"I can't rave enough about the customer service at Holiday Inn. At the reception, we were warmly welcomed by Mr Sunang. He was prompt, understood our requirements and interacted with my daughter, thereby remembering her name whenever he sees her or ask me about her. The room was spacious, we had a good view overlooking a pond and looking at the beach from a distance. It was great view for fireworks we were lucky to catch that night. We had our 3 connecting rooms as per requested. I like that the showering amenities was Dove. Hubby and I took the complimentary bus to Plaza Lagoi. We just needed 15 min to stock up some snacks for the kids and asked if the transport could wait for us, else we needed to wait an hour for the next bus. The transport coordinator, Edo was most kind. He gave me his number to contact him and when we were done, he came specially to pick us up back to hotel. He really went the special mile for us and we are so grateful. Subsequently, we also arranged for paid transportation to fetch us back from Nirwana Kelong. The hotel again went all out to help us book the table at the Kelong and arranged timing for transport. By Siska through the WhatsApp. Everything was so hassle free given we could communicate through WhatsApp and they were very prompt in replying. The hotel is v kids-friendly. Kids eat free (buffet/ ala carte). There were 3 swimming pools, kids club (2 hours complimentary per day), games room. For adults, there were ping pong tables, table pool, bicycles around free for use. We had a relaxing morning cycling to the beach. Guess the con was the hotel was designed such that must walk a distance to go from one place to another. Will be good if there is more shortcut to take. All in all, will highly recommend for families. Would like to commend the staff for the great service. Bintan has been such a lovely place that we go to again and again."

Everything felt peaceful and well-maintained. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The pool and beach area were perfect for chilling and taking photos. "Staying in Cassia Bintan was the perfect sanctuary I needed to recharge and getaway from the busy city life. This 'me-time' was exactly what I needed to find my peace again. The hospitality started the moment I arrived—I was greeted by Arya at the counter, who was incredibly helpful and kind. His warm welcome immediately put me at ease as a solo traveller. I truly appreciated the shuttle bus provided by Cassia from the ferry terminal; it felt very safe and organized, which is so important for solo female travellers. The room itself was a dream. I loved the blue colour of the room. This soothing blue wall creates a calm space where I can truly relax. It's spacious and clean. My favourite spot was the well-equipped kitchenette and the nice private balcony; the air felt so clean and fresh, and it was such a serene place for me to sit and do my painting. I love the sea so much, and the serene beach was so therapeutic. The pristine white sand and the shimmering turquoise blue sea were breathtaking. Being able to stroll along the shore every single day while listening to the gentle sea waves was the perfect way to clear my mind. I also loved spending time at Vista—sipping on their refreshing lime juice while soaking in the stunning sea view was pure bliss. The food at Lotus Cafe was delicious, and the staff always greeted me with a warm smile. Having the market 23 nearby was also so convenient for snacks and essentials. Our stay at Bintan Pearl Beach Resort was truly excellent! 🌴 Before arriving, we were a bit unsure since the resort is located farther from both ferry terminals — but once we got there, we realized it was absolutely worth it. If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing weekend away from the crowds, this place is a hidden gem. The staff and driver were incredibly warm, helpful, and always ready to assist. We also joined their guided tours, which turned out to be much more affordable and personal compared to online options. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, adding a great start to each morning. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable stay — highly recommended for anyone seeking tranquility and great hospitality in Bintan. 🌺"

"Beautiful glamping site. Service was top notch - you can WhatsApp for room service, water etc and the staff was always responsive and professional. The only small minus was that you can totally hear your neighbours even if they’re not particularly loud. Light sleepers won’t like it. But I think it was fair because it’s a ‘camp’site after all. No TV haha which I guess is good for truly getting away. Facilities like the huge lagoon were beautiful and not too crowded."

"Arrived late at the hotel and reception was so kind to ask us to sit and not stand, knowing how tired we were after a day's tour around before checking in to the hotel. They were responsive and the hotel was old, they made every attempt to accommodate to our request even specially installing a bidet for us. The view and the seafront was awesome. Breakfast was equally good. Will definitely return for my next holiday in Bintan."

"Check in was quick and easy. Rooms were already blasting cold temperature at 16C with a card inserted into the system. Much appreciated due to the super hot weather. Pool was small. More for soaking chilling than swimming. Gym was small. Enclosed with glass with the top open-air so it can be very hot and humid. Treadmill was pitiful. It is more of a home-based type treadmill than one that is usually found in hotels. My group of 14 adults decided to have dinner at the cafe/ restaurant. The menu is limited but sufficient for us to try the local food. Unfortunately, the food was very slow and came in bits and pieces ie 1 dish came out after 10-15min of waiting. Imagine 14 adults ordering multiple dishes + drinks? We must have ordered 30+ dishes, not including drinks. It was only at the last 20min of our dinner that many dishes came out of the kitchen at the same time. The staff was definitely not prepared to handle such orders in the evenings. Some of the dishes like satay was cold. Some dishes were also missed out. Truly disappointing. The wait staff were nice and patient. Breakfast was much better. Many dishes and choices. This hotel seems to be a popular choice with Chinese nationals. The whole hotel was swarmed with them during breakfast."
