Was ideal for our needs Spa and pool area is like the pictures and really good and fun Hotel itself is a bit old now but still 4 star. I assume in Poland many hotels are older. It's looked after though. Super excellent value for the price we paid.

Gute Lage etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt, aber direkt an der Haltestelle vom Airport-Bus. Design und Technik des Hotels nicht wirklich aktuell, jedoch optimal gepflegt. Super Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Kalte und warme Speisen. Sogar Torte und frische Waffeln. Sauna und Gym Tag und Nacht kostenfrei nutzbar. Das Zimmer etwas zu dunkel, jedoch mit farblichen Akzenten. Breites Doppelbett, getrennte Bettdecken. TV klein und schon älter. Wasserkocher, Tee/Wasser und sogar ein DVD-Spieler im Zimmer. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert...!!!

อพาร์ทเมนต์ที่สวยที่สุดที่ฉันเคยพักมาอย่างแน่นอน ฉันเพิ่งไปเยี่ยมครอบครัวและพักหนึ่งคืนซึ่งน่าเศร้ามากเพราะมันเป็นอพาร์ทเมนต์ที่น่ารื่นรมย์ ทางเข้า เลานจ์ โถงทางเดิน และอพาร์ทเมนท์ได้รับการตกแต่งอย่างไร้ที่ติและสะอาด ฉันไม่อยากจะเชื่อเลยว่ามันดีแค่ไหนสําหรับราคานี้ สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกดีมากมีเครื่องซักผ้าในห้องน้ําซึ่งสะดวกมากในระหว่างการเดินทางของเรา มันรวมกันได้ดี ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม นอกหน้าต่างคุณสามารถเห็นจัตุรัสที่คุณสามารถได้ยินดนตรีสดและป๊อปปิ้งเพื่อทานอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม ความกังวลเดียวของฉันคือที่ตั้งของที่จอดรถค่อนข้างสับสนและค่อนข้างไกลจากอพาร์ตเมนต์จริง ดังนั้นกระเป๋าเดินทางขนาดใหญ่จึงเป็นฝันร้ายเล็กน้อยที่จะลากไปตลอดทาง ไม่น้อยไปหมด คุ้มมาก และจะพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอนถ้าอยู่ในพื้นที่

The Hotel ist very well located in the Center of Katowice. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very new, therefore everything is in good shape. The standard room was very clean and spacious! I also really liked the breakfast, there was a huge variety of fresh foods, you could also squeeze your juices by yourself. I will definitely choose that hotel for my next stay in Katowice.

Bardzo podobał mi się pobyt w tym hotelu. W związku z tym, że zamierzam zatrzymać się w tym hotelu w najbliższym czasie, Pani podniosła nam standard pokoju, żeby mieć porównanie. Pokój Executive jest duży, czysty i pachnący, mimo że na parterze było bardzo cicho. Bardzo wygodne łóżko, dodatkowo miejsce do pracy i odpoczynku (sofa i fotele). Trzeba też wspomnieć o bardzo smacznym śniadaniu i przemiłej obsłudze. Hotel może nie najnowszy ale godny polecenia.

The hotel has very good location for the specific city of Katowice within five minutes' walk from the railway station. The room is comfortable and spacious, with very good mattress providing for nice and healthy sleeping conditions. Special credit is for the restaurant both for the nice breakfast of dishes ranging from Polish fermented cucumbers to jamon and for the day dining with original local accents of taste and quality.

When we arrived, I immediately went down to the sauna and pool (that's the only reason I booked there) and we discovered that the sauna was not active and it took a while until they activated it and it was possible to use it. Other than that, the hotel is fine. The reception is fast and good, and the check-out is in the morning.

Hotel przypomina bardziej dom wczasowy z dużą ilością dzieci i grup firmowych.Dostalem upgrate do pokoju wyższej kategorii za co bardzo dziękuję.Poprawila się jakość obsługi recepcji!!! W restauracji bardzo dobre ceny!!! Wygodne łóżko i czystość.Mimo pewnych uciążliwości związanych ze spotkaniem firmowym,przyjemny pobyt i uczucie sielskosci;) Idealna odległość do spaceru do centrum Ustronia.Z pewnością odwiedzę Państwa kolejny raz.
