"This was my third time at the hotel and it has always been great. Even though checkin time was late, but they agreed to let us checkin earlier, since we had arrived from a 9h flight, at 6am, so at around 9am we got to the room without any extra charge. The room is comfortable, clean, the bathtub is great, and it is quiet for a good rest in between flights. The breakfast is great and luckily it starts at 4am, so people (like us) with early flights can still catch some food before leaving."
"This is a very nice hotel, esp for the price.
The few not great things are overshadowed by the really good ones.
Not Great: if they rent out the SkyLounge it will be LOUD all day. Breakfast on -1 instead of the Sky Lounge can not accommodate as many people. The shower pressure and turn on system, along with the beds pushed together without the piece that unifies them (is that an American thing?).
The Really Good: Location at Alameda Station (metro+bus) and across from a lively park. Cheap taxi ride for most places. Cool Lobby Bar. Speakers above the bed for the TV. The massage chair & bed in the cute, yet small but still spacious room. Breakfast with lots of (regular) choices. Leo is the only genuinely friendly, professional front desk guy. Housekeepers really clean. Tea and coffee options, mini bar."
"Conveniently located near metro station with < 10 mins walk with several restaurants nearby.
The room is clean and comfortable with big wardrobe. Breakfast is wide spread too.
When the hotel staff told me that I can box out the breakfast due to early morning checkout, I was delighted with the service. They took record of our room number and check out date / time. However, during check out, the breakfast was prepared and the staff said that it was not in their record. It was disappointing 😔"
"Beautiful hotel close to Oriente station. Bad smell on the street, the public services should take more care about the area around and properly support this excellent 5* place. Easy check-in and out procedure. Nice view on the gulf from the windows and silent rooms for good sleeping. Kudos to the receptionist, Thiago, who was very welcoming and gave much support describing the map of the city"
