The hotel is close to the airport, so the noice from flights can be bothersome for someone who is light sleeper like my husband. Also, I did not know that if i book through trip.com, i don’t get to enjoy my hilton honors benefits, which is surprising. I do generally book through agency for business travel and this is never a problem
I stayed in this hotel last year while forgot my ring in the room, the housekeeping team led by Cathy Walter helped me out by not only found my ring but also put lots of efforts in try get it back to me in another city. With my last min schedule change I left the country without being able to take the ring. Amazing that Cathy kept my ring for 6 months untill I return to US stayed in this hotel this week that see my ring right at check in at front desk. This is the best service and help a traveller out when needed. Great job for Cathy and team!
ผผู้เข้าพักThe room was very nice. When I checked in I asked about parking. They said I could go around the corner and park, it is connected to the hotel, and it would cost $29 for the night. When I left the hotel and tried to get out of the parking lot, the cost is $69! I drove around to ask about this problem, the girl at the front desk had no idea. She took my email address and said the manager would contact me when he arrived. It has been 24 hours and I have not heard from the manager. Obviously I’m not very important to this hotel so I will never stay there again. They lied to me when I checked in and then never responded to my complaint. I would have booked a different hotel if I knew I was going to be charged $69 parking for one night! Stay somewhere else.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Right outside the hotel, we could ride bikes along the river and take morning walks—it was the perfect spot to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Baltimore!

ผผู้เข้าพักThe good news is, the rooftop restaurant is very nice with beautiful views, a lively bar and imaginative cocktails plus good food. The hotel room we had was a bit run down. The tub didn’t drain properly, the makeup mirror was smudged, the pillowcase had a hole, and the room just seemed tired. It needed a chair. Other than the bed, there wasn’t any place to sit. I think there’s hotel needs a refresher.
