ในเขตชานเมืองทางตอนเหนือของวอชิงตัน มีที่จอดรถฟรีและสะดวกสบาย ขับรถสามสิบไมล์จากใจกลางเมือง ห้องใหญ่และราคาถูก พนักงานบริการกระตือรือร้นและเช็คอินรวดเร็ว อีกทั้งยังให้น้ำดื่มบรรจุขวดและคุกกี้ให้ฉันด้วย อาหารเช้าอยู่ที่ชั้น 1 มีบริกรและรสชาติค่อนข้างดี คุณต้องขอกาแฟจากบริกร แล้วพวกเขาจะให้หม้อใบใหญ่มาให้คุณ

酒店管理很不錯，員工也熱情。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒服。酒店位置非常便利，左側有一個大型超市，晚上10點關門，酒店綠化樹叢有一條石子小路直通，不用繞到正門，價格也比正門馬路對面的711便宜，不過711勝在24小時營業。酒店離地鐵站超級近，出門就能看到。酒店地下停車場收費25美元一天，比起開車去DC停車要便宜許多。地鐵站twinbrook站上車，如果是去DC玩一整天，建議買一張15.5刀（2刀是交通卡的費用，這卡是不退的，當作旅遊紀念品也挺好）的one day pass，可以無限次坐公交。地鐵單程6.75刀，晚上9點以後2刀。公交車2刀。DC有一個環線旅遊circulator是1美刀，不過如果你沒有零錢或沒有交通卡的話，司機都不會讓你投幣。如果衹是玩半天的話，建議不用買one day pass，每次單獨購車票更划算。

I was able to check in early, deposit of $25 & got fresh cookies! No pool and hotel is old and needs a lot of work AC works great! La Curva restaurant attached to the side was amazing food is fresh and yummy also you can charge it to the room using ID

The room was very nice. When I checked in I asked about parking. They said I could go around the corner and park, it is connected to the hotel, and it would cost $29 for the night. When I left the hotel and tried to get out of the parking lot, the cost is $69! I drove around to ask about this problem, the girl at the front desk had no idea. She took my email address and said the manager would contact me when he arrived. It has been 24 hours and I have not heard from the manager. Obviously I’m not very important to this hotel so I will never stay there again. They lied to me when I checked in and then never responded to my complaint. I would have booked a different hotel if I knew I was going to be charged $69 parking for one night! Stay somewhere else.

it is clean and very confortabke facilities, thr brakfast also very good

We were in town for a concert and we waited 4 hours to get our room before the concert and ended up getting ready in the hallways. We waiting in a long line 3 times because the desk kept telling us to check back later and to keep an eye on our phones for a text message for when our room was ready. We never received that text message. Unfortunately I think the situation at hand and the way it was handled was the issue other than that the hotel itself was fine. The desk had no information as to why the room was taking so long or when it would be ready. And when we asked they were rude about it and said that we were 1 of 500 guests trying to check in so we would just have to wait.

It was our first time visiting Baltimore as a family, and thanks to this hotel, we left with only great memories. The hotel was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Right outside the hotel, we could ride bikes along the river and take morning walks—it was the perfect spot to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Baltimore!

No doubt the location and cleanliness was good. Everything else. Parking card was not working and every time I had to press call button to open the barrier. The room had no air dryer. There was some kind of dirt coming from the AC all the time. On top of that, they have automated their room service through IVR, and I had to go downstairs to request for anything. WIFI was available for free if I become Marriott member so they were forcing for free membership. Except for the guy who completed my Check-in, everybody seemed so sad and unwelcoming without a pleasant smile on their face.

The Hotel Indigo in Baltimore is one that provides comfort, access to quality restaurants that represent diverse cuisines, and customer service with personality and a smile. The food menu is sufficient and the bartenders are well versed in creating whatever cocktails you may enjoy. The rooms are quiet, the water pressure is strong, and the cost is competitive. I stayed 2 nights and when I checked out late, the hotel had no issue with it. I was able to walk from the Penn Station to the hotel with no difficulties.
