Friendly pick up from airport and quick check in. Room ok and very clean with comfy beds. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice little pool. Would stay here again…thank you

I had a very enjoyable stay at Rendezvous Heritage Hotel Auckland. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and all the essential amenities for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind after a busy day in the city. The hotel facilities were impressive, particularly the indoor and outdoor pools, gym, and sauna, which added extra value to the experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, ensuring a smooth check-in and overall pleasant stay. While the decor may feel slightly dated in some areas, everything was well-kept and functional. Overall, it offers great value for money and is a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers visiting Auckland.

มีรถบัสฟรีจากสนามบินมายังโรงแรมโดยตรง คนขับจะเตือนว่ามีป้ายบนรถบัสสีเหลืองในบริเวณรถบัสด้านนอกสนามบิน แค่กลับมารอที่ล็อบบี้ ถ้าหาไม่เจอให้ถามพนักงาน อาหารเช้าในโรงแรมน่าผิดหวังเกินไป สภาพแวดล้อมห่างไกลเกินไป ห้องพักใหญ่กว่าในเมืองมาก และอัตราส่วนราคาต่อประสิทธิภาพก็โอเค

ได้รับประสบการณ์ที่ดีมาก บริการรับส่งจากสนามบินมีตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง...น่าประทับใจ... และพวกเขามาถึงภายในเวลาไม่ถึง 10 นาทีหลังจากโทรไปแจ้ง พนักงานมีประสิทธิภาพและเป็นมิตรมาก ที่นี่มีห้องพักเยอะมาก และห้องพักก็ดี สะอาด และเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย เตียงนอนก็สบายด้วย พวกเขามีบริการรับส่งจากสนามบินที่สะดวกสบายเช่นกัน... จะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอน!!

Room is a little run down, especially the bathroom where there was black mold, cracked tiles, flaking paint and damage to the floor. There was also damage to the outside of the microwave and the edges of some cupboards. The bed was made up of two beds pushed together. Bath and shower were quite small. Staff were friendly and non-intrusive, although the room make-up service came in the mid-afternoon (approx 3pm). Possibly suitable for those who wish to self-cater (rooms have kitchenware and cooking facilities) but otherwise there are better options in the same price range.

beautiful surroundings, spacious and sunny room! Furnishings rather outdated and amenities minimal. There were minor issues here and there but resolved in good time. Breakfast was good!

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ติดกับมหาวิทยาลัยโอ๊คแลนด์ คุณสามารถเดินประมาณ 1 กิโลเมตรไปยังถนนควีนได้ โซฟาและเก้าอี้ในห้องค่อนข้างเก่า ตรงข้ามโรงแรมเป็นสุสาน เป็นเวลา 4 คืนแล้วในช่วงนั้นไม่มีการทำความสะอาดเลยต้องเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวเองทุกวันผมทิ้งขยะเองอุปกรณ์ทำครัวค่อนข้างครบและผมซื้ออาหารจากซุปเปอร์มาเก็ตมาทำกินเอง

We had an amazing stay. We really loved the location right next to the Sky Tower. It was a special occasion for our son’s 18th birthday. It was a lovely touch having a card and chocs delivered for his birthday! It made our stay extra special.  We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had so much choice and lovely surroundings. All the staff we encountered  were very efficient and made our stay exceptional.
