การเช็คอิน: เป็นการเช็คอินแบบเคาน์เตอร์ ไม่มีตู้ล็อกเกอร์สำหรับรับกุญแจ พนักงานบริการเป็นกันเองมากและรวดเร็ว ใช้เวลาประมาณ 2 นาทีก็ได้คีย์การ์ด ที่จอดรถ: ที่จอดรถกว้างขวางมากและมีสถานีชาร์จ AC สำหรับรถยนต์ไฟฟ้า ห้องพัก: เรียบง่ายแต่สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน เพียงแต่ไม่มีน้ำแร่หรือกาแฟให้ แต่ด้วยราคานี้ถือว่าคุ้มค่ามาก ไม่มีที่ติเลยครับ/ค่ะ 👍🏻 สภาพแวดล้อม: ราคานี้คุ้มค่ามากสำหรับทำเลที่ตั้งใกล้ตัวเมือง และอาคารเพิ่งสร้างเสร็จ ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยดีมากและเอาใจใส่ ไม่แน่ใจว่าในอนาคตจะมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือไม่ สภาพแวดล้อมสวยงามมากและเป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อม รวมถึงตอนกลางคืนก็เหมาะสำหรับการเดินเล่นมากครับ/ค่ะ

โรงแรม M Roof กว้างขวางและสะอาด เราชอบห้องน้ำและพื้นที่โดยรอบมาก เตียงนอนสบายและอบอุ่น เครื่องปรับอากาศเย็นสบาย เราพักอย่างมีความสุข ที่จอดรถเต็มเนื่องจากเป็นวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์และงานเลี้ยงอาหารค่ำ จึงต้องจอดรถไกลออกไป

The location is near the city area, near most of the attractions, the room and hotel environment is very clean. Need to go over to the receptionist to waive the car park fee every time you go out. The swimming pool is near the outdoor carpark. A water dispenser is available on every floor.

Location is great as walking distance to Parkson Mall and Restaurants around the row of shops opps and beside the hotel. Breakfast selection not bad with Asean and Western choices. Parking lane a bit difficult esp at the corner areas. Free parking at the basement and to tip TnGo or debit or credit Card before driving out of the hotel. Nice view of the misty mountain side in the early morning. Room is not sound proof so can hear if baby crying or kids screaming  or making loud noises next to your room. Overall a good place to stay.

The door had a little problem but other than that everything is splendid. We were lucky to be able to watch the LWOT Christmas fireworks from the balcony. It was amazing since it’s so close to us.

ฉันพักที่ TAMBUN LOST WORLD HOTEL อย่างมีความสุขมาก โรงแรมแห่งนี้สวยงามด้วยการออกแบบที่หรูหราและภูมิทัศน์ที่สวยงาม ห้องพักสะดวกสบายมาก มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่ทันสมัยและเฟอร์นิเจอร์ที่แสนสบาย ความสะอาดเป็นเลิศ โดยทุกมุมของโรงแรมได้รับการดูแลอย่างพิถีพิถัน บริการลูกค้าเป็นเลิศ พนักงานเป็นมิตร เป็นมืออาชีพ และพร้อมให้ความช่วยเหลือเสมอ อาหารก็อร่อย โดยเฉพาะแกงหมี่ นอกจากนี้ โรงแรมยังมีบัตรเข้าน้ำพุร้อนและสวนกลางคืนฟรี ซึ่งเป็นโบนัสที่ยอดเยี่ยม โดยรวมแล้ว TAMBUN LOST WORLD HOTEL เป็นสถานที่ที่สมบูรณ์แบบสำหรับผู้ที่ต้องการความสะดวกสบาย ความสะอาด และบริการชั้นยอด ฉันจะกลับมาอีกอย่างแน่นอน

This is my second time staying at Hotel Excelsior with my family tand it didn’t disappoint. The Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We were fortunate this time to be allocated the newly renovated  triple room and it was nice and classy. There was some issue with the plumbing connected to the toilet bowl but a staff was sent over in less than half and hour to fix the issue. The hotel room was clean and one of the concierge staff named Hazz was extremely helpful and took his initiative to help google for information on places in Ipoh we asked him about. He also gave a number of good recommendations for alternative places to visit as well. Another thing I like about this hotel is, they usually have iced lemon tea at their lobby for guests to drink. This is a godsend when guests like me return to the hotel, given the sweltering heat in the afternoon. Nothing beats having a glass of iced lemon tea before heading up to your room. We will definitely return to Hotel Excelsior the next time we come to Ipoh.

We had a wonderful stay at this 3-room condo. The unit was clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. All three bedrooms were comfortable, and the living area was perfect for our group to relax together. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for families or small groups!

ห้องพักใหญ่และสะอาด เราเกือบจะได้ชั้นบนสุดและได้วิวที่ดีที่สุด เราใช้เวลาไปถึงเมืองอิโปห์ประมาณ 15-20 นาที ซึ่งก็ไม่เลวเลย และสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวอื่น ๆ เช่น Tasik Cermin และถ้ำเก๊กลูกเต็งอยู่ห่างจากโรงแรมเพียง 5 นาทีหากเดินทางโดยรถยนต์ เตียงและหมอนมีความสะดวกสบาย พนักงานน่ารักและให้การต้อนรับดีมาก เราพักที่นี่สองคืน และเรามีอาหารเช้าให้เลือกมากมาย เมนูเปลี่ยนทุกวัน ฉันชอบทาริกที่เสิร์ฟ ปาดู! ไฟภายในห้องเหมาะกับบรรยากาศโรแมนติกและผ่อนคลายซึ่งไม่เหมาะกับการทำงาน สิ่งเดียวที่ต้องปรับปรุงคือปลั๊กไฟไม่เพียงพอสำหรับชาร์จโทรศัพท์/แท็บเล็ต/รีดผ้า เพราะในห้องมีห้องว่างเพียงอันเดียว เราต้องผลัดกัน 😅 เราจะมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน
