The location is near the city area, near most of the attractions, the room and hotel environment is very clean. Need to go over to the receptionist to waive the car park fee every time you go out. The swimming pool is near the outdoor carpark. A water dispenser is available on every floor.

The location was very strategic for me and my buddy. The amenities were excellent. The rooms were clean. The ambience were nice. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Especially the staff named Rebecca. She was so helpful and kind. Please forward my appreciation to her via her Supervisors. thank you. overall, I had a pleasant experience.

The hotel claimed has reburbished… is a mixed feeling. Location is great, crew service is good, breakfast section is good… yet need to pay more attention to the neatness of upkeeping the room and maintenance… such as photo attaching… chipped mark of the door frame and surface, not sure is uncleanliness of uneven of painting, teared off of the wall paper, dirt and scratch marks on walls and linings, still using the plain carpet floor, which with some undescricabl“smell” especially if the moisture sill trapped, loud sound from the rest room ventilator, weak air flow of the hair blower… etc. Used tone one of the preferred hotel in Ipoh… hope the management truly look into the details. t

ฝุ่นเยอะและสกปรก ไม่ค่อยมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกมากนัก เช่น กระดาษชำระ น้ำแร่ แปรงสีฟัน กระดาษทิชชู่ รองเท้าแตะ แต่ก็มีสบู่ แชมพู ครีมอาบน้ำ หมวกอาบน้ำ และกาต้มน้ำให้บริการ พนักงานเป็นมิตรและให้บริการดี โดยรวมแล้วยังพอรับได้ เพราะห้องพักกว้างขวางและราคาถูกสำหรับห้องเตียงคิงไซส์ ลองพิจารณาพักสักคืน

โรงแรม M Roof กว้างขวางและสะอาด เราชอบห้องน้ำและพื้นที่โดยรอบมาก เตียงนอนสบายและอบอุ่น เครื่องปรับอากาศเย็นสบาย เราพักอย่างมีความสุข ที่จอดรถเต็มเนื่องจากเป็นวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์และงานเลี้ยงอาหารค่ำ จึงต้องจอดรถไกลออกไป

The rooms are clean, beds, pillows are comfortable. The hotel is located together with the Taiping Mall and a short walk away to the Larut Matang market. I booked 2 connecting rooms. I called to the hotel to ask if they have connecting room, and they told me to book premier rooms as only premier rooms have connecting room. I booked as per advised and also put a remark that I want connecting rooms. Upon check-in, the receptionist told us the rooms are not available. I questioned them why they asked us to book premier rooms and now telling us not available? If the rooms are not available I could have book the standard room instead. After I questioned them only they gave us the connecting rooms. I think they may not want to give us the connecting rooms if we do not insist.

Booked this apartment for its location and also because it was almost brand new. Positives: + Location - close to town and very convenient + It's almost brand new and low occupancy so very quiet and amenities in building are brand new although things like spa pool and atapchi pool are closed. + Good customer service from IWH. Customer service officer Dee was very helpful and friendly. + Cukcoo water dispenser in unit which is great was getting both hot and cold drinking water. + Branded appliances. Negatives: - Apartment's furnishing wasn't great. Dining stool has this metal ***** around it that is sharp and actually cut my daughter's leg. - Mattress was ultra hard while pillow is too soft. - While towels and shower gel and shampoo is provided, there is no handwashing soap provided. - Towels provided are fairly low quality and one even had cigarette smell which we asked to be replaced. - While we appreciate the separate shower cubicle and toilet, there is no curtains to separate the bathroom area and the living area making changing clothes coming out of shower abit of a hassle. - Water pressure is not great. Overall, while the price is good, this we feel is one of those case where the apartment looks much better in photos than actual due to the budget friendly furnishing used.

We had a wonderful stay at this 3-room condo. The unit was clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. All three bedrooms were comfortable, and the living area was perfect for our group to relax together. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for families or small groups!
