I was weary about booking as the website photos looked quite tired. All of the photos are really old - it was an amazing stay and so much better than I expected. I enjoyed the complementary pottery making and the tea cart in the afternoons. The food à la carte was absolutely delicious. I avoided the buffet a bit as I do in all hotels. The pool is clean and there is excellent service, with staff helping you with towels, umbrellas, and drinks. The rooms are really pretty. Good air con. The gym is good and has air con although the air con is not as powerful as in the bedrooms. The gym has two treadmills, a static bike, basic leg press, weight rack and bench, and some of the arm/shoulder machines too. There were only a few downsides. 1) The beach that it backs onto is actually quite gross (there was nappy in the sand and gunk that looked like sewage), but it’s easy to avoid this. 2) The beach has a real drop from the sand into sea so it’s not very safe to swim in unless you want to be smacked against the bank. These two things don’t matter though as the hotel is lovely and there is enough to do that you don’t need to go on the beach. 3) I booked 2 nights in one booking and 1 night in another booking. I asked when I booked the single, third night, whether I can keep the same room. They said they’d let me know at check in.  They didn’t let me know at check in. They said they’d tell me on the second day in the day, but nothing. I kept asking at reception and I called them on the phone twice, and they kept saying they’d call me back. It was 9.30pm on the night before I’d have to move rooms before they told me I could stay. I’m not really sure why it took so long or they messed me around on this as 3 of my exact rooms were available on the website for those nights, so by that logic it would not have been a problem!

It’s 10 mins walk to city centre and you can plenty of shops to eat. If you are pure vegetarian, go to many of the amazing and affordable Pure Veg restaurants nearby. Also, you can find plenty of monkeys within the resort which is nice because you can’t find any on the way. In general, it’s a decent hotel but I booked late, so, I had to pay a premium.

Great value hotel. Clean and great service. Food is excellent. Fully recommended.

OVerall a lovely hotel and super nice staff at reception. Rooms are very spacious and nice comfy beds. Slight communication error when we asked for a tuk tuk and he took us to somewhere we hadn't asked & good job I has my google maps to recognise we were headed to wrong place! Pool is lovely for a swim and nice to have complimentary drinks at 430pm too with a little snack, the games area upstairs was fun too but just very hot up there.

The room we got the other day was not a value for money. When we see the photo of the room, we think that it is such a nice room, but the room we see in the photo is different. Room can be rated 5 in terms of cleanliness. Often we check rooms it is very safe and there is a loyalty We got two small bottles of water to our room where four of us stayed. When i asked again, i got two small bottles of water. This is a very negative approach. Hotel after hotel has become very stingy even with drinking water. Complimentary break fast is a very sad condition even if it is break fast.

nice and clean. opposite to the back gate of North Station Ernakulam. strict policy check in and check out. so try to check in at 2 pm and check out at 12 pm. Veg breakfast buffet is good with some items changing daily. Townhall metro is within walkable distance of 3 minutes. Swiggy and zomato deliver here. Cabs are arranged for trips.

I had a brief but pleasant stay at the Presidency Airport Hotel. The standout feature is undoubtedly its location—just a 5-minute drive from the airport, which made my transit smooth and stress-free. The service was excellent, with every staff member I interacted with being courteous, helpful, and professional. Their hospitality truly made a difference. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which was fresh and satisfying—just what I needed before heading out. Overall, it's a convenient and comfortable choice for anyone looking for a hotel near the airport. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Amazing experience staying at this new hotel. Modern rooms, great toiletries, impeccably clean and super comfy beds. The food is also outstanding. Staff really friendly, attentive and kind. Would definitely recommend and wouldstay here again!
