Always stay here whenever i am back to Lampung and this is my 3rd time. They are though very stingy with late check out even i know the hotel is not that busy during i stay. I ask for 2 PM c/o since i check in at 3 AM and want to rest more but they denied it. They already improved their breakfast and this time is very good stay. I like this hotel because of the view and the cleanliness of the room and its value for money. They also need to recognize returning guest more though not booked via IHG, your front desk system must be able to track with guest name.

I had a truly wonderful stay at novotel lampung. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations.the ambience was modern yet cozy,making it a perfect place ro relax either for business or leisure.

Grand Elty Krakatoa is a total hidden gem, offering an incredible beachfront experience for just 630k IDR per night. My stay was a fantastic ”good deal” because the price already included a delicious breakfast and a room that was impressively clean, fresh-smelling, and featured a private balcony with a stunning direct view of the ocean. The resort offers exclusive access to a private beach area which is perfect for activities, though keep in mind it’s a rugged coral beach rather than fine sand, so it’s more about the dramatic views and coastal vibes. Despite visiting during a busy holiday period where the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, the service remained friendly and accommodating, making the overall experience feel seamless. For the price, comfort, and those unbeatable morning views, I’m giving this stay a solid 4.5/5

เราจองห้องพักในโรงแรมผ่านแอพพลิเคชั่น ราคาดีมาก แต่เมื่อเรามาถึงและเห็นห้องพักในโรงแรม เราพบว่าผ้าคลุมเตียงสกปรก มีคราบเลือด ปลอกหมอนดูเหมือนไม่เปลี่ยน cz มีจุดดําเยอะมาก พบจิ้งจกบนสีที่แขวนอยู่ เราบ่นกับโต๊ะ FO พวกเขาจัดการกับข้อร้องเรียนได้ดีมาก ให้ห้องที่ 2 แก่เราซึ่งใหญ่กว่า แต่น่าเสียดายที่เราพบแมลงสาบ สุดท้าย พวกเขาอัพเกรดเราที่ห้องธุรกิจซึ่งสะอาดและเราขอให้พวกเขาเปลี่ยนทุกอย่างบนเตียงเพราะเราพาลูกไปด้วย การต้อนรับที่ดีสําหรับพนักงานที่ร้านอาหาร Lina ซึ่งทําให้คืนของเราดีขึ้นด้วยบริการและอาหาร อาหารเช้าก็เยี่ยมมากเช่นกัน

Staying at Radisson Lampung Kedaton was a really pleasant experience from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. The room was clean, fresh, and very comfortable for resting after a long day. I also enjoyed the gym and swimming pool facilities, which were well-maintained and perfect for a relaxing staycation. Another big plus is the direct access to the mall, making it easy to find food, shop, or simply hang out. The spacious parking area was also very convenient. Overall, a great choice for both leisure and business stays in Bandar Lampung ✨

Hotel location near mall however there’s nothing surrounding the hotel. The mall itself not much to see. The room is very basic and standard, the TV only have local channels. The breakfast though many choices and they are tasty.

โรงแรมมีสภาพแวดล้อมที่ดีรอบ ๆ สระว่ายน้ํา ห้องพักโอเค แต่ขาดการบํารุงรักษา ประตูตู้ติดและก๊อกน้ําเสีย และสิ่งอื่น ๆ อย่างอื่น ๆ พนักงานเป็นกันเองมาก สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกโดยรวมมีจํากัด เป็นโรงแรมขนาดกลาง ร้านอาหารและอาหารเช้าในแง่ปานกลาง ไม่ค่อยมีให้และไม่ค่อยดีนัก คาดว่ามาตรฐานที่ดีกว่าเล็กน้อยสําหรับเชอราตัน แต่ก็ยังเป็นการพักที่ดี

เป็นการเข้าพักที่ดี พนักงานทุกคนเป็นมิตร ให้ความร่วมมือดี สุภาพ และเป็นมืออาชีพ โดยเฉพาะพนักงานต้อนรับ ชื่อของเธอคือ เบลล่า หรืออะไรทำนองนั้น เธอสุภาพมาก อ่อนน้อม และช่วยเหลือดี อาหารดีและอร่อย ทำเลที่ตั้งก็สมบูรณ์แบบในทุกๆ ด้าน

I stayed for two nights and It's nice hotel and staff are friendly and helpful and the boffeh have many options for the guest and room are clean and comfortable even the swimming pool are clean and I enjoyed my time at hotel
