ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมและการบริการ พักในห้อง M Suite ซึ่งกว้างขวางและสะดวกสบายอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อ อาหารเช้าอร่อยมาก จะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอนในเร็ว ๆ นี้

Friendly pick up from airport and quick check in. Room ok and very clean with comfy beds. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice little pool. Would stay here again…thank you

The lovely receptionist made our stay great as we got there early due to I our cruise. She changed our room as the first one was very claustrophobic for me as I suffer from that so I always check for large windows. The porter was very helpful on our arrival day. Unfortunately I can’t remember their names. I think both of them should get a raise. The receptionist was celebrating her wedding anniversary soon and was going to be off. We were there for 4 nights. Booked parking as well which we had to pay for $40 per day. There was another guide checking in who got it free with her booking. Not sure why we didn’t. She said we could use that as she didn’t have a car. But we’re told we couldn’t do that either. Not sure why not. On day of checkout we asked if we good leave the car for a bother 4 hours till we return the car but we’re told no as carpark is full. We’ve been in and out and it was hardly used. So many spare bays all the time. We then told we can park but have to pay. Other places let us stay till we left to catch our flights.

beautiful surroundings, spacious and sunny room! Furnishings rather outdated and amenities minimal. There were minor issues here and there but resolved in good time. Breakfast was good!

มีรถบัสฟรีจากสนามบินมายังโรงแรมโดยตรง คนขับจะเตือนว่ามีป้ายบนรถบัสสีเหลืองในบริเวณรถบัสด้านนอกสนามบิน แค่กลับมารอที่ล็อบบี้ ถ้าหาไม่เจอให้ถามพนักงาน อาหารเช้าในโรงแรมน่าผิดหวังเกินไป สภาพแวดล้อมห่างไกลเกินไป ห้องพักใหญ่กว่าในเมืองมาก และอัตราส่วนราคาต่อประสิทธิภาพก็โอเค

In a kind of nondescript commercial area. But very convenient for airport access, especially with the on call shuttle. The amenities aren’t luxurious but totally adequate for those in and out of the airport. Hotel itself has a restaurant and self service breakfast was pretty decent. A few eating spots within 5-10 minutes walk. The shuttle driver will also take people to the shopping area right by the airport. A small outdoor pool is great for entertaining kids. Given New Zealand produces a lot of big skin care products , the hotel soaps and lotions is by Earth’s Botanical and were very nice.
