There was not body wash in the bathroom for the first night we stayed, so we could only use hand soap for bathing after our workout at midnight. We informed the front desk staff the next morning about this and he promised to follow up. However, the body wash bottle was still empty when we returned hotel in afternoon. We again asked the cleansing lady to follow up and she said ‘OK’ to us, unfortunately the result was the same when we returned the room after dinner. I believe good services to the guests by a world class hotel is significant, so recurrence of such kind of matter should be avoided. Thanks.

Buen riad, con muy buena atención. Nos vinieron a buscar al taxi el primer día y nos ayudaron a encontrarnos con el conductor a la vuelta. Buen desayuno, cosa que se agradece ya que nos parecería complicado empezar el día encontrando donde desayunar. Está a 20 mins andando de la plaza principal.

I had a fantastic four‑night stay while in town for Marrakech half marathon. The service from the staff stood out — everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. It made the whole experience feel smooth. The hotel is conveniently close to several restaurants and bakeries, which made grabbing meals and snacks incredibly easy, especially on busy race days. Being able to walk everywhere was an added bonus. It was an excellent stay, and I will return next year for another marathon event.

Ari Boutique was a great stay, the cleaning staff was amazing, and the front end staff was very helpful in providing tips for travelling, securing taxis and all around ensuring that the stay was comfortable and pleasant. The hotel breakfast was amazing, with a vast selection of things to eat, ranging from traditional Moroccan breads, spreads and dishes, to custom omelettes that could be ordered. Coffee was great and the atmosphere was amazing. Manal, the front end director, was extremely helpful, as was Amine from the restaurant. Both ensured that our stay was the best it could have been!

The hotel was good overall and we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, during checked out I saw that money has disappeared from my ba. The money was only returned after I clearly stated that I wanted to file a police report and they saw that I was actually willing to wait for the police. Guests should be very careful with their belongings and bags

ทําเลที่ตั้งสมบูรณ์แบบ ค่อนข้างใกล้กับสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวทั้งหมด โรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่า ฝักบัวและอ่างอาบน้ําเหนื่อย เจลอาบน้ําและแชมพูเป็นพื้นฐานมาก บางครั้งไม่มีแชมพูให้ อาหารเช้าก็โอเค แต่ค่อนข้างคาดเดาไม่ได้ - ขาดสิ่งใหม่ทุกวัน โดยรวม - คุ้มค่ากับเงินที่จ่าย แต่ไม่เป็นไปตามความคาดหวังของโนโวเทล

โรงแรมนี้น่าทึ่งมากใกล้กับสถานที่ต่างๆ และเดินเพียง 5 นาทีไปยังสถานีรถไฟ ฉันขอแนะนําโรงแรมนี้

Новый риад - стильно и очень чисто. Подъехать и выгрузить вещи можно у двери. Менеджер Hamid помог с организацией парковки за углом в подземном паркинге, за что ему большое спасибо - очень приятный и внимательный молодой человек. Внутри риада очень красивое оформление, бассейн, лежаки, приветственный чай с дороги, на крыше, где проходят завтраки шикарный вид на руины El Badi Palace. Можно легко пропустить посещение этой достопримечательности, потому что аистов видно с крыши отеля. Завтраки не меняются день ото дня, но тем не менее вкусные - свежий кофе, апельсиновый fresh. Балкон выходит на оживленную улицу Медины, будьте готовы до 12 ночи слушать звуки города, но такова цена проживания в пешей доступности ко всем знаковым местам Марракеша.

Tout est parfait,  mis à part un détail un peu mesquin: il y a une machine Nespresso dans la chambre mais pas de capsule!!! Lorsqu’on en demande, il faut payer!!!!!!  Ce n’est pas grand chose bien sûr, mais ça gâche l’image!
