The location is perfect and located nearby the old town district. The room is very large which include a clean kitchen and toilet. Unfortunately, the ceiling in our toilet suffered from water leakage. Yet, the staff are very helpful to help us solve it at the midnight and offer us another room but in another hotel. Although we rejected to move to another place since it’s already too late. The problem were quickly solved next day which is perfect.

Lokalizacja ok, nie ma suszarki do włosów w pokoju trzeba odbierać w recepcji do tego ta suszarka jest jak dla dzieci mała i tylko z ciepłym nawiewem. Brak klimatyzacji w lato sprawia że po prysznicu jest trochę ciężkie powietrze we wnątrz. Minusem jest też to że na pokój trzeba czekać aż do 15:00 a wymeldowanie o 11:00 rano, to nie jest pełna doba wiadomo ale za takie ceny na weekend… następnym razem wezmę Ibis obok przynajmniej będzie z klimatyzacja i suszarka.

Our stay at Hotel Europejski Wrocław was a mixed experience, with both positives and areas for improvement. Booking the hotel was a breeze, especially through Trip.com. The process was straightforward and hassle-free, which added to the convenience of our trip. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city centre and public transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the mulled wine and winter tea served at the hotel café. They were absolutely delightful and perfect for the chilly winter weather! The room ambience was almost similar to Hotel Hetman in Warsaw—cozy and functional—but there were some issues. Every time we entered, the room smelled like wet carpet, which was unpleasant. Additionally, it lacked basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, fridge, and slippers, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t warm enough for winter, although the water heater and pressure were consistent, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbours talking, which affected the overall comfort. Housekeeping did an excellent job of ensuring the room was tidy, though they strictly followed the “clean my room” tag system. On one occasion, even with the tag hung, our room wasn’t cleaned, but it was resolved the next day. The café staff were friendly and attentive, even though one staff member had limited English. Their effort to serve us to the best of their ability was commendable. Breakfast, however, was underwhelming, especially compared to our previous stays at Hotel Hetman in Warsaw and Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport, which offered a more varied and higher-quality breakfast experience. Overall, while the hotel has its advantages, such as its location, easy booking process, and some friendly staff, the room conditions, breakfast, and service inconsistencies leave room for improvement. That said, don’t miss the mulled wine and winter tea if you stay here!

入住宜必思尚品弗羅茨瓦夫中心酒店，體驗超棒。酒店位置絕佳，正對着火車站，出站就能輕鬆抵達，拖着行李的旅人一下就安心了，旅途疲憊瞬間消散。 周邊配套也很完善，餐廳、咖啡館、便利店應有盡有，步行可達熱門景點，出行遊玩非常方便。走進酒店，前台服務熱情，手續辦理高效，還貼心介紹設施服務，讓人快速熟悉環境。 客房簡約時尚，佈局合理，床鋪舒適，床品乾淨，每晚都能睡個好覺。房間設施齊全，智能電視、高速網絡一應俱全，衞生間乾淨，洗浴用品好用。

A localização é imposto ter outro melhor. Todo muito rápido e independente. Esperava uma geladeira no apartamento mas isso não havia e deveria estar escrito mas nem busquei saber pois esperava isso como dentro do padrão. Tive um problema na primeira noite com o sostenga de iluminação e refrigeração do quarto porque não é fácil pata quem é hóspede e tampouco tem alguma instrução. A luz do banheiro é pior sensor e demora um tempo incrivelmente largo para apagar. O ar condicionado do acionado e desligado põe um botão de chave geral. O pior ficou por conta das luminárias de leitura da cama. Apertei todos os botões e não desligavam por nada desse mundo. No final tive que desligar um botão espécie de chave de energia onde desliga o ar condicionado e essas luzes (qual a lógica de estarem ligado juntos?!) Como consequência tive que abrir a fresta das janelas e sofrer com o barulho da rua de madrugada e amanhecendo com forte cheiro de cigarro. Uma noite preciosa desperdiçada. O atendimento foi bom, não ótimo, pois houve pedidos de desculpas mas não houve qualquer tentativa de agrado. O colchão é demasiado macio e os travesseiros totalmente fofos causando muito desconforto. Coloquei aqui uma foto que encontrei do hotel do ano de 1945

Dobra lokalizacja na wypad i eksplorację Wrocławia. Fajnie że są automatyczne rolety w pokojach oraz recepcja dostępna 24/7. Do hotelu przynależy siłownia oraz sklep nano Żabka w środku obiektu oraz restauracja tuto santi z włoskim jedzeniem.

Pokoje takie sobie - ciasne, dość stare, trochę PRL-owskie. Na szczęście rewelacyjna lokalizacja i dobra kuchnia - zarówno obiadokolacja, jak i śniadania.

브로츠와프 구시가지에서 멀지 않아 접근성이 좋았고 직원들이 친절하였습니다. 조식 시에 투숙객이 많아 음식이 모두 소비되었을 때 신속하게 리필이 되지 않아 좀 기다리는 경우가 있었는데 2명이 서빙하기에는 어려움이 있어 보였고 직원이 충원되어야 할 것 같았습니다. 전반적으로 넓고 쾌적한 호텔이었습니다.
