J’ai passé un agréable séjour à La Badira. L’hôtel est calme et reposant, idéal pour se détendre. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité, et le personnel est professionnel et attentif. La piscine à débordement est superbe, la plage privée est bien entretenue, et le centre de spa est très professionnel, avec des soins de qualité dans une ambiance apaisante. En revanche, la chambre Fell est un peu décevante par rapport au reste de l’hôtel, et le restaurant international reste moyen, sans grande originalité. Globalement, c’est une belle adresse pour un séjour relaxant, malgré quelques points perfectibles.

Расположение отличное, завтраки однообразные каждый день одно и то же, обслуживание на 4, в целом все доброжелательные, если отдыхать одному то нормально, но если семья с детьми то наверное будет не комфортно

We really struggled with the service here. I told them I was getting married and I have family staying with them as well as family scattered at other nearby hotels. Royal Azur is the only hotel that would not cooperate with us to allow guests into the hotel. We were stopped multiple times at the front gate and the staff in the front desk would not accommodate our needs. Weddings are stressful as it is, however, the hotel did not alleviate any of that and added more levels of stress. I will not be coming back here.

The hotel personnel is outstanding. I loved their professionalism and dedication. Special note for the desk personnel who welcomed us with professionalism and kindness, and listened to our claims with a smile and reactively acted in consequence. The customer service manager (Haifa) is also great. The rooms are very clean but the furniture are quite old for a 5 stars hotel(some broken wooden stuff...) Biggest weakness: 1- The lunch/dinner menu was exactly the same and we had to rise a claim for that. The next day was satisfying tho. 2- We had to pass by an open door area to go to the indoor swimming pool during a cold time which was very uncomfortable (got a cold after that) 3- Booked an all inclusive and still need to pay for the gym? why?

ผิดหวังสําหรับราคานี้และสําหรับโรงแรม 4 ดาว ห้องพักแทบจะไม่เป็นที่ยอมรับ เห็นได้ชัดว่าไม่ได้ทําความสะอาดด้านล่างเตียง ไม่มีแว่นตา ไม่มีผ้าเช็ดตัว ภาชนะสบู่และแชมพูเกือบจะว่างเปล่าเมื่อมาถึงและไม่ได้เติมเลยในระหว่างการเข้าพักของเรา ผ้าเช็ดตัวเป็นฝันร้าย บางครั้งก็เพียงพอ บางครั้งขาดหนึ่ง บางครั้งก็หายไปสอง การซื้อเหล็กเป็นสงครามและลืมบริการซักรีด คําขอไม่ได้รับการตอบรับอย่างดีเสมอมา พวกเขาทาสีห้องข้างๆ ของเราโดยไม่มีข้อควรระวัง ทําให้กลิ่นเข้ามาไกลเข้ามา อาหารกลางวันมีราคาแพงมากสําหรับพื้นที่ ลืมมันไป รวมอาหารเช้าและอาหารเย็นก็โอเค ทําเลที่ตั้งดีมากแม้ว่าสภาพแวดล้อมจะค่อนข้างตาย..

Disappointing experience overall. Outdated rooms, average cleanliness and unfriendly staff. Breakfast lacked variety. The restaurant was full of smoke and strong cooking smells, which ruined the atmosphere.

J’ai été surpris par l’accueil et le professionnalisme de l’équipe de cet hôtel, un personnel très respectable professionnel, très accueillant bienveillant. Nous avons été super bien accueillis. C’est un endroit très calme pour se poser tranquillement la propreté de cette hôtel mérite ces cinq étoiles sur chaque classement en en garde un super bon souvenir et hâte de revenir prochainement. J’ai remercie encore particulièrement le service de sécurité, le service à l’accueil réception et surtout le personnel de restauration vraiment y a rien à dire. Allez allez-y, les yeux fermés pour ceux qui veulentséjourner dans cet hôtel vous serez super bien acquis. Merci encore et j’espère à très bientôt.
