For summer entertainment, the cottage has 2 kayaks, 2 SUPs, and a canoe, including 6 adult lifejackets and beach towels. The Whiteshell Provincial Park is well known for the number of hiking and biking trails, with elevation and difficulty for all ages. After a day enjoying the surrounding Whiteshell area, you can unwind on the deck with plenty of seating for everyone to relax and continue to enjoy and appreciate the beautiful scenery. The deck is equipped with a Weber grill, making it the perfect spot for a summer BBQ.The lake is abundant with fish, making it an ideal spot for those avid fishermen. So whether you're a fisherman, a cross-country skier, a snowmobiler, a snowshoe enthusiast, or a nature lover, there is something for everyone year-round. The winter months are a great time to explore the natural beauty of the area. This winterized cottage sleeps 6 comfortably during the summer months and 4-6 during the winter months, with one queen bedroom and the other bedroom has 2 double beds, each with high-quality mattresses, luxury sheets, and covers. The newly built 120 sf bunkhouse overlooking the lake, includes a queen-sized bed, high-quality mattress, luxury sheets, and covers. When you wake up in the morning, sit up and enjoy coffee overlooking the lake. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, a dining table and chairs, a water cooler, and all the necessary utensils needed to prepare a home-cooked meal. And don't forget to turn up the tunes on the Bluetooth speaker. The living area has a comfortable leather couch and chair set, a 60" flat-screen TV (Starlink, no cable), and an electric fireplace, making it the perfect spot to relax and watch a movie on your Netflix account or laptop. On those chilly summer or winter evenings, sit back and bring out any of the many board games and puzzles available for all ages, or enjoy a book from our library.The bathroom comes with a full-size shower, including luxury face/hand/bath towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer.Overall, this lakefront cottage is perfect for families or couples seeking an unforgettable getaway vacation.On The Rocks Betula Lake is located 1 1/2 hours from the Winnipeg North perimeter.
