O hotel está bem localizado e possui instalações ótimas, com quartos revitalizados, banheiros amplos e camas confortáveis. O buffet de café da manhã é completo (muita variedade de bebidas) e, como cortesia, havia espumante e água saborizada durante o período da tarde na recepção. Os quartos com vista para a ponte com Vila Velha são um charme e têm destaque. No entanto, a limpeza deixou a desejar. Passamos de sexta-feira até domingo sem limpeza no quarto pois a de sábado atrasou (saímos pela manhã e, quando voltamos, não havia sido feita). A responsável até se voluntariou a fazê-la, mas seria desconfortável com nós dentro do quarto e optamos por seguir como estava. De todo modo, uma avaliação positiva, qualificada como ”boa-ótima”.

We recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Vitória, ES for a romantic getaway. As a couple with a bit of an age difference (I’m 21 and my boyfriend is 45), we’re always looking for a mix of fun, comfort, and sophistication—and this hotel mostly delivered! Positives: The location is fantastic! Right by the beach with beautiful ocean views from our room. My boyfriend especially appreciated the calm, elegant vibe of the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive—lots of variety, fresh fruits, and delicious pastries. I loved the pool area! Great spot to relax and get some sun. Room: The room was spacious and modern, with a comfy bed and a lovely balcony. However, we did notice that some areas looked a bit outdated for a Sheraton standard. My boyfriend travels a lot for work and expected a little more in terms of maintenance. Service: Staff was friendly and attentive, but there were a few hiccups. Check-in was slower than expected, and we had an issue with our room key not working one night. However, they resolved it quickly. We also appreciated the concierge’s local recommendations for restaurants and activities. Overall Experience: We enjoyed our stay, but there’s room for improvement. It’s a great choice for couples looking for a mix of relaxation and city vibes. My boyfriend found it a bit pricey for what was offered, but for me, it was worth it for the view and the pool! Would we come back? Probably, but we’d love to see a few upgrades to make it feel more luxurious. Recommendation: Ideal for couples looking for a peaceful stay in Vitória, but if you’re after a super high-end experience, there’s a bit of room to grow.
