MMikeJMJonesBeautiful boutique hotel! It is extremely convenient for anyone who wants to be near the airport. Amazing staff. The only difficulty is that there is no on-site evening restaurant, nor any shops within walking distance. However, you can get Uber eats delivery food and Uber for any journeys. Check out is 10am, which seems very early and you have to pay extr for late check out. However, the rooms are amazing! A great choice for a peaceful escape... less perfect if you want to go out in evenings.

My elderly mother traveled all the way from China to Johannesburg and then to Windhoek, and the hotel staff truly went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and safety. They arranged a seamless pickup upon her arrival and a timely drop-off the following day, which made her feel incredibly supported throughout her journey. She raved about the excellent service, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The breakfast was delightful, offering a great start to the day. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a warm and accommodating place to stay!

ผผู้เข้าพักWe made use of the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The drivers were helpful and friendly. This is a great value-added service. We were welcomed at reception by friendly staff. We were helped to our rooms. The rooms are modern, functional, and comfortable. We went to the 6th floor for dinner. The restaurant and bar there is called Level Seven. The staff there told us it was a privately owned restaurant and bar. We sat in the bar and ordered food and drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The only good thing about the food that night was that the fries were awesome and seasoned well. Breakfast the next morning in the main restaurant on the ground floor was exceptional—friendly staff and really good food. Overall, a great stay, let down unfortunately by the food at Level Seven.

HHansexsI arranged four king-bed rooms at this hotel for my guests. Unfortunately, their experience at the hotel restaurant was quite unsatisfactory.
During the meal, the restaurant was nearly empty, with only our table present. Despite this, service was noticeably slow and inattentive. After the starters were cleared, there was a long delay before anyone followed up regarding the main course. Even after ordering, plates were not brought in time, and the overall pace of service was unusually slow.
Under such circumstances, it was difficult to understand the reason for the delay. The experience left a negative impression and fell short of what would be expected from a hotel of this standard.

ผผู้เข้าพักBeautiful place! The design and style are very unique with an old Pueblo style, and the location is great. However, it is still being renovated, and the swimming pool was not open in the summer. There should be improvement in stating that the shuttle service comes with an extra cost; it should be advertised as an option, as most stays offer shuttle services at an additional expense. The price was 200Rand, and an Uber is cheaper. The receptionist was very helpful and clear; she was super nice.

Есть некоторая неопрятность и обветшалость стен в номере и качество напольного покрытия. Однако, постельное белье чистое. В округе обстановка неблагоприятная, в самом отеле безопасно. Если вы не очень придирчивы, то отель вполне подойдет, но более, чем на 1 сутки не стали бы рекомендовать.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe place was very affordable, very clean, and very accommodating. I was traveling alone and was kind of scared, but the driver made me feel really safe - he was so chatty and nice, LOL. The room is beautiful, and everything was just great. PS: when you book, you also get the shuttle service; forgot to do it but they came to fetch me anyway, which was really nice of them, thank God!
