I stayed at this hotel with my 2 kids to unwind and keep them entertained, and it was a wonderful experience. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The pool was well maintained and clean, which my kids loved. In-room service was excellent - special shoutout to Kenneth, who was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us, even helping when the kids wanted ice cream. Breakfast was enjoyable and good, though the waffle was a bit hard. The parking attendant and shuttle driver were both accommodating, making our stay even more convenient. Overall, this is one of the friendliest hotels we've ever visited, and we would definitely recommend it for families. The only downside was that the room was not soundproof, so we could hear some noise from other room.

เหมาะสำหรับคู่รัก วิวสวย และเข้าถึงสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ ได้ง่าย เช่น ร้านกาแฟ ซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต เซเว่นอีเลฟเว่น เป็นต้น มีที่จอดรถฟรีในบริเวณที่พัก และเช็คอินง่าย บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าดีที่สุด สะอาด และมีให้เลือกมากมาย ลิฟต์ค่อนข้างน่ากลัวเพราะเสียงดัง และระเบียงห้องที่เราพัก (แบบปูกระเบื้อง) นั้นยกสูงขึ้น แต่โดยรวมแล้วก็คุ้มค่า ถ้ามีโอกาสได้กลับมาอีก จะกลับมาพักที่นี่แน่นอน

The room was spacious and has all basic amenities needed. There was some housekeeping issue but the staff were prompt to address it. Breakfast was included and was sufficient.

The room was nice and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very accessible. My only concern is they clean the room on the 2nd night even though we don't request it. We are shocked when we are back in the room 😂.We really appreciate the initiative but we hope next time, ask permission first. And for the pool, it's too cold. Hoping next time you will have a heated pool 😊 The overall experience was good. We will be back again.

My room was plenty big, the bed was too hard for my complete enjoyment. They really needed to change the shower head as it was dirty and old. They don’t have a gym as was advertised but they have a sister hotel 5 minutes away where you can use its gym and pool. The front desk people were not all that friendly but not rude either. Good breakfast but limited.

The whole place is absolutely  the best. We stayed many hotel in tagaytay but hotel monticello one of the BEST.  We surely booked again next time. The staff is very accomodating☺️

Great place to stay with family and friends. They have a wide area and good distance between cabins. Some cabins (farthest from the beach) have weak mobile signal for both Smart and Globe. Some cabins also have weak wifi due to distance with the router but they do have Starlink in the lounge and dining area. Our CR is a bit messy because water from our wet suits pools on the floor because water doesn’t flow properly into the drain. Pros: Free balsa Free kayak Free archery Playground for kids 3 swimming pools Cons: Weak internet/mobile signal Hygiene kits have to be requested Mosquitoes
