
Restaurant service was terrible given the above. No apologies made for the situations mentioned.
HHarsh.RStayed here for a short trip and loved it. Breakfast was delicious with both local and international items. The room was cozy, and the bathroom was very clean. Excellent hospitality from the entire team.
