We recently stayed at the Hotel Royal Continental in Naples from January 7 to January 9, 2025, and our overall experience was very positive. Location & Safety The hotel is located in one of the safest and most touristic areas of Naples, right on Via Partenope, facing the sea and Castel dell'Ovo. Naples, as a city, is still evolving into a true tourist destination. The city is making significant improvements to attract more visitors, and you can feel that transition happening. This particular area where the hotel is located feels very safe, thanks to continuous police presence. We saw officers patrolling on foot and by car at all hours of the day and night, which gave us peace of mind. The neighborhood is also filled with excellent restaurants offering a wide range of quality food at reasonable prices. Of course, not every place is great, but there are many good options within walking distance. Additionally, the historic center and most major tourist attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. You can take a leisurely stroll and reach the main sights in under an hour. Room & Comfort The seafront location of the hotel is outstanding. The view from our room was beautiful, and we loved opening the panoramic window to let in the fresh sea breeze in the morning and evening. It’s a wonderful way to start and end your day. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with a level of luxury comparable to a 4-star European hotel. However, it's important to note that European hotel standards are different from those in the U.S.. By American standards, this hotel would be closer to a 3-star property. Despite this, the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning the room daily and replacing towels. Service & Atmosphere The hotel staff is professional and polite, but interactions felt a bit robotic and mechanical. It seemed like they were following routines rather than making genuine connections with guests. That said, room cleanliness was good, and we appreciated the attention to detail in that regard. One thing that stood out is the hotel’s nostalgic 1950s vibe. The hotel seems proud of its mid-century charm, which they promote through signs and advertisements around the property. If you enjoy that type of retro atmosphere, you’ll appreciate this hotel. Breakfast Experience The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The dining room overlooks the sea, which makes for a lovely breakfast setting. There are several breakfast stations with a wide variety of options, and the food quality was great. Waiters clean the tables and take care of guests throughout breakfast service, which adds a nice touch. We were very satisfied with the overall breakfast experience. Final Thoughts Overall, Hotel Royal Continental is a solid choice for staying in Naples. The location is its biggest strength, offering stunning views, proximity to restaurants, and easy access to the historic center. it provides a comfortable and memorable experience with beautiful sea views and a nostalgic atmosphere. Would we stay here again? Yes, for the views, location, and breakfast!

Il camping é situato a circa un paio di chilometri da Sorrento e per raggiungere il centro c’è il servizio navetta molto comodo al costo di 2€ a viaggio. La vista panoramica molto bella, all’interno del camping c’è il bar ristorante pizzeria il market e la piscina, é possibile raggiungere la piccola spiaggia a 10 minuti di camminata. All’interno del camping non si paga in contanti, ma con carta. Io sono stato al ristorante ordinando pizza da asporto e devo dire che era ottima così come i cornetti che prendevo per colazione al bar.

Hotel correct. La chambre normale est un peu petite. La situation est très centrale à côté de restaurants disponibles. La personnel est très chaleureux et à l’écoute. Un charme un peu désuet pour ceux qui apprécient. Le problème est surtout la parking. Toute les places publiques sont payantes (1 euro l’heure) et presque toutes occupées même en hiver ou alors vous payez 20 euros la journée a l’hôtel. Le buffet du déjeuner est garni et bon. Les communs (salle à manger) non chauffés fin février, en tout cas c’était mon impression.

Огромное спасибо Елении, Марии и остальным сотрудникам отеля за их гостеприимство и доброжелательность. Номера очень чистые, светлые, с прекрасным видом на море. Очень удобная кровать, замечательное белье и полотенца, очень вкусный завтрак, отличное расположение. Большое спасибо.

Tutto perfetto, personale cordiale e ottima posizione a due passi dalla reggia. Pulizia e camere perfette. Colazione abbondante e variegata. Sceglieremo senz’altro questo hotel per un prossimo soggiorno a Caserta
