โรงแรม M Roof กว้างขวางและสะอาด เราชอบห้องน้ำและพื้นที่โดยรอบมาก เตียงนอนสบายและอบอุ่น เครื่องปรับอากาศเย็นสบาย เราพักอย่างมีความสุข ที่จอดรถเต็มเนื่องจากเป็นวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์และงานเลี้ยงอาหารค่ำ จึงต้องจอดรถไกลออกไป

เรามีความสุขกับการเข้าพักที่นั่น! ห้องพักสะดวกสบายอย่างยิ่ง รักเตียงและการตกแต่งใหม่! มีบริการกาแฟฟรีที่แผนกต้อนรับ นอกจากนี้ อาหารเช้าก็ใช้ได้; อาจจะมีความหลากหลายมากกว่านี้จะดีขึ้น สนามจอดรถสะดวกสบายและทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมก็มีความสำคัญ โดยรวมแล้วเรามีความสุขกับการเข้าพักที่นั่นและแน่นอนว่าจะกลับมาในอนาคต

The location is near the city area, near most of the attractions, the room and hotel environment is very clean. Need to go over to the receptionist to waive the car park fee every time you go out. The swimming pool is near the outdoor carpark. A water dispenser is available on every floor.

Hotel is very new and clean. Housekeeping is very good. Coffee and tea bags provide. Can heat up meal when required. Must inform front counter if you need housekeeping. Have washing machine but no dryer. Location to places of interest at new IPOH less than 1kms. Easy to get GRAB. Walking distance to popular food Cowan Chicken and tauge. Foh San and Ming Court dim sum. Only problem is hotel front have illegal motorbike racing on Friday and Saturday night - very noisy. Good value for money. Ipoh parade 300m away. Behind Marriott hotel.

It was an okay experience staying here. Easy and quick check-in. Basement car park is available at RM2/day with multiple entry. Validate your TnG card at the counter during check-in. Also, you need to pay for tourism tax RM3/night/room. Cleanliness could be improved especially the toilet. Cons No bed side plugs Old and small TV Water leaks when using the bidet (we booked two rooms only one room got this problem, we stayed at the 11th floor) Pros Wifi and aircond worked very well Iron and ironing board

This is a basic three-star hotel that covers the essentials. Good only for a short stay. The room is a decent size but pretty bare-bones. Most of the room floor is tiled—not wooden, SPC or carpeted —and the amenities are minimalist. The TV set is small and has a limited number of channels. Wi-Fi is not so good, and there is no swimming pool. Parking is free, but it is out on open ground and a bit of a walk to get to the entrance. Difficult when it is raining. On a positive note, the staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help. Big thumbs up to them—keep it up!

I stayed 3 nights here for outstation. The check in was seamless with RM100 cash deposit. The room was spacious and clean with small fridge. Iron station at every level. The location was superb with Family Mart, KK Mart, KFC, Al-Ikhsan at the ground floor. Plus, the location is very close to almost everything! I can enjoy my course during the day and straight away going to the gym afterwards without travelling far. Lots of eateries nearby also. The hotel also provided decent breakfast, not too lavish but enough. Parking spaces is not an issue at all. It has swimming pool at the rooftop but I didn't make time for it but it was nice. Would definitely book again in the future.
