Our first time in India, and what an amazing stay at The Chancery Hotel!
I stayed here with a group of 6 students, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated with top-class hospitality. The staff welcomed us with smiles, opened doors, helped with our luggage, and personally delivered everything right to our room doors — truly impressive service from start to finish.
The rooms are quiet, clean, and super comfortable. Great beds, modern bathrooms, and even a bathtub to relax after a long day — everything was just perfect.
Breakfast was another highlight! A wide selection of Indian food and Japanese options too — such a pleasant surprise and absolutely delicious.
There’s also a gym in the hotel, perfect for burning off all the good food 😂💪.
Location-wise, it doesn’t get better than this. MG Road is within walking distance, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and malls nearby. Eating, shopping, and moving around were all super convenient.
Overall, The Chancery Hotel is trustworthy, great value for money, and highly recommended.
A huge shout-out to all the staff — from the entrance, front desk, restaurant, to housekeeping — every single one of you was friendly, professional, and always smiling 👍👏.

Great service and clean. Cleanliness is my priority for choosing hotels. Though I've stayed for 1 night, I'm happy with the room. It's in a good location but I was too tired after my meetings to walk out to have drinks or shop around. Would love to come back again in my next trip.
Super hospitality, great level of details touched... like the hot chocolate to relax in the evening.. had a good sleep. Bananas are usual, but the soaked almonds were extra special.
Used the fitness centre.. decently equipped it is.
The breakfast was outstanding.
Food price and laundry prices are overpriced. Rest is ok in context of location cleaning etc. Room service is slow due to shortage menpower. While staff is polite and good.
It was a really good experience staying in the hotel. The buffet breakfast was also tasty and had a good variety. The room was clean and spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. I really loved staying here.
This is our third stay at Goldfinch in 3 months. The rooms have usually been quite clean but this time the bathroom had mould on the ceiling. My sister developed an allergic reaction and sneezed all night developing a cough by the next day.
This kind of mould in the environment is very hazardous to people especially children, the elderly or those who have a weak immune system. The establishment should ensure air-conditioning units are cleaned and serviced regularly and rooms inspected for mould on a regular basis.
Bimal Das- Kitchen at Level 10 was excellent in his service at the Breasfast Table everyday. His professionalism is contagious. Keep up the good work and we come to Marriot soon for our next travel to BLR.
Выбирал отель из соображений улучшения качества прибывания в Бангалоре. До переезда в этот отель снимали четыре номера в небольшом отеле, рядом с местом работы.
По картинке с сайта и по отзывам сложилось впечатление, что отель - то, что нужно. К сожалению впечатления сложившиеся по отзывам начали рушиться уже при заселении в гостиницу. На входе нас встретил досмотр как в аэропорте. Личный инструмент (а мы приехали в город работать) пронести в номер не разрешили (при выезде возникли сложности с упаковыванием багажа!). При заезде специально спросили про ужин, на что менеджер нам рассказал всё кроме того, что нужно специально подойти на стойку регистрации и заявить конкретное желание. Изначально мы задавали вопрос про ужин подразумевая ужинать в отеле, в процессе разговора решили, что вопрос решён. Сходили поужинать, и нам выкатили счёт в 1,5 раза больше заявленного. На все попытки урегулировать недоразумение менеджер ”прикидывался дураком”. Для отеля, позиционирующего себя на 4 звезды, менеджер, не способный урегулировать инцидент (возникший в том числе и по его вине) как минимум непонятно.
Дальше-больше, по телевизору смотреть нечего! Если до этого мы жили в маленьком беззвёздном отеле и там был смарт-ТВ в каждом номере, то тут подобие кабельного, но без ассортимента. Номера просторные, и было бы хорошо, если бы в них проводили какое-нибудь обновление интерьера, но сложилось впечатление, что интерьер остался со времён строительства отеля. Система кондиционирования в целом работала, но её пульт разваливался и не давал уверенности в правильной его работе. Не плохой вид из окна портят грязные окна, на вопрос о том, чтоб их помыли, менеджер сказал, что они не открываются и такой возможности нет, в предыдущем отеле всё было гораздо лучше. Шторы проедены молью или от времени прохудились. В душевой стены скользкие, слой биоты не даёт ощущения безопасности, впрочем и в бассейне, расположенном на крыше похожая ситуация.
В отношении обслуживающего номера персонал только самые добрые слова, приветливые и готовые помочь. То же касается и женщин из состава менеджеров. Мужчины же вели себя странно.
Резюмируя вышенаписанное: Неплохое расположение, приветливый младший персонал (сервис). На этом плюсы кочаются.
Четырёх звёзд совсем нет! Все плюсы нивелируются плохим содержанием и старостью интерьеров номеров. Неготовностью менеджеров искать компромиссы из созданных в том числе и по их вине ситуаций.
Расположение в окружении пробок, утром и вечером выбраться затруднительно. Uber или Rapido не помогут в часы пик. Только пешие прогулки.
Иностранным туристам, в особенности плохо или не говорящих по английски (каннада и хинди), не рекомендую этот отель к размещению.

As Managing Director of Destination Transformation, a company dedicated to facilitating affordable, world-class medical tourism to India, I am always cautious when selecting accommodations for myself and my clients. Three-star hotels can often be hit or miss, with images and descriptions that don’t always match reality.
However, Narthaki Boutique Hotel far exceeded my expectations. From February 13 to February 16, 2025, I had the pleasure of staying here, and I was genuinely impressed by the experience.
The room and facilities were spotless, modern, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful stay. The hotel offers 5G wireless internet, which was fast and reliable—a huge plus for business travelers and digital nomads. An excellent restaurant and bar are attached to the hotel, providing both great meals and a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day.
The central location makes it easy to explore Bangalore, with plenty of shopping, dining, and attractions nearby. While there was no bar fridge in the room, at just $50 AUD per night, this is a minor detail that does not take away from the outstanding value this hotel provides.
I wholeheartedly recommend Narthaki Boutique Hotel for travelers looking for quality accommodation at an affordable price. It is now on our recommended list for clients traveling to Bangalore for medical or dental procedures, and I look forward to staying here again in the future!

The breakfast was extremely good and filling. The staff is excellent and listen to the customers requirements and act upon it. ผผู้เข้าพักThe place itself is nice. They tried to provide excellent service until we got Food Poisoning. The night staff was helpful and they got the doctor (Dr. Vikram Shetty) to come in the middle of the night, and he is amazing. He saw us the next day at the hospital to run tests and IV and called us many times to ensure our safety. In the morning the GM was very bad. He totally denied their responsibility, even though we only ate and drank at the hotel and pinpointed a specific drink, after which the nightmare started. So, with a high fever, after a sleepless night in the bathroom, definitely wanted to be treated differently. Other than that, the hotel and service by regular staff was great. If you are concerned about the noise, don't stay on the riverside, despite the wonderful views, including crocodiles and birds due to noise from kitchen fan, especially at night. If you are used to different noises, then enjoy the view.

Honestly, I didn’t expect much when I booked it, but the experience turned out to be way better than I imagined.I stayed at Iris – The Business Hotel for a month during an official trip, and it was a thoroughly satisfying experience.
