"Had the most relaxing beach resort staycation ever 🌴✨ Waking up to the sound of waves and the sea breeze was truly therapeutic. The room was clean, cozy, and had such a beautiful ocean view. Everything felt peaceful and well-maintained. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The pool and beach area were perfect for chilling and taking photos. Definitely the kind of place that helps you reset and recharge. Would love to come back again!"

"Families first time to this place very nice to relax. So thankful who fetch us Tedi (martedi) very kind , good service and pleasant. To manger Hardi first assist us very clear to explain so helpful, kind, good service and friendly. Nur who smiling face. Good ambience and relaxing. Breakfast good complete. My kids love it especially egg prata but our last day prata over cook,(sad),cannot service . The best snorkelling we recommend this water sport. Everything perfect except to shower so little water come out and cannot control heat . Cleaning of room Okay everyday cleaning but never wash the cups. And never give shower gel and shampoo. Overall relax and wonderful experience. We will come back here hope got changed for shower."

"The hotel exceeded our expectations. It is located away from the hustle and bustle, offering a very serene and peaceful environment. The staff were warm and hospitable, and the food was surprisingly delicious—our favourite was the fun platter. We also enjoyed the BBQ dinner and the complimentary kayaking activity. One area for improvement would be mosquito control. It may be helpful to increase the frequency of pest control services, as we experienced quite a severe mosquito issue and received more than twenty bites during just one dinner."

"Staying in Cassia Bintan was the perfect sanctuary I needed to recharge and getaway from the busy city life. This 'me-time' was exactly what I needed to find my peace again. The hospitality started the moment I arrived—I was greeted by Arya at the counter, who was incredibly helpful and kind. His warm welcome immediately put me at ease as a solo traveller. I truly appreciated the shuttle bus provided by Cassia from the ferry terminal; it felt very safe and organized, which is so important for solo female travellers. The room itself was a dream. I loved the blue colour of the room. This soothing blue wall creates a calm space where I can truly relax. It's spacious and clean. My favourite spot was the well-equipped kitchenette and the nice private balcony; the air felt so clean and fresh, and it was such a serene place for me to sit and do my painting. I love the sea so much, and the serene beach was so therapeutic. The pristine white sand and the shimmering turquoise blue sea were breathtaking. Being able to stroll along the shore every single day while listening to the gentle sea waves was the perfect way to clear my mind. I also loved spending time at Vista—sipping on their refreshing lime juice while soaking in the stunning sea view was pure bliss. The food at Lotus Cafe was delicious, and the staff always greeted me with a warm smile. Having the market 23 nearby was also so convenient for snacks and essentials. "We stayed here for three days with our family and booked two Grand Deluxe rooms and one Deluxe room. The rooms were spacious, each equipped with a sofa bed, which was very convenient when traveling with kids. The location is excellent, surrounded by Lagoi Plaza, a lake, and a beach, and it’s only about a 12-minute drive to Treasure Bay. Breakfast was decent, and we appreciated that there was porridge suitable for babies. The only issue we encountered was the restroom sliding door, which tended to get stuck easily, but the staff were very friendly and quick to assist. Additionally, there is a free playground and a swimming pool on the 7th floor with a beautiful view—we really loved it. Overall, it was an awesome family getaway"

"Arrived late at the hotel and reception was so kind to ask us to sit and not stand, knowing how tired we were after a day's tour around before checking in to the hotel. They were responsive and the hotel was old, they made every attempt to accommodate to our request even specially installing a bidet for us. The view and the seafront was awesome. Breakfast was equally good. Will definitely return for my next holiday in Bintan."

"โรงแรมที่ยอดเยี่ยมคือ Ctrip ต้องติดต่อกับโรงแรมผ่านตัวแทนและไม่สามารถสื่อสารโดยตรงได้ซึ่งไม่สะดวกเกินไป โรงแรมอยู่ติดทะเลและสามารถชมพระอาทิตย์ตกได้ ร้านอาหารของโรงแรมอร่อยกว่าร้านอาหารใด ๆ บนเกาะ! ครั้งนี้ฉันทานอาหารเย็นสามมื้อ และฉันสั่งอาหารหลายจานโดยไม่เหยียบฟ้าร้อง! ข้อเสียคือใช้เครื่องทําน้ําอุ่นไฟฟ้า น้ําจะเย็นหลังจากอาบน้ําเป็นเวลานาน นอกจากนี้ทางโรงแรมไม่มียาสีฟันและแปรงสีฟันและทําความสะอาดโดยไม่มีการต่ออายุหลังจากพักสองวัน"
