The best part of this hotel is the breakfast. Lots of food options and great taste as well. They also serve some rrally good Colombian food and soup. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The room is ok but not impressive. The problem is that they do not provide consistent amenities. We have two rooms booked, with one room has sufficient shampoo and body wash supply as well as coffee machine, the other does not have either. When I called the front desk, they could not help as they did not know where to find the supplies. Other than the above, the location is very good, conveneint and safe.

The Suites are very spacious and spotlessly clean. The large bed was comfortable and had quality sheets. Shower was good with plenty of hot water and large towels. WiFi was just adequate. Breakfast was nice with a good selection. The staff were friendly and very professional. We plan to return to the Tequendama to stay even longer when we return from a brief vist with friends outside of Bogota.

Stayed here for a single night on a business trip. Location is ideal for airport access - shuttle was efficient and ran on time. Check-in was straightforward and staff were courteous. Room was clean, well-appointed, and quiet, with a good work desk and reliable WiFi. Restaurant and bar offered decent food and service, and breakfast was available early, which was useful for a morning departure. Overall, functional and well-managed for a short transit or business stay - my go to place

Great hotel! The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe throughout my stay, and the neighborhood is convenient with a pharmacy nearby and plenty of food places and cafés. The hotel has a really cute, modern design with a great overall atmosphere. I also appreciated the portable heater and warm blankets, which made the room extra cozy. The bathrooms were well-maintained, and the pancakes at breakfast were especially delicious. Overall, a wonderful stay—I would definitely come back.

Great location very close to airport. Free shuttle service. Staff was kind. Room was fine. Nothing special, but pretty good value. Food in the hotel restaurant was decent. Left too early for breakfast, but they had free coffee, tea, fruit, and bread out for the early departures.

酒店最令人滿意的是安全性。酒店門口這條街直通玻利瓦爾廣場，隔一條街就是路麪地攤什麼的，單單酒店門口這段，沒有地攤沒有賣藝人，沒有無家可歸者。巷子前後都有警察圍欄受着。 酒店早餐不錯，有熱開水，在殖民印記的庭院，氛圍不錯。 唯一不足的是，房間設施有些成舊。裝飾風格老派。 房價有些小貴（連住3晚，有一晚八百多元）。

Buenos empleados de recepción y portería son excelentes, no muy buenos con la limpieza en las habitaciones. Por lo menos son honestos .. se me quedó una prenda la guardaron en la caja fuerte, me confirmaron y me la devolvieron .. Gracias por eso.

Good location in a safe neighbourhood. Many restaurants in walking distance. Face recognition entry works like a charm. Staff is custeous and very responsive through WhatsApp. The room does not have air conditioning, not that its a big problem for us as we stayed during winter. The temperature for the shower was tricky to regulate, went from cold to hot intermittently. Staff managed to play with the water heater to get the fluctuation down to an acceptable level. Hope the problem was only for the room we stayed. The floor could do with a proper cleaning. Found long hair in different parts of the floor.

The hotel is close to the Embassy area. The room was acceptable and everything worked well. Breakfast was varied and sufficient. Reasonable price/value. I would return again at the right price.
