This hotel was great and for thebawesome proce i got the customer service was excelent the room also perfect the food a bit pricey especially for the quality i recieved i paid 750 pesos for a individual pizza the crust was like cardboard and still cold a bit and cheese wasnt melted i sent it back and they didnt so much to fix it I also had some truffel french fries included in that price the coke was the best tasting item of the meal i went for breakfast in the hotel restraunt the next morning unfortunately the food didn't improve a ton but loved the staff and hotel so much i stayed and extravl two nights

El primer dia no estuvo nada grato, tuvimos algunos inconvenientes , pero al ir a expresarlo a la recepción el joven nos hizo cambio de habitación y nos ofreció una mejora, buena atención del joven q estuvo en recepción el dia 30 d junio como alas 11 y media d la mañana no recuerdo su nombre , muy buena atención de el. Y con respecto ala app la aplicación ofrecia el desayuno a un precio y cuando estuvimos en el hotel era otra la tarifa, ahi sería conveniente que la app trip.com modifique esa información ya q no coincide con la del.hotel

ไม่เป็นไร ยกเว้นอาหารเช้า ไม่ทันเวลา และไม่มีผลไม้สุก มะละกอเหมือนไม้ แล้วเสิร์ฟเองไม่ได้ จําเป็นต้องมีการบริการที่ไม่สบายใจ

ห้องเงียบมาก ตรงข้ามวิวภูเขา สวยตอนพระอาทิตย์ตกตอนบ่าย โรงแรมใหญ่มาก น่าจะเก่าไปหน่อย ห้องไม่มีหน้าต่าง โลเคชั่นดี ใกล้ใจกลางเมือง

I stayed for 15 days this time and I think I will choose this place next time for following reason, 1. Delicious breakfast and reasonable price. 2. The room is clean and big enough, bed is comfy btw. 3. THE FREE CAFE IN THE LOBBY IS REALLY GOOD, ME GUSTA MUCHO I MEAN I LOVE IT!!!! 4. Very nice location, you can walk to walmart, sam‘s club, laundry place, some nice restaurants nearby…etc. I stay in 3 different hotels in this trip, highly recommend this one, love it!
