Friendly pick up from airport and quick check in.
Room ok and very clean with comfy beds.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice little pool.
Would stay here again…thank you
The lovely receptionist made our stay great as we got there early due to I our cruise. She changed our room as the first one was very claustrophobic for me as I suffer from that so I always check for large windows.
The porter was very helpful on our arrival day. Unfortunately I can’t remember their names. I think both of them should get a raise. The receptionist was celebrating her wedding anniversary soon and was going to be off.
We were there for 4 nights. Booked parking as well which we had to pay for $40 per day. There was another guide checking in who got it free with her booking. Not sure why we didn’t. She said we could use that as she didn’t have a car. But we’re told we couldn’t do that either. Not sure why not.
On day of checkout we asked if we good leave the car for a bother 4 hours till we return the car but we’re told no as carpark is full. We’ve been in and out and it was hardly used. So many spare bays all the time. We then told we can park but have to pay. Other places let us stay till we left to catch our flights.
beautiful surroundings, spacious and sunny room!
Furnishings rather outdated and amenities minimal. There were minor issues here and there but resolved in good time. Breakfast was good!
In a kind of nondescript commercial area. But very convenient for airport access, especially with the on call shuttle. The amenities aren’t luxurious but totally adequate for those in and out of the airport.
Hotel itself has a restaurant and self service breakfast was pretty decent. A few eating spots within 5-10 minutes walk. The shuttle driver will also take people to the shopping area right by the airport. A small outdoor pool is great for entertaining kids.
Given New Zealand produces a lot of big skin care products , the hotel soaps and lotions is by Earth’s Botanical and were very nice.

DDeevanyah FrostWe just had an unexpectedly delightful experience at the Waiheke Island Motel, so much so that we added another night because we simply couldn't get enough of the place! Our stay began with a minor hitch: arriving late in the evening to find our pre-booked studio room was locked. However, the way the night manager and the team handled this was truly remarkable. They quickly resolved the issue by giving us a significant, stress-free upgrade to a spacious whole house with four bedrooms instead of our original studio. This immediate, generous response demonstrated exceptional hospitality and turned a potential frustration into the highlight of our trip. The motel's location is ideal; it offers a wonderfully quiet and peaceful atmosphere, yet it's in very close proximity to both the shops and the beach. We appreciated the on-site pool and the spa options, and the minute's walk down to the community Saturday market was a fantastic bonus. Our only piece of constructive feedback relates to the spa itself—unfortunately, the cleanliness was not up to standard, which was a slight disappointment. Despite the minor issue with the spa, the exceptional service, comfortable accommodation, and prime location mean we had a fantastic trip. Crucially, the price was quite reasonably priced compared to other places on Waiheke, offering excellent value for money. We will definitely return to Waiheke Island Motel!

ผผู้เข้าพักI recently stayed at Waitakere Resort & Spa for one night, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The resort is incredibly peaceful, surrounded by beautiful native bush and stunning views that make the whole place feel like a relaxing escape from the city.
The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Every interaction felt positive and professional, and they truly made me feel looked after. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared, offering everything needed for a restful night.
The food was excellent — fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. The dining area also has amazing views, making every meal feel special. The facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the property is calm, serene, and very refreshing.
I loved the walking tracks, greenery, and peaceful environment. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, recharge, and enjoy nature. I honestly wish I could have stayed longer.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, great service, and a beautiful environment. I will definitely be returning!
